The sound of someone's body falling stopped the child and mother's argument.
"Rania..." William screamed when he saw his wife's body just fall on the floor.
"Rania..." Bianca also shouted.
"Rania... Oi... Wake up..." William patted his wife's cheek hoping to wake her up. Panic struck the bule man. Moreover, at this time Rania's face looks increasingly pale as if not drained of blood there.

"What's this, William? Why is Rania unconscious?" Cecar Hana looked at William who looked so panicked.
William rubbed his face rough. "I can't explain it now. Please wake my wife." William's Pinta on Hana.
Hana nodded and immediately entered the examination room leaving William who looked frustrated about his wife's situation.
Fifteen minutes waiting, Hana finally came out of the examination room. William immediately got up from his seat and approached Hana.
Hana sighed. "Rania is fine now. We just have to wait a few more minutes for him to wake up."
"Then why did my wife faint?" William Cecar.
"It was because Rania was in a severe shock that made her unable to think hard until she fainted. Did you know that lately Rania's been under a lot of stress?" Ask Hana.
William was surprised. "Heavy stress what do you mean?" Ask William.
"One day after you left the country at that time Rania was rushed to the hospital because of stomach cramps. And that stomach cramps happened because Rania had too many thoughts this past month." It was Doctor Hana who really surprised William.
"What?! Is that true?! If Rania was really rushed to the hospital, then why didn't anyone tell me about it?!" William Cecar.
"That's all because Rania asked for it. At that time I wanted to call you to inform you about Rania's situation. But Rania forbade me on the grounds that she didn't want to interfere with your work there."
William clenched both his hands. "It is only fitting that while I was there my heart was always not calm. It turns out my wife's not doing well here." William growled at himself.
