Letter to Atlanta
12. Comebacks

Elisha nodded, confirming the words of the man who was now smiling at him. The corner of Elisha's lips became more interested, the girl without hesitation hugged Jay, and Jay happily welcomed a hug from Elisha. The girl poked her head around Jay's neck. Elisha closed his eyes at the same time as a clear grain that fell from the fertilizer, but with a smile that was still there.

"I miss you, Jay," said Elisha in the midst of his sobs. Elisha tightened his arms, and vice versa.

Jay nodded his head, as if answering Elisha's remark that he also missed the girl terribly. Elisha was still weeping in the longing embrace they had created, letting the atmosphere unite with the longing that had already erupted. The sound of falling rainwater was no longer even heard in Jay's ears, all he heard was the sound of the girl's sojourn that he had been waiting for his presence. Like a very melodious and beautiful lullaby buzzing next to Jay's ear, not one bit did he get tired of hearing the almost-missing scream coming out of the girl's mouth he was hugging.

Every now and then the girl smelled Jay's scent which had changed since the last time they met. In the past, the man had the smell of telon oil, when they played Elisha was always happy with Jay's smell and wanted to always be near the man. But now, the smell of telon oil no longer he smelled its existence, the man now had a masculine scent bubbling out of his body, he said, signify the little boy who used to be often he jahili has grown into an adult male.

Elisha let go of his embrace, and so did Jay. A loud voice was still heard from Elisha's mouth. They exchanged glances with each other and smiled softly, feeling surprised and happy to be reunited after many years of separation.

Both of Jay's palms were outstretched cupping Elisha's cheeks, his thumbs gently rubbing the tears that were still dripping there.

"Now you're a crybaby anyway, hm?" jay said slightly chuckling when he saw the two eyes of Elisha turned reddish, his nose also reddened, even several times the nose pointed it pulled the liquid that was about to come out.

Elisa pursed her lips, wiped her tears away with the back of her hand, then hit Jay's arm hard. The man pretended to grimace, stroked the arm of Elisha's punches, then smiled widely, showing off the dimple again.

"Where have you been all this time? Why didn't you ever call me? Have you forgotten me?" elisa sounds like a whine. At first Jay laughed again slowly, why did the girl turned spoiled, even though she used to be the one who often whined at Elisha.

"I should be the one, why did you change your phone number? I thought it was you who had forgotten me," replied Jay, inviting a clumsy smile from Elisha. The man's right hand stretched out again, stroking the soft top of Elisha's head after seeing the girl's response.

"I never lost you" he said again. Jay lifted a little part of the hand of the leather jacket he was wearing, and showed a black knot rope bracelet circular there, although it looks very mediocre. "I'm still wearing a bracelet from you" he added.

Elisha stared at the bangle's goal eleven years ago. The tiny hand held the bracelet that Jay wore, stroking an object of his own work. Elisha gives the bracelet before he leaves Jay to move abroad. The expression haru again depicted on Elisha's face, how at that time he whined asking his brother—Yunaka, to be taught to make handicrafts. Even then Elisha was willing to give a pack of large yupi candy to Yunaka because his brother was always demanding in return.

"You go to school here too? What class? How come I never saw you anyway?" elisha asked several questions at once. Jay smiled as usual. The man is now breathing.

"I'm 11-B class. That you?" Jay asked Elisha again. He also did not know if the girl had moved to the same school as him.

"11-A. Well, our class is next door. You must be shy, yes, still rich first," said Elisa slightly nudged Jay's arm, raising her eyebrows like teasing Jay.

Whether it's just Elisha's feelings or indeed a reality, Jay's facial expression instantly changed, the beautiful arch decorated with two dimples in the second faded again. Jay just stared at Elisha at that time, without any intention of saying a sentence that might grow a new topic in the future, or even extend their conversation even longer.

Tin! Tin!

The two compactly turned towards the black tesla car that suddenly gave a horn and parked in front of them. Elisha who knew the person inside was just staring straight, while Jay frowned as if asking who the person inside was.

Joni got out of the car while paddling over the head with a clear umbrella, running a little toward her beloved sister who was in the shade with a man.

"So Brother had to have an impromptu meeting, El," Joni replied truthfully.

Elisha rotated his eyes. "There was an impromptu meeting" said the girl, as if she could not believe the honest answer from her eldest brother.

"Yes there is. Just know there is kok fried impromptu," said Joni without thinking. Elisha just grunted. The adult male immediately turned his head towards Jay who was still paying attention to the brother sister's interaction in front. "Who is this, El?"

Elisa patted her own eel. "Ah, this is Jay, Bang. Brother inget no? Our neighbor used to be a loh, who often played with El," he said enthusiastically, giving a little enlightenment to Joni, trying to make the man remember all the memories of his childhood.

Some time Joni frowned, until the right and left corners of her eyebrows were almost fused together. Joni was thinking hard, remembering a name that was no stranger to her. Then the man widened his eyes, his mouth was left gaping just like that.

"Oh! The kid you fucked up in the gutter? Who you like to invite to help welcome Mr. Samsudin, right?" joni giggled a little amused, how he used to see Jay splashed into the gutter in front of his own house, it was because Elisa deliberately nudged Jay's arm hard.

Jay only smiled clumsily, scratching the back of his head that did not feel itchy. The next second Joni approached Jay, embracing the man's broad and sturdy shoulders.

"Humaha damang, Jay? I haven't seen you in a long time. Now the more saucy euy," said Joni with his Sundanese accent, patting Jay on the shoulder several times.

The man smiled again, and said, "Well, Bang. Ah, you can do it," he said accompanied by a small oddity. "How many kids do you have, Bang?" coined.

Joni only cleared his throat for a moment, scratching the stem of his nose. "Abang is not married yet, Jay," he replied.

"Who, how to get married, people every working day dating with a laptop," said Elisha chimed in, the girl folded her hands.

Joni took a short breath. "The task force will be for the future of the family, Abang, El," he said.

Elisha just grunted in response. The adult male immediately glanced at the black watch next to his hand. "Hm, Jay? Brother and sister Elisha kaya must go now, gapapa? Or you want to come with us, your house is still the old one, right?"

"What a hell, Bang. Jay brought a motorcycle," he said, pointing to his sports bike parked in front of the school gate with a state that was wet because of the rain.

Joni nodded her head in understanding. "Yes, we're saying yes, Jay. You be careful."

Elisha who was still sitting on the spot, began to move, hugged Jay at a glance and then stepped over to Joni who had reached out, bringing his sister into his arms to be together in the rain that still flutters.

The male owner of the dimple waved his hand, smiling widely when Elisa first gave a wave from the car there.
