Loved Bunian Wolves
32. Widuri's Lover

Runi arrived at a luxurious house painted in ivory white. This house has a fairly spacious yard with a well-maintained flower garden with quite slick and neat in some corners of the yard. A swing with teak wood and unique carvings is also found on the terrace of the house, adding to the antique and classic impression of the house owned by the palm oil prince's daughter.

"From who, Neng?" Asked a man with a baritone sura, using a dialect that sounded like the accent of another area. It looks like he works here, but comes from another area.

Runi was surprised then turned to look at the man quickly. The man was about fifty years old with a stocky and large body. Although it looks aged, but the muscles in his body make the man look much younger than his age. Hmmm, it looks like he is the guard in this house.

"It's really Cantika Widuri's house, isn't it, sir?" Ask the man. "I've only been here for the first time."

"Non Thorn?" Ask the guard to make sure.

"Yes, Sir. Usually called Duri or Widuri," replied Runi.

"Oh, must be this cuddly schoolmate huh?" Guess the guy.

Runi nodded. "Yes, Sir. I knew Tika when we were both SD."

"Hmm, pantesans. Usually the one who called Tika's name was his school friends. If the family or close friends usually call the name Duri or Widuri," the guard.

Of course, this answer was an answer that slightly made Runi feel pinch. How not? Raka, Runi's husband, is one of the people who calls Tika 'Widuri'. Does that mean, Raka has such a close relationship with Widuri?

'Ah, but impossible,' Runi looked at heart, trying to convince herself despite a little hesitation.

"Yes, sir." Runi who was wondering, confused about what the guard said. Then he asked again, "What is the father of the housekeeper? Is this really Tika's house?"

"Yes, Neng. This is his home" replied the man. He asked, "What business is coming here?"

"This, sir." Runi picked up the paper bag he had hung on his motorbike, and then showed it to the man. "I want to do stitches for Tika. She's not home, sir?"

"Owell, nganter stitches, anyway. Come in, Neng. Non-Tika is inside. There are only guests left."

"Well, again there is a guest turned out," parrot Runi with a condolent tone. He handed the package he had brought to the guard.  "If so I just have a stitch Tika, sir. I'm also wrong because I didn't know him if I wanted to come here."

"Hes, the one who came here was just his girlfriend Non Duri, Neng." The guard again said. "No papa, the geeky just went in. Not going to bother, his girlfriend has come here every day. Even the night is often here."

"Oh yeah?" Runi furrowed both of his brows. Although the guard said he did not interfere with the togetherness between Duri and her lover, but he still felt doubt. He was worried that later, Widuri and her lover would feel uncomfortable with the sudden arrival of Runi.

"Is this really sir, I'm in?" Tanya Runi made sure. "I will not giggle if you get scolded by Tika later because I told you to come in and would disturb them, huh?!"

"Hahaha, you can do it" the keeper licked. He again said to convince Runi and patted his own chest, "Udah, the wooo calm down. I'll take responsibility."

"It's really, sir." Sahut Runi laughed. "I came in, because my father told me to."

"Udah mundane Neng. Non Duri boyfriend has often come here, so if there are guests also sometimes he often nimbrung together. It's normal, Neng. Dah, the hunt goes in, the afternoon hunt. Later even not satisfied to talk with Non Durinya if only for a moment," said the guard gave advice.

"Good, Sir. Thank you, before," said Runi, bowing her body and thanking the man for granting her access to enter Widuri's house. He had been feeling sad, but because the guard allowed it, also because he also had a high enough curiosity about who Widuri's lover, then he also complied.

Mind of wandering. He and Raka live in this village. So did Widuri and her lover. If later the two of them get married, then live in this village, then the four of them can live next door. How fun it would be to be neighbors with Widuri, considering Runi's personality is quite introverted so it is not easy to get along. With Widuri, he felt he had a friend to talk to. Moreover, Widuri had never distinguished social status. Although Runi comes from a mediocre family, Widuri still wants to be friends with him.

Runi lightly stepped foot towards the terrace of Widuri's house. His net had gone around sweeping the entire yard of his best friend's house, but suddenly a sense of surprise ambushed his mind.

Quite far from where he stood, a large motorbike was parked on a mango tree. He knows the bike, really. But is it really the bike he knows? Unfortunately, there is no helmet perched on the rearview mirror. So, he could not match what the owner of the helmet and motorcycle was in accordance with what was in his shadow.

Runi almost got close to the bike to confirm the license plate. However, suddenly positive thoughts prevented him from imagining things. In this village, not only one person has that brand and color motor, right? It could be, it belongs to someone else. It does not belong to someone he knows.

Runi chose to ignore her curiosity. He returned to his feet to the terrace of the house of Widuri. But on the terrace, the net back wide. He found a work shoe with batik-patterned black socks on the outside, just as he had known all along.

No, it's impossible! Those kind of shoes and socks must be a lot of people, right? It is impossible for only one person to have it from the millions of people on this earth.

So, Runi again chose to ignore and continued to move his legs. Now, he has arrived at the terrace of the Widuri house. The door of the living room was open, but he could not just enter. He had knocked on the door and hoped that Widuri would come to greet him, but apparently there was no one inside.

Runi decided to just sit in the living room. And only a few minutes later, he heard the giggling sound of a young couple approaching, but it did not seem to pass through this living room. Rather, it passes through the living room which also has access to the courtyard.

Runi smiled awkwardly. Widuri was with her lover, apparently. Did Runi come to disturb their togetherness?
