After Clara's house, Adam immediately rushed to the hospital to check on Naura's condition, before he got a scolding from his Mother or Grandfather for being careless.
During the trip to Naura's room, Adam accidentally crosses paths with William and Dira who also just arrived at the hospital to visit Naura again.
"What else are you doing here? " Task Adam in a cynical tone, not liking William's existence
"It's none of your business" replied William trying to cut himself off
After saying that, William sped up his footsteps which were only a few steps before he arrived at Naura's room.
Seeing that, made Adam quickly join in speeding up his steps to parallel with William.
"Of course it's my business, because she's my wife. So I have the right to decide who he can meet right now" intercept Adam clutching William's arm which was currently holding the door handle of Naura's room
"Indeed, when did you take Naura like your wife?"
"Even if my relationship isn't okay, it doesn't mean you can so freely meet someone's wife. Don't forget your own identity" Adam said, reminding William of his artist self
Wherever and whenever William was, there would be many pairs of eyes paying attention to him included in the current situation.

"Don't think of going inside, if you're still being so childish" said Dira growled and then closed the door to the rough room

Naura who had been conscious since then, now chuckled little to see the dispute of the three.
"Ughs.. They were truly childish" Ucao Dira shook his head inexhaustibly
"If someone sees it, maybe they think that my husband and my mistress are fighting while visiting me" Naura said
"Naura!" Seru Dira looked at Naura softly after sitting on her bedside chair
Naura who still wanted to joke around for a while with Dira finally stopped due to the serious atmosphere at the moment.

On the other hand, Adam and William who were sitting waiting outside now turned their faces to each other in the opposite direction.
The two remained silent though, repeatedly getting confused gazes from the nurse or the doctor who passed in front of the room.
"It's better this is the last time you meet Naura" Adam suddenly warned

William did not answer, he just quietly played his phone no matter what Adam's warning was completely useless for him.
"Hey.. Are you deaf, I'm talking to you.. " Struttered Adam
"Don't I tell you before, with or without your consent I'll still meet Naura"
"People who have an affair like you, do not deserve to reprimand me let alone keep me away from Naura" William said sharply
After saying that, William then fix his hat and mask and leave Adam who now clenched his hands irritated.
