SHAL, VALFRED, AND AMARA watched the pink sky of Maple Island while listening to Diadyra singing. A few minutes ago, Shal was done recounting the events of that day.
“Sadly there are no Porsche mosses left. If anything, it might be able to cure the nausea I felt during next year's Rune class.” Valfred tried to break the silence.
Shal and Amara laughed at Valfred's words. After the horrific events that befell him today, Shal feels very grateful to still be able to keep his promise to see the pink sky of Maple Island with his two best friends. Shal felt the need for comfort from his two friends.
“I'm sorry once again for the loss of ivory tubes from you.” Shal apologizes to Amara.
“There are thousands of such ivory tubes in Spring Kingdom, but Shalima Shero is only one. You came home safely, I am so grateful,” said Amara.
Shal's ivory tube containing the remains of the Porsesa moss was lost while in the forest. Either someone picks it up or the tube falls when Malachite fights a fake Zoologist. The Prof also told me that all the equipment used during the moss collection had been burned to ash by the dragon mother, including all the vacuum tubes containing the moss of Porsessa.
Zoologists on the moss-takers' team speculated that the intruder belonged to a black market syndicate. Maybe when returning to Maple Academy after the holidays, Shal will continue to find out about the meaning of the black sun tattoo he saw on the wrist of the person. Shal felt like he had seen her, but I don't know where.
“Of course!” shal replied sure. Amara and Valfred looked at him in astonishment. “However, before that, I have to improve my martial and fighting skills!” shal continued while mimicking martial movements. “You yourself still have to be diligent physically, wolf cub!” Amara.
“That's a sudden move that a friend shouldn't do!” valfred panicked. He tried to cover up his embarrassment.
Shalima laughed seeing her two friends fighting. If he could introduce Malachite to his two friends, of course the day would close very well.
I knew it was coming, Mala. Take your time! I will keep waiting for you. We're tied up, aren't we?
Slowly Shal away from his two friends who are still engrossed in oral warfare. He then walked to the rocks by the lake to sing with Diadyra and the crabs. While walking, Shal saw a nuskabadori flying not far from him. The winged mammal sang a song in a familiar voice. The song expresses gratitude and hope to meet again. Shal could not hide the smile on his face as he stared at the nuskabadori flying away. Its long dangling tail gleamed purplishly.
