Gerry and William are currently in the rooftop of the highest floor in Bagaskara company. Two cups of black coffee accompanied the conversation of two men who were engaged in serious conversation. Gerry was still staring intensely at William's face that looked tangled.
After their business talks were over in Gerry's office, William did ask Gerry to continue the private chat on the rooftop. Gerry followed it. After all, he had some free time before lunch.
"It looks like my struggle this time will end in vain." William said after a long silence enveloped them. Leaning his burly body on the back of the chair while closing his eyes.
"Since when have you been a coward?" Cibir Gerry without questioning William's intentions. Even William's face now looked extremely desperate.
"You know if my parents are coming to Indonesia this week?" William asked without responding to Gerry's scorn.
"How can I know if you didn't tell me." Gerry said so. "Isn't it nice if Om and Aunt come to see the state of his son?" Ask feels weird.
William clucked at Gerry's words. "It would be good if all I saw was me. But this time Mami and Papi want to see firsthand their future daughter-in-law who I have promised all this time." William Reveal.
"What's the problem then?" Ask Gerry who still does not understand William's words. I don't know where he's thinking right now.
"The problem is that the woman I'm going to introduce to Mami and Papi doesn't seem like I can get to." William snorted resignedly. "Why is a woman like Ara so hard for me to get...." Lirih William rubbed his face rough. There were various ways he had done to conquer the woman's heart. But the result seems futile considering how Kyara's mediocre response to him.
"Kyara?" Gerry's great-grandson. Huh, how could he forget that the woman whom William had been trying to introduce to his family for months was Kyara, his wife!
"There's only one woman who can screw me up like this, Gerry. Don't look stupid like you don't just know!" Maki William saw Gerry's stupid face.
"Damn it!" Gerry's comments did not accept. An innocent table becomes the impingement of Gerry's curse.
"What do you mean?" Gerry asked to confirm what he was thinking at the moment.
"I won't explain anything to you. Pray for my plan this time!" William.
Gerry is increasingly curious about what plans William will do to get his wife. I don't know why the dislike when William called his wife's name back on his chest.
"I just want to talk to you about that. Looks like I have to go back to the company because this afternoon I have an important meeting with my business partner from Semarang." William rhymed from the chair he was sitting on after previously spending his black coffee which was still half left. Before actually leaving the rooftop, William momentarily looked back where Gerry was looking at him with a difficult gaze to interpret.
I don't know why I feel like there's something weird about Gerry every time I talk about Ara in front of him. Inner William. Then continue to step back to the elevator.
While Gerry, after William's departure, the man seemed to clench his hands withholding emotions in his chest.
