CHAPTER 54: THE MEETING OF CANON AND HIROSHI

Hiroshi and Kanon meet officially at a dinner party. Although eating mini mala in an unofficial purse was just an ordinary dinner banquet, the entire Hiroshi family was present except for Soma's older brother, the second son of Fukoda's uncle.

Kawaki invited me to join even though I refused.

“Prepare, soon we have dinner with” he said who was wearing neat clothes.

“Actually what event makes you look neat like this?” manya suspect.

“Later you also know, there are clothes from Kanon that you can wear on the table” he replied making me more suspicious.

“Is this a banquet between your families?” I shot straight to the point.

“Not really, my parents are not present” he replied briefly.

“I don't want” reject me.

“You know the consequences of your refusal?” he began to threaten.

He took the clothes on the table and threw them into my lap which I was sitting on the bed.

“What is your motive for presenting me for a dinner that will discuss Hiroshi and Kanon? It was obvious you were showing myself off to Hiroshi, and waiting for his reaction. Really silly” my quip.

“Be quiet, do what you should. Do I need to strip your clothes and replace them, you wait to enjoy the sensation of my touch?” his response disgusts me.

I could only sigh and go to the toilet to change my clothes.

Kanon had been waiting for us in front of the elevator to be able to join us coming to the dinner.

“Is a drama in progress?” asked Kanon by holding her hand on her chest.

“He keeps trying to lure me to keep tormenting him” Kawaki said coldly as he tightened his hand on my wrist.

The situation became awkward in the elevator, until we finally entered the restaurant in a special room.

Hiroshi and his family were already sitting around the round table waiting for us to arrive. We were greeted with friendly smiles but not Hiroshi. Looks like his face is still damp from the scars of the fight that night.

“Thank you for inviting us for the evening, it looks like there will be good news about the engagement plan which last time was hampered” Kawaki said starting talks.

“According to my promise, a good wind blows towards us” Ryota said.

Kawaki was sitting on a sandwiched between me and Kanon, and next to Kanon was Ayane's aunt, Fukoda's uncle, Ryota's sister and Hiroshi sitting next to me. Every now and then Hiroshi and I stared at each other, though no words came out of our mouths.

“So how is Hiroshi, have you thought about it carefully. Look at my beautiful, young and kind sister who deserves to be with you. Replacing the girl you shouldn't expect” Kawaki said stoked tensions.

I lowered my head to hear it, unexpectedly – thought Hiroshi was holding my right hand under the table while looking at me. I was surprised by Hiroshi's bold attitude, where Kawaki was next to me.

He very casually answered Kawaki and stared intently at Kawaki.

“It is with great pleasure that I accept this engagement, but on one condition. Allow Chiyo to return to her parents” said Hiroshi.

All eyes were on Hiroshi, and Kanon was no exception to not knowing about my relationship with Hiroshi.

“So yes, well I will return Chiyo to her parents after the engagement took place” Kawaki replied with a cool face and a calm voice.

It seemed like he could already predict what Hiroshi wanted as a condition for his engagement with Kanon. So calm he drank the tea presented before him while looking at Ryota with a sly smile.

“Then let's start eating, the dish will be cold if we let go of” too long said uncle Fukoda breaking the tension in the room.

“Hopefully this engagement does not make bloodshed like the past” sindir aunty Ayane as Hiroshi's mother.

“Hopefully, Hiroshi will come to his senses after receiving a very valuable lesson about it” Kawaki said with a cynical smile.

We started eating the food, Hiroshi let go of his hand and I started bribing my food. Kawaki looked at me cynically, it seems like he noticed it.

After I finished eating, I asked permission to go to the toilet.

“I permission to toilet” I said goodbye to all.

“Hiroshi..what do you want?” many confused.

After seeing that it was quite safe, he entered the room and closed it. Then he hugged me tightly after making sure no one knew.

“Hold, I'm sorry I can only say this for now. I was looking for a way to escape you with my uncle and aunt abroad after my engagement party” she said.

I welcome her hug then in a soft voice I say “Are you good – fine?”.

“Don't worry about me, I make sure I'm good –'ll he said calm me down.

Our eyes clashed with one another, staring with a very deep gaze. I touched her bruised face sadly, then kissed her lips.

“Don't do that again, you keep me feeling guilty. I don't want you to sacrifice yourself just for me” I said lamenting the wound on his face.

“I can't be a loser seeing you tormented, you know.. Chiyo's. You are everything to me, I will give my life to you” I make me sad to hear.

He also landed a kiss so soft on my lips, I held both my hands to his neck as well as his hand that was coiled to my waist. A sad and sad feeling mixed into one.

I'd love to stop time so that I can hold it for longer, escape for a moment from Kawaki's shadow. We also ended it with a warm embrace, pouring out the longing that accumulates in the chest.

“Wait for me, I'll make sure you come back like before. I will try to find a way to get you off of him” he said.

“Don't take a big risk, I don't want you to get hurt” added me who worried about it.

“Please, all will be well – fine. Trust me” he said reassured me.

I nodded, indicating I believed him.

I went back first to the banquet room, Kawaki looked at me cynically. Then Hiroshi appeared and sat back down with us.

“Then next week we will come to Tokyo to break the engagement date” said uncle Fukoda.

“It is with great pleasure that we await your arrival” Kawaki replied with a smile.

A decision of engagement had been agreed upon, Kanon was only silent throughout the banquet.

After we left the banquet hall, Kawaki looked so cold he just mute all the way to the room. Kanon also realized that her brother was harboring her anger, she invited me to her room. But forbidden by Kawaki, Kanon is afraid that Kawaki will vent his anger on me.

“Let her be with me” Kawaki said then gripped my arm and rolled me into the room.

I could only stare at Kanon who kept staring at me from behind until we entered the room.

“BRAAAKKKK!!!” Kawaki slammed the door.

In throwing me into bed with rough, I was lying in bed with a sense of was – was. I dare not look at her face so wrathful, I don't know what she'll do to me.

In the absence of his clothes until his chest field is clearly visible, then he removed his belt made of skin that was black. I just realized I was in danger, when the leather belt was leaning towards me.

“AAAAAA!!!” I shouted in surprise and avoided her lashings.

“You won't be able to run away from me” he said with eyes full of anger.

As soon as he caught me and whipped me over – times, the sound of my agonizing screams echoed through the room.

“AAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!” my yelling.

Once satisfied, on the crest of my hair in his face my face with anger.

“Remember that you are mine, however hard he tries to get you off me. I will still catch you and go back to my lap” said he then landed a kiss on my lips.

He left me just out of the room, I could only curl up the pain all over my body that was beginning to turn red and hurt at the lash wound he gave me.
