William could not stop his laughter. At this time he had managed to reply to Hana who had laughed at him.
"William..." Rania said as if she wanted to question something.
Not wanting his wife to dissolve in his thoughts, William immediately pulled Rania's hand leaving Doctor Hana who grumbled because of his actions.
"Two really suck." Doctor Hana's grouse stared at William's back which began to move away from his sight.

The door of Dika's room was open, Dika who was discussing something with the Doctor in front of her stopped their conversation when she saw William and Rania had entered the room.
"Then I say Doctor Dika." Said Dika's co-worker to make room for William and Rania to check on Rania's situation.
Dika nodded.
"Let's sit down, Rania." Dika said to Rania without caring about William's whereabouts.
"Hey... You didn't tell me to sit down, too?" Ketus William felt neglected.
"God... I just realized your existence." Reply Dika with a grinning smile.
William snorted and sat down beside his wife. While Rania shook her head looking at the behavior of the two men in front of her at this time.
"So what's your complaint right now, Rania?" Ask Rania.
"Lately I have felt my body easily tired and sleepy. And I also experience symptoms of vomiting and nausea in the morning. And it's always been the case these past few days." Rania Bright.
Hearing Rania's explanation made Dika pull her lips to the side.
"Why are you smiling? Do you think my wife's illness is a joke?" Cecar William saw Dika's expression.
"William..." Rania who saw her husband looking angry tried to calm her husband by stroking his hand.
"You calm down first." Said Dika straightening his body. "You'd better see Doctor Obgyn at this hospital because your wife's current illness is the one that can handle it." Bright Dika made William's forehead wrinkle. He immediately made a phone call with someone across the street. "Go to Doctor Obgyn's office. I told him that you and your wife would meet him." Decree Dika.
Although he did not understand the meaning of Dika's words, William and Rania still obeyed Dika's orders to come to the Obgyn's doctor's room. The arrival of William and Rania into the room Obgyn doctor was greeted with a sweet smile The beautiful doctor who will handle Rania there.
"Let's lay down first, miss." The doctor told Rania to lie down on the bed.
"Why did you take my wife's shirt off?!" William's protest that did not understand the medical path in front of him.
"Williams... Be still... Or you just go out. You're interfering with this doctor's concentration to check on me!" Rania's instantaneous protest left William silent.

Rania stared glazed over at the monitor screen which revealed a fetal shape there. The exact same shape she saw when Kyara did a gynecological examination while pregnant with Baby Rey first. Rania finally realized what Dika meant by telling them to do an examination to Doctor Obgyn.
"Doctor... What's a-I'm ha-pregnant?" Rania asked with a little stammer.
The beautiful doctor smiled and nodded. "Really... You are currently pregnant and from the results of the examination of the content you have entered the age of four weeks.... Congratulations, Miss Rania. Soon you will be a mother." Said the beautiful doctor.
"What?! Wife pregnant?!" William asked in a slightly raised voice.
