The Soul Blower - The Beginning of a Secret Mission

The Beginning of a Secret Mission

"CAN YOU EXPLAIN, LILY?"

Three people were now crossing each other and staring at Lily intimidatingly. Being stared at just grimaced, showing a neat row of his teeth.

Somehow, they are now in an empty warehouse in Villagic. Not only that, something Lily called a disaster was in one room with them. Sif, the wooden statue with golden hair they found was walking towards the back gate of the main castle.

Because they panic too much, they don't even know what and why they're here. Everything happens too quickly and spontaneously.

"I-I .. that ...." Lily squeezed her fingers tightly. His voice was very soft, almost inaudible.

"That's what? Say it clearly!" Efron's high voice made everyone aghast. Maya even hit Efron on the shoulder because she was surprised.

Lily took a deep breath. "So ...." Then the story flows. Starting from he who accidentally hummed the cover cloth to his fad blew the statue of Sif with the mantra of life— for plants.

"But I could have sworn, I didn't mean it like this. I thought my spell wasn't working. Even I didn't know that I turned on the statue myself" Lily explained.

"Lily," called Maya who started to approach, then cupped Lily's face. Staring into her eyes deeply as if diving into whatever was painted on Lily's face. Unexpectedly, the next second Maya banged her forehead with Lily's forehead so fast and hard, that it caused Lily to grimace in pain.

"Lily, I'm proud of you!" he said that now switched to patting Lily's shoulder with pride. Also the gaze is full of twinkle and adore.

What is there to be proud of? Maya and her madness have always been the complete package, wherever and whenever.

"My business is done, right?" Jace, who had just been silent, now stepped towards the door. However, before he managed to reach it, Lily had already blocked him first.

"No! After you came with us earlier, your business has only just begun."

"Whatdidyou say? Just yummy! I have nothing to do with your problems. Move over!" jace said he didn't take it.

Lily was as stubborn as Jace. Then he won't let Jace off. "Said no! It could be that after I let you out, you report us."

"What do you want, huh?" challenge Jace, still trying to get Lily out of his presence.

"You have to help us."

Jace screeched, "What's in it for me? Move over!"

"No! Stay here or ...." Lily moved her face toward Jace's ears. "This bracelet won't come back." A tangle of flax thread with small stones at both ends Lily swung. It worked to make Jace a fool.

"W-what? Where are you—sial!" Jace growled in annoyance.

Lily laughed triumphantly. Jace's expression really satisfied him. He was still trying to block Jace's steps. "How's it?"

Jace seemed to be thinking, but not for long as the noise distracted the four of them. Maya and Efron rush to hold the statue which starts to wriggle.

The statue was silent because Efron performed first-rate frost magic on it. Shouldn't a statue be silent? However, it seems that Efron's spell has now faded.

"All right, I'll help you guys."

Saturday should be the most awaited day. There are no lessons, just training to develop talent all day long. Then tomorrow, everyone is free to roam. Shop, go for a walk, enjoy the smell of coffee, or read a book.

There is nothing more fun than interacting with plants. According to Lily, by looking at the leaves that dance in the wind can increase happiness hormones in his body. However, it seems different this time. No face as usual. The parasites were as if covered by black smoke that normally billowed in the Alchemist space.

Where am I? I want to go back to the Hall of the Gods. But why does everything look so weird here? You're who? And my body .. Oh my body!

His memory floated back on last night's incident. A confession of a talking statue really made his mood chaotic.

I'm Sibyl. Ah, no, I mean, Sif, they call me Sif because of my golden hair.

He continued to think about how the spirit of a goddess suddenly appeared because of her actions. Oh, are the gods really real? Isn't that just a myth?

I can't stay here too long, or you'll get into bigger trouble than this if all the gods are looking for me. Emm .. especially my husband. He could do worse than chop off his head.

Lily felt her head very dizzy. How did he get Sibyl back to where it came from?

"Focus, Lily James!"

Lily tiptoed in surprise. The voice restored his consciousness. A large bull ran closer and closer. He was shocked and immediately avoided.

"Aw!" Lily lost her balance and ended up with her body poking the floor.

"What's up, Miss James? You did a reckless thing today. Focus and immediately grab the ring that coils at the end of the bull's horn so that this exercise is finished." A black-clad mentor shouted at him from a tree branch.

Lily took a deep breath. Focus on the training today. He placed a squatting position with both hands touching the ground. A bull in front of him was poking his feet on the ground as if ready to hit him at any moment.

As the bull scavenged the ground faster, Lily immediately raised her pelvis and swung her left leg as a forceful repulsion. He ran as fast as he could to attract the attention of the huge creature. Then, take him towards the ground filled with grass.

Almost collided, Lily immediately degraded the body until it slid through the gap of the bull's feet.

Pothos scandens, a plant with betel-like pinnate leaves that propagate under the bull times it starts to creep up. The tether corresponds to Lily's hand movements. The bull got trapped and thrashed. Lily put up the horses as hard as she could. His fingers began to clench strongly, as if he had snared the great bull before him.

Focus and relax, Lily.

His hands continued to do a circular motion until the shoots of the plant reached the horns. A falling metallic sound made him breathe a sigh of relief. Lily ran over and took it.

The bull finally escaped the snare of the plant, but there was no sign of attack. Someone who had been observing from the tree branch was now in front of Lily.

"Good, but I think you could have been faster than this had you not been daydreaming earlier." Then he was busy noting something on the paper in his grasp.

"Alright, enough until here the exercise. See you next week," he continued, then a second later disappeared along with the big bull.

Lily sat down. The movement is not too much, but it is quite draining in. After getting enough rest, Lily rushed out of the training arena and was greeted with an infuriating look from Jace.

"It's so long."

Lily chose silence. He did not want his energy drained again just to argue with Jace.

"Come on!" take her after picking up the flyboard she kept in a locker near her practice room.

Mood Lily was completely destroyed today. Even the smell of books in the library was unable to treat it as usual. Because, the person who was walking in front of him continued to disturb him. "Why should Jace and I? Why not just with you guys?" lily protest.

"Because I think Jace knows more about Asgard. Never mind, with us or Jace it's the same, right?" obviously Efron is indifferent.

Lily growled stifled considering the conversation last night.

"Quick! You're so lelet's this."

Patience, Lily, hold your emotions. There's no point arguing with Jace.

Lily went back through the library and tried to type in keywords in the magic panel on each shelf. I hope there is a book that matches what he is looking for.

"You can find what not? For a long time," grumbled Jace who had been waiting.

"Be quiet! I'm focused on looking. Why don't you look for it yourself if you feel like you're taking a long time?" lily replied fiercely because she felt disturbed by Jace's grunts since then.

Jace rolled his eyeballs. From earlier he only told a few keywords related to Asgard. Without any intention to go looking for him. Not that he did not want to look, but faced with rune letters made his head want to break. In contrast to Jace, Lily actually looks very expert dealing with the ancient letters. In fact he understood some of the more ancient futhrak than Mr. taught. Samaelian.

"Hi, Lily! Why are you here?" The brown unravel girl wearing round glasses suddenly appeared and greeted Lily.

"Oh, hi! You here too, Elle?" lily asked back who was greeted with a nod from Elleanor.

"Yes, as usual. You alone? It's been a long time since I've seen you here" asked Elle quietly, unwilling to make noise and causing the library's custodian Succubus to find them talking.

Lily simply pointed her chin at the man who was busy sneering and flipping through books lazily. The designated man, Jace Kalandra, repeatedly frowned at the sign of confusion. Obviously, the man never read.

"Gotcha! I get—" Almost Lily yelled, then instantly came to a halt as Elle raised her index finger hinting to stay calm.

"Don't be noisy or Miss Therenia will punish you cruelly" Elleanor recalled.

Lily patted her forehead slowly, then nodded in understanding. "Thank you for reminding me, Elle," Lily whispered. He quickly withdraws from Elleanor and turns to Jace. He immediately pulled Jace's hand, then stepped away holding two books. Jace raised next to his eyebrows, but kept following Lily's steps, while Elle just shook her head.

"Hey! Where are you going?" james asked slightly shrieking with a hold. It immediately stopped Lily's steps and made the girl turn her head for a moment.

"Get out of here, what else?" lily continued to keep moving.

"I borrowed this" said Lily, who now handed over two books to the library's custodian, Miss Therenia.

Miss Therenia smiled gently, "You haven't been here in a long time, Miss James." His hand received Lily's card, then placed it in a box that gave off a red glow. "Well, already. Don't forget to return it on time, yeah."

Lily grabbed back her identity card and smiled knots, then turned towards the exit.

Jace still faithfully followed him behind. Jace's eyes squinted as he read one of the titles Lily had brought. Aettir: The Elder Futhark of Germanic Runes

Without further ado, he immediately pulled the book out of Lily's arms. Open it and just flip through the page with a frown. "What is this book for? You think we're going to rune class, huh?" ask Jace lightly, then return the book to Lily with a slight jolt.

"If you don't know anything, shut up! Your rant makes my ears hot."

Lily walked quickly to pick up the flyboard on the special shelf behind the library door. Before he boarded his flight board, he paused for a moment and looked at Jace seriously.

"What?" ask Jace who felt filled with Lily's gaze.

"There's one thing I forgot to ask you," Lily started boarding her flyboard.  "By the way, who's Sibyl's husband?" continued.

"Thor," Jace replied indifferently, then began to fly away leaving Lily.

Who doesn't know Thor? A famous superhero character with a muscular body and sledgehammer.

My husband can do worse than chop off his head, Sibyl said back to her head. Making Lily shudder imagines Thor floating a godam to crush the bones in her body. It could be worse than that.
