Bella calls the in-laws because Axel vomits and hasn't eaten anything. Every smell of his stomach food instantly nausea and vomiting, making his body limp. Bella has offered to see a doctor, but Axel refuses.
"Miss, this is the food you asked for" said the Villa waiter carrying a tray of food.
"Oh yes, just take it in" Bella walked ahead of the waiter to enter her room. Axel was still asleep. "Put it down" said Bella showing a small table in the room.
The waiter nodded and immediately placed it down. After he bade himself retreat. Bella looked at her husband's pale face as he had not eaten anything since.
"Darling, Waking up." she shook her husband's shoulder slowly.
"Hmmm..." Axel muttered and opened his eyes.
"Where? Did you make it?" asked Bella while thrusting water on Axel.
Axel just shook his head, His stomach is still sore and unpleasant. His mouth was so bitter and somehow wanted to eat something sour or spicy.
"Eat first yes, Let the spout heal" said Bella took a small table and placed it in front of Axel.
"I don't want to eat" Axel said he doesn't want to eat anything right now.
"Must eat By, a little bit. I bribe ya" said Bella gently persuading her husband.
"What am I eating?" axel asked, glancing at the food Bella brought.
"Eat porridge and soup. Maybe you have magh, so you have to eat soft food first" Bella said again and began to feed Axel.
Axel wanted to protest but he just kept quiet and opened his mouth. But just as he ate one mouthful, his stomach instantly became nauseous. Bella who saw Axel's face like that immediately put away the keja desk in front of Axel and her husband immediately darted off to the bathroom.
"Jeek....Yuck...." Axel vomited again when he had not eaten anything.
"You're throwing up bad gini By, we're going to the doctor" said Bella pity to see her husband limp.
"I'm fine. Tomorrow will also be cured" Axel said, rejecting the idea. "Just get rid of the food, I can't stand the smell" Axel said.
Bella scrunched her forehead when she heard that. Can't stand the smell? Though the smell of cooking is so tempting taste. But looking at her husband's completely pale face, Bella did not ask much and brought the food out.
Turns out Axel was still vomiting for three days. He also did not eat much to make him weak out of energy. Bella who could not bear to see her husband like that immediately took her to the hospital, no matter Axel who whined not want to be taken.
"How is my husband doctor? Why does he keep vomiting?" Bella asked after her husband checked in. He thinks Axel ate it wrong or something.
"Did Mr Axel have experienced something like this before?" the doctor answered the rug by Axel.
"When's the last time Miss came to the moon?" the doctor asked Bella to be confused, why she was even asked about coming to the moon.
"Maybe 3 or 4 weeks ago I was able to dock, I also forgot" Bella said, recalling the last menstrual period.
"It's a little strange, but I think Mr. Axel has couvade syndrome or so-called sympathetic pregnancy" the doctor said, leaving the two men confused.

"My wife is pregnant?" Axel's face turned enthusiastic when he heard the doctor's explanation.
"Yes, Looks like. But maybe, Miss can check it first" said the doctor handed a testpack to Bella who was dumbfounded.

"Can I try at the doctor's house?" ask Bella to be embarrassed to check here.
"Yes it's okay. Hope the results are good. I will prescribe medicine for Mr. Axel to reduce his nausea and vomiting" the doctor scribbled the paper and gave it.
"Thank you Doctor, Excuse me" Axel said impatiently. His body was so weak.
Arriving at the villa, Axel immediately told Bella to check the tool immediately. Bella even felt Axel would be disappointed if the result she was not pregnant.
"By...What if I'm not pregnant?" bella's asking made Axel shut up.
"Try it first. I accept whatever the outcome" Axel said with a slight smile.
Bella nodded and went into the bathroom. He put the testpack into a container containing his urine. Bella herself was anxious about the outcome. After a while Bella saw the results and her eyes grew bigger.
Axel waited outside impatiently. She really hopes that Bella will get pregnant. Before long the bathroom door opened, Axel immediately saw Bella's lackluster face, It seems he knows what happened.

"Yes. Its alright. Maybe it hasn't been our windfall" Axel said either to appease Bella or himself. "It seems, I have to work hard to make you pregnant later" Axel said trying to laugh to cover up his disappointment.
"Yes, you have to work hard to keep me. Because it's... The result was positive! I'm pregnant!!!" bella said with her wide smile showing the results of her testpack.
"Pregnant? Are you serious Bella?"
Bella nodded and smiled. Axel immediately grabbed Bella's body hugging her and twirling it because it was so excited.
"Yes! I'm finally going to be Papa" Axel yelled in excitement.
"Thank you dear. I promise to take care of you beyond my own life. I love you" Axel hugged Bella lovingly. His mouth was unceasingly smirking his wife's face.
"I love you too By" Bella felt moved and cried in her husband's arms.
At a time like this, he even remembered his pregnancy that was so chaotic. Now the news was greeted by both of them happily. Bella was so grateful that God still gave her trust. He needs to take better care of himself now.
"From now on you can't do anything. You can't be exhausted" Axel said so seriously.
