Shortly after William's arrival at the hospital, Adam's parents, including his grandfather, also came in with an anxious look.

"How's Naura doing?" Davikah asked Adam who was sitting in the waiting chair

"He's fine now" Adam answered

"What are you doing here? Why not go inside?" Ask her grandfather to go inside

"Naura, how are you feeling? You all right? What's Doctor son saying?" Ask Grandpa Adam worried not to care about the existence of William, different from Adam's mother who had known him first

"I just have Cake fever. Sorry to make Grandpa worry like this" Naura replied with a pale look on her face

"Did my father know?" Naura asked suddenly to bring up her father

"No. Grandfather had not given it up because he was too worried. Do you want to preach it?"

"No need for a cake. I'm going home today anyway.. " Say Naura

After the departure of the two, Grandpa Adam who had been silent since, immediately asked Naura.

"Since I was curious, who was that man? She looks close to you Naura" Grandpa Adam asked

"Oh, he's Dira Kek's cousin. I happened to get acquainted when I met Dira" answered Naura but did not mention William who put his feelings towards her

But without him mentioning, anyone in the room knew clearly that William would make a note of his feelings.

Adam, who had just put on a wry face, chose to leave the room. Gibran, who saw it, followed behind. Leaving Grandpa and Mother Adam together with Naura.

Adam again sat in the waiting chair in front of Naura's room with his face lowered to the floor.

"What's wrong with you?" Gibran asked as he sat next to Adam

"Because I'm just focused on supporting her wishes, without noticing her being hurt" Gibran said bitterly

I don't know why Adam felt so claustrophobic hearing Gibran's words just now. He never knew what made his family care more about Naura than he did. But these few days, he constantly felt that there was a secret that his family kept hidden from him.

Instead of telling it directly, they actually encourage him to find out for himself.

"I'll go home first, let me know if anything happens" Gibran said as he stood up and left Adam still sitting with various thoughts in his brain at this time

In the midst of his death, Adam's phone rang again. Clara's name appears on Adam's phone screen.

"I'm still in Clara's hospital" Adam said after picking up a call from Clara

"You okay? Is something going on?"

"No. I was just thinking about a few things" Adam replied

"Are you coming here? I've made you lunch" Clara said excitedly

Adam, who heard the tone of spirit from Clara, was forced to agree to it because he did not want to disappoint her.

"alright. I'll be there after I get home from the hospital" Adam said before hanging up his phone call

Adam sat quietly for a moment, and then he stood up to go to see Clara.

"Where are you going?" Davikah's voice was accompanied by the sound of a closed door

"I want to go home Ma" Adam answered

"Stop lying Adam, Mama heard your talk earlier. Didn't you want to meet Clara" said Davikah accidentally eavesdropping when he wanted to talk to his son earlier

"Because Mama knows it, then I'll leave now" Adam said

"Adam!" Call Davikah half-screaming

"Sorry Ma, I'm really dizzy now. If there's something you want to talk about, then we'll talk about it at home" Adam said before stepping away from his mother

During the journey to Clara's house, Adam could not stop thinking about Gibran's words and William's treatment. How many times he thought, he constantly felt strange as if something was wrong. Yet he could not think at all about what was troubling his mind at this moment.

"What actually happened? Since then you just daydream" asked Clara curiously

"Gibran is no longer forcing me to keep my marriage"

"really? Isn't that good for us, is he starting to support our relationship?" Ask Clara with her thoughts

"No. He just doesn't care anymore" Adam said

"Whatever it is, I'm glad that he won't force you again. When are you getting divorced?"

"Let's wait after my wedding anniversary" replied Adam Lirih

"alright. Besides I've been waiting for 3 years, so there's no problem if I have to wait a few more days" Clara said as she hugged Adam's body tightly

"I shouldn't have hesitated like this, Clara had been waiting for me for a long time" Adam's inner self cursed
