"Bella!" The sound of a woman's scream was heard breaking the eye contact of the two. The woman is none other than Bella's two best friends, namely Karin and Tiara. Oh my God! How could they be here? Bella looked at the two with a pale face.

"Bella! Brother Axel! How come you guys are here?"Ask Karin as soon as they get to Bella's front.

"Ah Yes I am" Bella suddenly stutters confused to answer Karin's question. Moreover, Karin's gaze felt intimidated him. Bella realized what Karin saw, she tried to release her hand that had been held Axel.

Axel still clasped Bella's hand tightly before she let go as she felt the situation was not possible. But he did not break the look in his eyes that had felt raining towards Bella. A second later his eyes widened because Bella's body suddenly warped to make Axel swiftly catch her.

Axel himself did not waste his time, he immediately carried Bella's tiny body to the hospital. He felt panicked because Bella who was used to suddenly fainted. Moreover, the woman was pregnant, Axel was really worried for her.

Arriving at the hospital, Bella was immediately treated. Axel chose to sit in one of the waiting chairs. In her heart she kept praying that nothing would happen to Bella and the baby. Even though he himself did not know if God wanted to hear the prayers of sinners like him.

"Drink first brother" Karin thrusts mineral water towards Axel. He kept watching what this guy was doing. There were still a lot of big question marks on his mind that he wanted to know the answer to. But Karin knows it's not the right time, maybe later.

Axel glanced at the woman who was now sitting next to him. "Thank you" he said. He drank it because he was thirsty.

"Sama-Sama" said Karin again, her voice sounding very soft. "Eum, you don't work?" ask Karin to know.

"No!" axel replied briefly. He doesn't like to talk too long.

"What are we Bella sick of? He fainted twice" Karin said.

"I don't know"

Karin close her lips, confused to ask what else because of Axel's super cute answer. Why is it so cold, Karin thought.

"Gue has contacted Aunt Anita, she said she will be Dateng bentar again. I want to go home because Nyokap already called, Lo how?" Tiara asked who had just come, She actually did not want to leave Bella, but just now Mama called if there was important business.

"Ehm, i... " Karin said confused, because actually he wanted to be there to accompany Bella as well, or rather want to be close to Axel. He feels unwilling if the man is waiting for Bella alone.

"You go home, I'll take care of him! His parents want Dateng, right?" axel stared at the two young women in front of him.

"Yes, maybe wait a little bit more Nyampe! I'm sorry, sister, I have to take care of you again" Tiara said. He then pulled Karin who was still putting on her reluctant face. "Excuse me, brother"

Axel nodded in response. After their departure, not long after it turned out that both Bella's parents came. Axel immediately stood up to both of them.
