Chapters 149. Hidden Intent.
The heartache that was raging in Fara's heart, was unable to defeat her sacred love for Riyan. In a room, Fara was sitting chatting with Mario and a woman who was about 55 years old, did not concentrate at all on what they were talking about. His mind could not escape the handsome shadow that was already the occupant of his heart.
"Ma, meet my friend. Called Fara. He is also from Indonesia." Mario introduced Fara to his mother.
"Your name is as beautiful as your face. I was so happy to see my son get close to a woman who is also from my home country." His mother Mario praised Fara's perfection.
"Thank you Aunt for the compliment." Fara said with a look that looked so empty.
"If you don't mind, I hope you can stay in this house. Even if it was just last night. I want to talk to you." Said Mario's mother.
Hearing Maria's offer, Fara thought about staying at the house. He wanted to calm himself down who was so devastated by what he had just witnessed. But after hearing a short chat between Mario and his mother while he was thinking, Fara was immediately shocked and decided to leave the house immediately.
"Mario, I'm very happy if you can be close to women from Indonesia. Because my mother's hope is only one. That is you can have a life partner who comes from the same country as Mom." Said Mario's mother, who was named Maria.
"Yes Mom. And because of that so I brought him here. Let me get to know each other." Replied Mario who made Fara directly look at the mother and child in turn, with a look of confusion.
"What do you mean by mother?" Ask Fara confused.
"Look at Nak. Mom wants Mario to marry a woman who comes from Indonesia." Mary answered with a smile full of happiness.
"Yes Fara, that's why I brought you here. Let my mother know each other." Connect Mario.
"But I'm not Mario Bu's girlfriend. We just knew each other. And I have a husband." Clearly Fara with a serious look towards Maria, Mario's mother.
"Darling, whoever that woman comes into this house, I'll let her go. But if you, I won't let you leave this house." Maria said as she looked at Mario who was also looking at her while smiling triumphantly.
"What does Mom mean..? I'm the same Mario has nothing to do. We're both just strangers who just met." Answer Fara.
"Whatever that's the reason, it won't get you out of my house that easily. I'm not gonna let you get out of here. And Mario will follow all my wishes." Maria's words made Fara even more confused.
"What do you mean you say that..? I'm a man's wife. And you have no right to keep me here." Fara said with a firm tone.
"Fara, please lower your tone of voice..! Don't you mentally disturb my mother with the way you speak." Mario continues, which makes Fara even more confused and starts to panic.
"What does all this mean..? Did you have any plans before you brought me here..?" Fara asked while looking at Mario with a very sharp look.
"Hmmmm, I planned all this one month ago. And I don't want to disappoint my mother. I must have a companion to life according to my mother's wishes." Answer Mario.
"Whatever the reason, I'm somebody's wife. Not a single woman you can have with young." Fara replied with a look that looked very sharp. I don't like the words of the two people in front of him.,
