Loved Bunian Wolves

Loved Bunian Wolves
1. Prologue (POV Runi)

"Right now, you are my wife, Runi! You can't run away from me anymore!" Strong and thunderous, that blaring voice sounded so demanding to me.

"How can you?" I scrunched my forehead, completely clueless as to what he had just said.

"Your blood flows in my veins. So does half my must reside in your body, Runi. The blood covenant we've made is enough to explain everything."

"I never asked for it, Candra! I never asked you to make that stupid deal!" shivering and shaking, I started to make a sound. I looked at his red-colored bead so closely. Honestly, I could see such great love in it.

"Foolish deal you said? Listen, Runi! That's no ordinary deal. What I did to you was a blood covenant! I'm just saving your life!" Frustrated, he looked at me with the look of an injured eye. The red glow in his bead looked so dim and languid.

"I never asked you to save me! Then, why don't you just let me die?" I shouted with fire. My tears shed so hard. "I'd rather die then, Candra! I've lost everything. My husband, also a growing fetus in my womb. All gone! Everyone leave me!"

Yes, I should have died when Aswini, my mother-in-law, and Widuri, my husband's dark lover, planned an assassination plot for me. I don't even know where Raka was, my husband at the time.

I was completely helpless, lonely, alone, and wounded. Slicing with consciousness that is already in the clouds. Breath so heavy and tight that it felt like no more air was allowed into my lungs. All my bones and joints seemed to be coming off my body. The smell of rancid rancor that I believe is the smell of my own blood. My life seems to be at the tip of the horn and it feels like maybe in just a fraction of a second he will be released from this body.

In the next second, someone I didn't know came. He came, holding my armless body under his big, stocky body. I even thought he was a grim reaper, so lost my consciousness.

He approached, a bright red glow visible in the eyes of his eagle. However, from my very limited perspective, I could see the highlight he displayed so sweet and dim.

Yeah, he's crying.

The red eyes approached. In the already thin consciousness, I could feel her soft lips greeting my lips.

What happened next was beyond my mind. A silvery glow shimmering glare appeared between our two lips that met each other. I don't know where it came from, but in my consciousness in the clouds, I only saw a glimmer of light. And after that light disappeared out of nowhere, my two eyes opened perfectly.

Warm feeling enveloped me. The rush of pain, pain, and tightness slowly disappeared from my body. The bones and joints that I thought were messy, now I no longer feel pain and linunya.

I blinked my eyes so fully aware. Then right in front of me, maybe just a short distance away from me, a handsome face I did not know at all, with a firm jaw-scratch looking at me with a worried expression.

"Who are you?" that was the question I first asked. Then, he who was shocked immediately distanced himself from me.

"Sorry" he said, bowing.

I, who had just realized what he was doing to me, began to get emotional. I raised my right hand into the air, and I gathered all my strength there.

'Plaa!!!'

One hard slap I managed to land on his face. The thin sideburns that I had seen from before framing that handsome face, I could now feel with my senses. A little rough, however, ah ... I don't know!

"What did you do to me?!" Ask me with a high note. I'm very upset. I glared at him, showing how irritated I was to him.

"I-i ..." He stammered, unable to answer my question.

"Did you kiss me?" I asked with cheeks that I felt red. I feel so ashamed now. Then I went back to continuing my nagging at him, "Huh! You perverted bloke!"

Without muduga, he grinned wide. Scratching the back of his head, he said to me. Maybe he wanted to give a reason. But he couldn't finish what he said. Speech interrupted. "sorry. I just ... "

"Not to be free! Can you leave from above me?!" I drove her away from me, but her body was still clearly on top of me.

He's getting out of the way. I got up angry. I pat both my hands and I flick my clothes cleaning the dust and the hands that stick there.

"Go!" Usirku. I immediately walked out from before him, but his large, long footsteps soon caught up with me.

"Rune!"

His call stopped my steps. I looked at him and asked, 'I,

"How do you know my name? We haven't even met, have we?"

He smiles. The most beautiful smile I've ever seen.

"I've known you for a long time, Runi," he said with a smile on his lips. He put his hand on me and started saying his name. "Candra."

One sentence that finally escaped from my contemptible mouth, managed to injure his heart so deeply. I know from her dim red eyes.

"I never asked you to save me!"

The bead with bright red eyes was looking at me wistfully. The sparkle of his eyes seemed to be piercing into the succum, imbue4njan9i honesty in me.

Then, what about me? Can I still hurt her heart?

No, of course not. I am like a dazed man caught in ignorance. Stupidity for the dishonesty I brought up myself. Worrying, upset, and sad. I myself do not know who will be the answer to all my prayers.

Yeah, I know, he's expecting me. I also know how much love he has offered me. It's just that, even though he asked many times, my heart still said, 'Raka'.

"I know." Candra smiled bitterly. He took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. He took my hand hanging in the air, and carried it to his chest. He continued his words with such a soft tone. His voice was also shaking. "Go back to him, Runi. I know you still love her."

"I love you. Really, I love you so much. But I know, your heart is still for Raka." His martyrdom successfully ravaged my soul. I felt my eyes warm up again. I couldn't even hold back the crystal feathers that began to descend soaking my cheeks.

My heart crumbled softly, breaking into pieces. What Candra said cut my heart. No, not because he was hurt by his words. But I hurt her heart so deeply.

And this stupidity of reason keeps me quiet. My tongue seems to be stuck. My voice was stuck in my throat.

Candra Geni's. The name of a protective creature to me. He saved me from the cruelty of my husband's mother-in-law and lover.

Candras.

His name is capable of breaking down the cold walls of my heart. The sturdy fort I built to protect myself from persuading men, including Raka, my own husband. Only he can destroy it.

"Look at my eyes, Runi." That soft voice again made a strange sigh in my chest. Inevitably, I turned my face towards him. And my eyes felt so hot when I saw the pain in the look in his eyes.

"Is there not even a speck of love left for me in your heart? If not, then it's okay. Go, come back to him."
