Chapter 2

In the morning Naura woke up and was busy cooking some breakfast for Adam. It had been three weeks since he was out of town, which is why Naura decided to just make breakfast for him.

"Is there anything I can help Non?" Bi Eka asked, Art is at the house

"Then, help me prepare it at Bi's table" replied Naura who was about to finish her cooking

Same with Pak Agus, Naura is also quite close to Bi Eka. Often when Adam leaves town, Naura sometimes spends time with Bi Eka, studying various food and cake recipes from Bi Eka.

"I went upstairs first Bi.. " Say Naura before turning up to go upstairs

"What else will you do.. " Bi Eka said while shaking her head as if she understood what would happen to Naura next

Although he had expected what would happen, no one reprimanded or intercepted Naura because of Naura's optimistic nature and believed that one day Adam would open his heart to her.

Naura knocked several times on the door of Adam's room, not daring to just walk in. Although Adam had warned not to visit his room, Naura still chose to come even though he would end up getting scorn and worse a blow from Adam.

"Ad... "

Just as Naura was about to call out Adam's name, the door of the room was already open from the inside with Adam now complete with his suit.

Adam glanced cynically at Naura who was currently bowing her head ready to hear the scolding from her. But unlike what Naura thought, Adam did not rebuke her at all.

In a moment, Naura felt a sense of relief in her heart. But a few seconds later, the little smile that had just been engraved on his face instantly faded away as a woman's voice came from the flat object that was currently in Adam's grasp.

"I've made breakfast for you, come before the breakfast is cold.. "

"I'm leaving now.. " Reply Adam smiled

Naura's chest felt tight as she watched her husband who was so happy just by talking to the woman. A smile she never even got from him.

"I-I've made breakfast for you.. " Say Naura ventured

Adam then turned to look at Naura. The smile that was shown now disappeared, switching with a flat and cynical face.

"Are you deaf? Clara just said that she made me breakfast. So stop showing that disgusting face*you're in front of me"

After saying those harsh words, Adam turned away leaving Naura still standing in her place staring at his disappearance.

"Non.. " Call Bi Eka to feel sorry for the fate of her Young Miss

"I'm fine Bi. I'm going up to rest" said Naura softly

"What about breakfast? "

"As for Auntie.." Reva did not care anymore, his appetite disappeared shortly after Adam refused his invitation

Even though he has experienced it repeatedly. Naura still felt tightness and pain in her chest. Two years of marriage is nothing to Adam. Other than the title of Louis Family Son-in-law, there was nothing else Naura could accept.

After traveling for almost half an hour, Adam finally arrived at a minimalist house located not far from his company.

The door of the house opened from the inside, revealing a beautiful woman with blonde hair. A happy smile spread across his face as he watched Adam get out of his car.

She is Clara Agustina. The woman who had been Adam's lover since they both attended college. Just like Naura, Clara also attended the same University as Naura and Adam.

It was only after the two were married, Adam suddenly got the existence of Clara who turned out to be abroad continuing his education. Without thinking, Adam immediately invited and persuaded him back to Indonesia regardless of the existence of Naura.

"I've been waiting for you since.. " Welcome Clara running around hugging Adam's body

"It's all because of that s*alan woman who messed with my mood" Reply Adam snorted annoyedly at the thought of Naura's face which he always thought was hypocritical

"No need to think about it. Let's go inside, before the breakfast gets cold"

The two enter the house, with Clara still pampered on Adam's shoulders.

"I've cooked your favorite food" Clara said serving sweet spicy fried shrimp that had been cooked specifically for Adam who had always liked it

"Hm.. Since when can you cook?" Adam asked because they had only ordered food

Clara let out a long sigh of "I learned while abroad. It's your favorite food anyway, so I learned to make it. Even though I can only make this "Answer Clara laughed at her who can only make that one meal

Although he did not like shrimp because the skin is so annoying, he still forced to do it to please Adam.

"You don't have to do it anymore, just ask the maid to make it" said Adam did not want to trouble Clara

"So what are you going to do today?" Ask Clara then

"I'm just going to the office"

Clara was silent for a moment before an idea came to her mind "Can I come with you? I'm too tired of living alone in this house" asked Clara looking at Adam expectantly

"alright. You can come with me" replied Adam approvingly

Hearing this, Clara got up from her chair and approached Adam "Love.. Love you's.. Muachs.. " Clara hugged Adam from the side and then slowly kissed Adam's right cheek

"Love you too.. " Reply Adam tucked Clara's left cheek affectionately

After finishing breakfast, Adam and Clara left for Adam's company, which was not far from Clara's house.

Clara's arrival to the company, making the entire company became rowdy because Adam who is famous for his cold treatment of his wife actually blatantly took a beautiful woman to the company.

The latest news spread in just a few minutes. Gibran is Adam's cousin who also works at the company under Adam's direct direction.

Upon hearing the unfortunate news, Gibran quickly met Adam in his room.

"Adam..! " Call Gibran open the door to the room

His forehead creased as he looked at the friendly scene before him where Adam was affectionately embracing Clara in his lap.

Clara who saw the arrival of Gibran suddenly stood up, not daring to look at Gibran who had long opposed this relationship.

"What are you really doing? Is your brain so troubled that it's taking a woman like her to the company?" Sarkaz Gibran stared cynically

"You're the one who's supposed to keep your attitude Adam. Do you think your mother will stay silent to see you do something like this" Gibran recalled before finally choosing to leave the room
