Karin raised her eyes to see what was visible from the crack of the door. Nathan and Cindy are in love. Karin held her breath, what the fu ck?
Karin makes sure again that they are both indeed Nathan and Cindy. Karin was still too shocked by this. How can Nathan and Cindy go crazy like this. What's worse is that they both betrayed Dio.
Then why did he once desperately endure pain and heartbreak just for the sake of guarding the woman's heart. Karin was furious, although she and Dio were also in a relationship but it was also upsetting.

"No idea, you better get out of here" Nathan said, wearing his shirt and looking out, but there was no one there.
"Damn!" that means getting upset and taking a cell phone and calling someone.

Karin continues to rebel by continuing to hit the hand of the man who is now dragging her away. His body has now even been pulled into a room that is there.
"Stttt......Karin, it's me" hearing that very distinctive voice made Karin stop revolting and was shocked to see the figure of Dio.
"Dio! You here?" karin asked in shock but was also confused to see Dio there.
"Yes, why didn't you pick me up?" said Dio putting on his pouting face.
"I haven't picked you up yet. But there are important things that I have to show you" Karin said still stirring considering what she saw earlier.
"There's no point" Dio said preventing Karin from coming out.
"Dio! Don't block me. They're both totally outrageous. Why are you acting so ordinary? Do you know that?" said Karin squinting her eyes staring at Dio full of probing.
"Yes, I'm also just going to tell you and show you a little bit of evidence, Come on" said Dio pulling gently Karin's hand and taking her away from the room.
But when they came out, they were shocked to see Nathan standing there. Dio gritted his teeth and then pulled Karin's hand to hide behind him.
Nathan who saw the two instantly developed a sweet smile but his face looked shriveled. He walked closer towards Karin who was hiding behind Dio.
"Today, why didn't you see me?" nathan said in his soft voice.
"Don't bother him" Dio said, holding back his emotions from beating Nathan.
"It's funny that I should have told you that cousin" Nathan said glancing at Dio sharply, he pressed on the word cousin making Dio even more annoyed.
"I know about you and Cindy. Nathan, how can you play Dio like this" Karin said, staring at Nathan angrily.
"really? You know that already? It's a pity, why it's so quickly exposed" Nathan said casually and calmly made Dio stirred up his emotions to directly beat up the man but Karin held him back.
"You are Nathan's son of a bitch" Dio said.
"What do you mean?" dio asked not to understand.
Nathan smiled cynically then walked over to Dio. "You know, this hospital is my father's territory. So I can easily do something here" Nathan said.
"Nathan! you can't do that, we already know the same, so you better stop this" Karin said, staring at Nathan in annoyance.
"He's not after you, but he wants me" Dio said, reading Nathan's thoughts.
"Bravo! You're a very smart cousin. How, still trying to fight?" nathan said, clapping his hands so hard that suddenly four big men approached them.
Dio growled furiously, he glanced at those he could have fought. But what about Karin, she couldn't have gotten her hurt.
"It's best to give up on Dio! And give me back what should have been mine" Nathan said staring intently at Dio.
"Snubrate! How dare you play a game like this, coward!" said Dio spitting on the floor.
"You think I care? Quickly leave Karin to me or you know the consequences!" the word Nathan let out a gripping cold aura made Karin afraid and increasingly held Dio's hand tightly.
Dio gritted his teeth, he really could not grit right now. Slowly releasing Karin's hand made the woman startled.
"Dio! I don't want to" Karin said shaking her head in refusal as Dio wanted to let go.
"They won't hurt you" said Dio completely unwillingly but he had to let go of Karin first because he knew Nathan wasn't a playful person.
"It turns out you did read my plan yes, Come here Wife candidate" said Nathan pulled Karin's arm violently, he felt his patience was running out.
"Take me off." Karin snapped making Nathan pull his hand hard to make Karin close by.
"Yell and keep fighting me. If you keep doing that, I'm gonna have this guy you love dead" Nathan said.
Karin raised her eyes when she saw Dio suddenly hit his neck and injected something to make Dio's body instantly limp. Karin raised her eyes and worried, she wanted to sign Dio but Nathan re-grasped the lengennaya.
"What did you do to Dio?" karin shouted very worriedly, her eyes were even already glazed over. Dio just recovered, but why should he get this treatment.
"You'll know what happened to him if you keep fighting me. So Karin, her fate depends on your attitude towards me" Nathan said smiling sarcastically at the unconscious Dio.
Nathan immediately pulls Karin's hand and takes her to the car. He slightly slammed the woman's body to get inside.
Karin could only resign as Nathan took her away, he glanced at Nathan who was completely calm opening his doctor's suit. How can he be like this?
"What exactly do you want? You and Cindy had a relationship and then why did you involve me?" karin said in a high tone.
"The answer is easy, because you're more attractive than Cindy and you're the only woman who's fit to be my wife" Nathan smiled sweetly but made Karin shudder in horror.
