Letter to Atlanta

Letter to Atlanta
15. Whys

Cring...

The sound of the bell ringing just as the clock was pointing at 10:00, practically made the students cheer with pleasure. Elisa was no exception, the girl immediately cleaned all the writing utensils into a backpack.

"Atlanta, come on." Invite Elisha to the man who replied with a light nod.

The girl got up from her seat, reaching for Atlanta's hand as if it were something to hold. Elisha's footsteps led the man's legs to follow him, along with the pull of Elisha's tiny hand wrapped around his wrist.

Still with a widened smile, Elisa is still thinking about how Jay and Atlanta interact later, he thought it would be nice if the two men who were his friends would both spend their breaks with small talk, telling the story of their childhood.

Right in front of the classroom doorway, Elisha's irises were glued to the tall male figure standing in front of the corridor, leaning his back against the guardrail. Elisha immediately waved with his idle hand.

"Jay!"

Instead of getting a pleasant look from Jay, Elisha saw the unfriendly look of the man. How Jay's very sharp eyes were on Atlanta, as if he would stab the man at any time. But the girl thinks it's possible that Jay still feels alien to Atlanta.

"Jay, I want to know you sama—"

"Follow me now" Jay cut Elisha's words. The next second Jay released the still faithful hand of Elisha clasping the hand of Atlanta tightly, making the girl knit an eyebrow and wonder.

Jay immediately drew Elisha's hand, taking the girl away. While Atlanta, she was still surprised by what happened as if a pre-planned plot. He just stared at Elisha who was taken away by his own brother without any intention of preventing the man.

Several times Elisha turned his eyes back, only to see Atlanta who might be as surprised as he was. From a distance, Elisha could still see how Atlanta who had already lowered her head, then turned around to enter the classroom again.

Jay did not care about the ringing of Elisa who complained of pain in the area of her wrist that was pulled by the man. He also did not intend to hurt Elisa, but his hatred of Atlanta was able to blind his sanity at that time.

Arriving at the cafeteria, Jay took off the clutches of his hands, he switched to pointing at the empty bench in front, hinting the girl to sit there. Without a babibu, Elisha immediately sat his butt rough, looking out at the man who was now sitting next to him with a gaze asking for an explanation.

"What the hell are you, Jay? Why is Atlanta so?" said later.

Still with a flat look, Jay said, "Since when have you known him?"

The girl pulled back next to her eyebrows, feeling something different about Jay. From the man's tone, it's obvious Jay doesn't like Atlanta.

"Jay, you why—"

"Answer questions me, Elisha!" The girl flinched with a high voice that was thrown at her. He looked at the male nanar who was currently changing expression. Jay is clearly very angry, his jaw is perfectly clenched, and a sharp eye never goes away adorning Jay's bead.

"D—dia, my partner Jay," said Elisa who was nearing a slow.

Undeniably, the corner of Jay's lips lifted, he clucked when he heard the girl's reply.

"Be away from her" he said, who managed to make Elisha round his eyes.

"Why? He's a good guy, Jay. Why should I stay away from him?" Elisha returned by launching the questions that had piled up in his mind.

"Because he's a bastard, mute."

A little distrustful of Jay's words, Elisha looked at the man, his heart felt pain and tightness when he heard a sentence that was able to tear the feelings of the person Jay meant. What if Atlanta heard the remark directly, how did the man feel when he heard it. Is it that easy for Jay to launch that hurtful sentence?

Jay turned his face away, picking up the menu list available on the table. "I don't want you to pick him up again, if you need to move benches," he said. "Now, what do you want?"

"Ey, bro! Tumben to the canteen." The heavy voice that sounded like a greeting managed to make the two compactly raise their heads, seeing who the owner of the voice that had just come over them and sat in front.

Jay returned the fist fight that the man had done. "Yes, I'm free again."

The man nodded in understanding, then his gaze turned towards Elisha who was both looking at him.

"Wow! The suprise! Finally, we meet again, princess," he said, made-up to feel good about seeing the girl. Elisa squealed, pulling next to her lazy lips.

Oh, is the world that small? Or is it the school's wiggle room is very limited until the girl has to meet again with the man who bears the title of handsome thug of the school.

"Basic, you dakjal boy, it's everywhere" said the circus, Elisha crossed his legs and folded his arms, leaning his back on the head of the chair still with a cynical look at the man in front of him.

Theo turned to tap his nails on the table, and returned a cynical look from Elisha with a deadly smirk smile he had. Jay stared alternately at Elisa and Theo.

"Do you know each other?" ask Jay.

"Know dong. She's the girl I told you the same story about, Jay. The mute superheros." He said bluntly, not forgetting the little ruckus that came out of Theo's mouth.

"Damn it, he has a name, not the mute" said Elisha.

Theo nodded slowly. "But, angry at him. Yeah, his name is Atlanta, right?" said. "Ah, it's better to call the mute, gatel my tongue when I call his name." The man laughed lightly, and I don't know what he was laughing about. Could Elisha think the man in front was a little crazy?

Brak!

The girl kicked down the table, then stood up straight, her index finger drifting towards Theo who had taken a step to raise both hands as if ready to stand by with a policeman who was about to shoot her.

"One more time you call Atlanta rich earlier, I ripped your fucking lips!" Firmly full of emphasis. His chest was stirred instantly, Elisha could not hold back his anger anymore, he did not understand the model humans Theo, Lucas or Mark, or even other humans who might not have been revealed.

"My fault what? That's the truth, isn't it? Atlanta is mute. You can't reverse the facts dong," said Theo defended himself.

Elisha turned back. "Anj—"

"ELISA HAURATAMA!" Jay said hard enough, making Elisha immediately turn to him, looking up at the tall man who was standing next to him.

"Don't you ever buy him again!" sahut again.

Elisha breathed a heavy breath. "Jay! I can't see those rich fucking Theo lowin Atlanta guys. I know he's mute, but they shouldn't be inferior to Atlanta because of his flaws. You don't know what it's like to be him, every day he's got to take people's taunts. How do you feel about being in Atlanta, huh?!"

Jay clucked, putting both his hands in his pants pocket. "He is none of you, Elisha. Stop thinking about the guy, don't whip him again. He doesn't pantes on your deck. Never engage in problems related to the mute. He's pantes in the hina!"

Plaque!

Elisha clenched his jaws, the water of his face turned red. To be honest Elisha had no intention of slapping Jay, but when his ears heard a sentence that the man should not have spoken, his palms reacted without being ordered.

Jay was still holding onto his hot cheek.

"Lo, not the Jay I know. I'm disappointed!" Elisha left after expressing his disappointment to Jay, leaving the canteen wide. Her lunchtime taste is suddenly gone, vanishing along with her trust in Jay. She felt the man was not her childhood friend, she knew Jay would not hurt anyone else. But now, the girl thinks that Jay is not much different from those guys, as a heartless human being.
