"Miss Bella is conscious, but she's still weak. If you want to see, only one person is allowed to remember Miss Bella still needs intensive care" said the doctor made Axel and Papa Nugraha look at each other.

"You go in first" said Papa Nugraha relented because he knew that Axel who wanted to see Bella even though he actually wanted to know the state of Bella.

"Thank you Pa" Axel smiled slightly before entering Bella's room.

He had to wear special clothes to see his wife. Axel who saw his wife had consciously smiled full of relief, he immediately approached her.

"Hey, you awake?" axel said sitting next to his wife.

Bella turned her head when she heard Axel's voice. She cried when she saw her husband's face.

"Honey.. What was? Are you in pain?" axel held his wife's hand.

"Where is he?" bella asked when she first woke up and remembered her son.

"He's...She.is fine. Bella our son is fine" Axel held back his tears as he looked at Bella like this.

"Is he really okay?" bella looked at Axel with her sandals.

"Yes, heal quickly so we can see it together later" said Axel did not dare to look into the eyes of his wife, his eyes now even wet.

"I'll get well soon, our daughter or boy?" bella tried to smile and think positively.

"He's...." Axel was confused because he had not seen his son at all. Bella who saw that smiled full of irony. He pulled his hand from Axel's.

"When are you going to lie to me?" bella looked at Axel in disbelief. The pain of her surgery was again felt, but her heart hurt more to remember what her husband had done.

"I'm sorry, I just don't want you to think too much about it. Bella, our son was born prematurely, but believe me he'll be fine, he'll definitely be a strong boy" Axel said very much in hope of that.

"You want me to forgive you?" Axel nodded quickly.

"Punish Me, Then I'll forgive you" Bella said without looking at Axel at all. Enough, he felt that he had enough to endure this pain. No matter how much he struggled to get better, Axel never believed in him.

"Bella, what do you mean? I won't divorce you until now" Axel said in shock at his wife's request.

"Why tell me to hang on if you can only hurt me. Axel, I'm tired. Please just let me go" said Bella sobbing, her heart sore so god.

"Bella's... Please don't say that. I can explain everything" Axel said trying to grab Bella but Bella refused.

"For what? After everything happens, you want to explain? Don't you ever think it hurts my heart when you see you cuddle with that woman" said Bella crying loudly until her stomach hurt, but she just kept quiet.

"I did it because his son was sick, and he got hurt in my restaurant Bella, I did it because of my sense of responsibility. No more than that, honey, trust me" Axel said honestly.

"Then? How important is he to you until you forget your promise to me? Axel, you let me wait for hours but you didn't come and help that woman at all. I asked you, but you didn't tell me at all. Now I realize that he's the only one in your heart since long ago, I'm just a runaway right?" Bella increasingly does not control her crying voice, she wants to let out all the emotions that have been buried for days.

"Bella, what are you saying? The only woman I love is you, and I only see you. If I didn't love you, I wouldn't have sacrificed everything for you...I'm willing even if I have to sacrifice my life for you" Axel said firmly without the slightest hesitation.

Bella saw it was silent. He knew Axel loved him but he was already disappointed.

"Thank me Bella....You'd rather just kill me than ask for it." Axel said in a hoarse voice that touched Bella.

Slowly his heart softened, his emotions slowly dissipating. Axel really convinced him. After all he had also seen for himself the man's struggle for her. What else makes him doubt?.

"Wake up Axel" said Bella could not bear to see Axel continue to kneel like that.

"Even if you keep going like that, I won't forgive you" Bella said in a threatening tone. Axel wiped away his tears, for a moment. He then got up and looked at Bella with his reddened eyes.

"You crying?" said Bella smiled when she saw Axel's face that was swollen from crying.

"I'm just getting dusted in" Axel said, making Bella laugh.

"Come here, you don't want to hug me?" bella said with her spoiled voice making Axel smile full of relief.

He then brought himself closer and hugged his wife gently so as not to hurt his wife's scar.

"Am I the only one in your heart?" bella looked at Axel seriously.

"Yes, there's no one else. Even for Nau..

"Don't say her name again" said Bella covering Axel's mouth with her finger.

"I just want you to know that I never once thought of turning away from you" Axel said.

"Alright, but next time I won't be that easy to trust you" Bella said with a serious face.

"Nothing next time, this is the last time I hurt and make you cry" Axel kissed Bella's forehead deeply making Bella close her eyes.

"Axel, our son?" Bella just remembered that.

"He must be fine, if your wounds have healed we'll see him together" Axel said gently wiping his wife's tears that melted back.

"I'm sorry, I can't take care of her" Bella said.

"No, it's not your fault, it's a path we have to go along. Bella, aren't we given the grace to see it sooner? Now calm yourself down, you have to rest a lot to get well quickly and meet him" Axel said giving a soothing smile.

Bella was silent for a moment and then nodded. "Can you just stay here?" bella looked at Axel expectantly.

"I'll ask the doctor if the doctor will allow me to accompany you" Axel said.

"You also take care of your health, you must have not slept since last night" Bella said, staring at Axel's face as pale and bruised everywhere.
