Bitter reality
William is seen pacing the door of Kyara's check. Rania is sitting limp in the waiting chair with tears. Her shoulders rose and fell indicating Rania was now sobbing in her cries.
The door of the room that suddenly opened and showed the face of the Doctor there made William and Rania suddenly walked quickly towards the Doctor who had finished checking on Kyara.
