Chapters 84. Meet Old Friends.
Semi was silent for a moment after hearing Riyan's explanation of her new marriage. Semi was completely confused by what was in her mind at that moment. He was very unexpected, Riyan who was so adored by many beautiful women, wanted to marry a woman he did not love. Moreover, their marriage is based on matchmaking from parents. With a look of pity, Semi began to speak in her heart because she felt sorry for Riyan.

Semi is a very nice person to anyone. He said he was very polite with the people around him. He is also a very honest man. And it was his attitude that made Riyan very comfortable working with him. But it's his bad thoughts that make him always wrong, in judging people without knowing the truth.
"Sir Riyan, if he is not perfect, why does Mr Riyan still follow your parents' willingness to marry him?" Semi asked which made Riyan instantly look at her confusedly.
"That's Semi. It's free for me to talk to you at length. Later you will find out, all about my marriage as time goes by." Riyan replied and immediately stepped towards his bed.
"Then we don't talk about it anymore?" Semi asked as she followed Riyan from behind.
"no need. There's no point in talking to you either. I'm going to bed. And you can go now to your room." Said Riyan who was already lying on his bed.
Semi, who felt driven out in a disrespectful manner, immediately stepped out of Riyan's room with her flat face, irritated by her volatile superior attitude. And because the time had shown at 9:30 pm, Semi also chose to rest immediately.
Two days passed. Riyan who is busy with all his work, looks so excited about carrying out his activities. That afternoon he looked so handsome with a white shirt in a blue suit, which was very fitting on his body. After the meeting, Riyan accidentally met his old friend when he just entered college in America. Ryan's friend was Alex. He was there because he was following someone who was also a businessman.
"Riyan's..." Call Alex who is in the middle of the businessmen who just came out of the meeting room.
"Alexes.. Are you here too?" Riyan asked as he extended his hand towards Semi to shake hands.
"I came to accompany Papa from my beautiful future wife." Alex answered while embracing a woman who was beside him.
"This is my college friend from Kat. But we only had one year of college together. Since I finished second semester, I moved here immediately." Alex told his future wife Katrin.
"You don't feel at home there because you can't stand it, are you far away from me?" Katrin teases Alex in front of Riyan.
Seeing the joking pair of lovebirds in front of him, made Riyan suddenly so remembered his soulmate who was far away from him. The longing that had been slightly restrained, again tormented his mind instantly. And when he was pensive overshadowed his beautiful wife, Katrin also spoke out which immediately surprised him.
"Hello, I'm Katrin. Alex's wife." Said the thin woman while sticking her hand out to greet Riyan.
"What are you doing here, Yan?" Alex asked with a look of finding out.
Riyan had not been able to answer Alex's question, suddenly someone approached them, and called out to Riyan with praise for what was achieved by Riyan. And that makes Alex also Katrin so sculpted with an expression full of astonishment.
"Sir Riyan, you are amazing. A young man like this, already one of the most successful young entrepreneurs." Said the man who was about 55 years old while greeting Riyan.
"What..? The most successful businessman?" Alex asked in shock, to the man who turned out to be Katrin's father.
"Yes, Mr. Riyan is one of the most successful young entrepreneurs. The young man should be like this. Have a clear future." Said his father Katrin who sounded like an insinuation.
While Katrin who was standing right between Alex and her Papa, immediately became silent with a strange look towards Riyan. From Katrin's gaze, it was obvious that she greatly admired everything that the handsome man before her had. And without him noticing, his admiration had caused a strange feeling in his heart.
"I'm sure all women would be crazy about a young man like Mr. Riyan. Moreover, Mr. Riyan also comes from a family of conglomerates in Indonesia and Malaysia." Katrin's father made Alex ashamed of himself.
"Sir Fero was over-complicating me. I feel so ordinary." Said Riyan humbled himself, while staring at Mr. Fero's Papa Katrin.
"Don't say that Mr. Riyan! The whole world knows who Mr. Riyan is." Said Mr. Fero increasingly praising Riyan.
"Who is Mr. Riyan?" Katrin asked with a figuring look towards her Papa.
"Sir Riyan is the son of Pak Reza, one of the successful entrepreneurs in Malaysia. And Ms. Melda who comes from a family that is very reluctant in the business world. Which is none other than the Permana family. The greatest and most successful family in Indonesia." Replied Mr. Fero who made Alex also Katrin shocked.
Hearing what her father had just said, Katrin, who was so shocked, immediately thought of the delusion, which had always adorned her mind until then. With a strange looking look, Katrin started to speak in her heart.
"Why is it so late to meet this guy? After returning home from vacation in Indonesia with Mama, I always dreamed of being the daughter-in-law of the conglomerate family."
Mr. Fero is Australian. His wife is native to Indonesia. Two years ago, Katrin and Mama chose to spend two weeks off in Indonesia, with their extended family.
