Letter to Atlanta

Letter to Atlanta
30. Misunderstand

That morning, Elisha felt something strange since setting foot in school. How not, almost the entire disciple looked at him with various expressions, without exception. Although she was used to people's gazes, this time Elisha felt awkward and continued to mutter in her mind.

Did he make a mistake? Is there something wrong with his appearance that day? He kept asking with whatever came to his mind. Even most of them chose to lower their heads after coming into eye contact with the girl. What's actually going on? He continued to walk in the middle of the student's traffic, giving a smile even though not infrequently someone replied to him.

"After, baby!"

Elisha gasped when someone suddenly grabbed his shoulder without excuse. And what was that? The darling? The girl immediately looked up, revealing a handsome man with a wide smile displaying dimples on both cheeks.

"Jay! You're nothing at all. Shame on seeing people." Elisha tried to release Jay's loyal arm on his shoulder.

Jay put his face close to Elisha's ear, and said, "You want to. If now you're my pretend boyfriend. So, you're on it, our acting has to be good, okay?"

Elisha sighed, of course he did not forget his agreement the other day to be Jay's pretend girlfriend. He lets Jay freely embrace, and takes her down the corridor to the classroom.

As Elisha desperately endured the awkwardness of people's gazes, Jay lightly smiled widely, as if the man was proud of the atmosphere, and the envious gaze of the other students saw the closeness of the two.

"Jay?"

The man simply answered Elisha's words.

"Today I got something weird, right?" he said with an almost slow tone. Elisha noticed Jay's face which still widened the two corners of his lips.

"Cook. Why why?"

"But from then on why everyone noticed I was rich that strange. Not rich usually," he said while folding both hands.

Jay sighed, stopped his footsteps, and turned Elisha's body to face him.

"That's because I told the kids that you were my girlfriend" said Jay, who managed to invite a puckering in Elisa's forehead.

"You mean?"

"Yes, I purposely told the kids of the school forum that now Elisa's my boyfriend. Maybe the news has spread, so they see you are not rich usually."

Jay still smiled until that moment. Unlike Elisha, the girl had already widened her mouth in disbelief. Jay is crazy, he thought.

"Jeez, Jay! What do you think about making such a rich rumor?!"

"Yes gapapa times," said Jay lightly.

Elisha rubbed his face rough, it was clear the girl was frustrated by Jay's actions which he thought were too excessive. He knows he's the one who agreed to Jay's invitation to be the man's pretend girlfriend, and everything is just to help Jay out of the pursuit of a girl he himself doesn't know what his name is.

"Oh, is this the new couple in our school?"

The sound that sounded automatically makes the attention of both of them distracted. A girl was folding her hands in front, looking at Jay and Elisha alternately with a look of puffy eyes.

"Lo wants anything else, Nad," said Jay who is not less ketus, he plotted lazy eyeballs.

The girl stepped up to get closer to Jay.

"I just want us to turn it over again, Jay. I still love you" he said in a subtle, contrived tone.

Jay clucked, leaning next to his lips.

"Ck, Nadin, do you know if I'm dating Elisa? And you still dare to take it back? Lo crazy! Where's your self-esteem, huh!"

The girl only smiled faintly, as if the harsh words directed at her did not in the slightest make her guts shrink.

"You're just breaking up with your boyfriend." Nadin glanced at Elisha who looked very furious with his behavior, even Elisha clenched his jaw firmly.

"You keep turning it back to me again" he added.

Not until there, Nadin did not hesitate to reach the jaw firmly Jay with his tiny fingers. However, her intentions melted instantly, deftly Elisha immediately brushed aside Nadin's rough hands.

"Never touch my girlfriend!" his speech was full of emphasis, while pointing at Nadin's face with his index finger.

Elisha stared intently at the girl who was looking at him dislikeingly. Nadin leaned next to his lips, changing his facial expression as if challenging Elisha.

"Why indeed? If I touch your girlfriend, what do you want? Wanna slap me? Want to hit me?" Nadin paused his speech, he turned to look at Jay, then clasped Jay's hand like he did not want to let go.

"I'm sure Jay still likes me."

Plaque!

Increasingly, Elisha felt furious himself with the behavior of Nadin who was able to make his neck veins stiffen. See, how the girl is still trying to tease Jay with her sweet and subtle words. Now she understands why Jay asked her to be his pretended girlfriend.

Nadin held onto his left cheek which was hot from Elisha's slap. The girl turned her head quickly, and her bead looked intently at Elisha.

"What lo! Want me to slap again? Ck, don't think I don't dare to. If necessary, I can tear you up right now," he sounded like a threat.

Nadin chose to stomp his feet, turning his body away from there, breaking through the crowd of disciples that blocked his path. That instant also the people there chose to disperse themselves.

"You're great!" sahut Jay gave Elisha two thumbs up.

"So sure you know. I don't think about it, how come yes, she's a rich girl. Turns out he's your ex, isn't he?"

Jay grinned, twitching his shoulders.

"Why do you want to date her. Kaya there are no other girls," he said while shaking his waist.

"That's it, El. He wasn't rich."

"Why did you break up?"

Jay did not answer, but he chose to rest both hands on the iron fence, looking at the atmosphere of the field decorated with several male students who took morning exercise classes.

"Because he cheated."

Elisha gave a lip when he heard it. The girl leaned her back against the wall, watched the man from behind, then cleared her throat.

"So you're the victim of an affair?" he was immediately greeted by a small ruckus from Jay.

The man immediately turned around, then smiled broadly.

"You know for yourself, I can at least give two people the same opportunity. That's why I asked you to help me." It was clearly the one who was given a nod from Elisha.

"So I want us to be rich until it's over. You want to, don't you, El?"

Instead of getting an answer, Elisha just fell silent, his gaze moving following the figure of the man who had just passed him without excuse. Jay followed Elisha's line of sight, and he grieved when he saw that his half-brother had managed to withdraw Elisha's attention.

He immediately stood up, his legs prepared to invite the girl to leave immediately, and chose to follow Atlanta who had walked almost to the classroom.

"Jay, I'm first. Hye!" She waved her hand as she ran over, not caring for Jay who was trying to call out to her.

Elisha immediately entered the classroom, approaching his stool that had been filled Atlanta alone.

"Hi! Have you had breakfast yet?" he said while hooking the bag on the head of the chair, then took out the lunch box.

"I brought fried sausage. You want to not?" elisha said again. Certainly without any answer from the man who was busy with the textbooks on his desk.

Elisha immediately opened the lid of the lunch box, a pleasant smell emanating as he opened the object. With a wide smile still clearly imprinted on her lips, Elisha picked up the sausage, intending to feed Atlanta.

"Yes...."

Atlanta shook her head, she moved to shift her chair, put more distance between her seat and Elisa, then refocused herself on her book.

Elisha just poked his lips, stuffing the sausage into his mouth to the brim. Maybe Atlanta had breakfast and was full, he thought.

"Let's go home to school so, right, get Adin in the hospital?" he said in the middle he finished his homemade fried sausage.

"May Adin cepet recover, yes."

Again Atlanta did not respond to Elisha's words until that second. Practically made Elisha take a deep breath, staring at the goal of Atlanta who was still silent. It felt like Elisha was chatting with an inanimate object.

"Atlanta."

Shut up, Atlanta didn't even look at him for a second. Elisha rotates the eyeballs, what is it with the man?

Srkkk

Elisa robs the rough of the book Atlanta is reading. It managed to make Atlanta panic, trying to take her book that was thrown by Elisa into the air.

"You why the hell? Why does diem continue? You didn't hear what I was talking about?"

Atlanta is still trying to reach her book, without intending to see the look on Elisha's face that has turned furious.

"Atlanta!"

The man was fixated, his two eyes forced to look at the obsidian eyes of Elisha who was looking at him sharply. As if there was a magnetic pull, his vision was suddenly very heavy to shift.

"Why are you taking me?"

Atlanta breathed heavily. His hands shook, gradually raised, then moved.

"Because you're Jay's girlfriend."
