It was as easy as breathing.

But forgetting you is the most painful thing for me to go through.

The birthday party event was soon resumed, Karin was still there with Nathan to see how the lovers who were now indulging in his intimacy. Unknowingly her hands clenched as she watched Cindy feed her first birthday cake to Dio.

"I just want to go home" he said, feeling fed up with the drama tonight.

"Why hurry, the show is also just starting" Nathan said staring at Karin.

"I'm bored, I'm also upset with you anyway, why are you saying I'm your woman" Karin said, still upset by Nathan's attitude.

"That's right, you're my woman" Nathan said casually.

"Since when? We don't even have any relationship" Karin says, getting annoyed with Nathan's behavior.

"Since this moment, you've been my woman" Nathan said at will. Karin had already wanted to protest before the voice of the host echoed.

"Tonight will not be an ordinary night. Everyone would bring their partner to dance. But for tonight, I ask you to dance with someone else's partner. So, let's find another couple" the host's voice echoed.

"Today, I'll borrow Nathan for a second huh" Cindy is seen approaching them.

"Please" said Karin indifferently, after all he had no intention to dance.

"I lived first" Nathan said, welcoming Cindy to him and passing by to dance in the middle of the room with the others.

After Nathan left, there were already six men who went straight to Karin, but according to Karin there was nothing more attractive than Nathan, their faces were mediocre.

Suddenly from the back a hand instantly coiled around her small waist, and a heavy male voice sounded.

"He's with me" The man immediately broke through standing in front of Karin and took her hand to hold and placed it on her shoulder.

Karin was stunned, she immediately saw the bead in front of her eyes, although initially did not intend to dance but because of the sharp gaze of those beautiful eyes.

"Dio! What are you doing?" said Karin wanted to break away but Dio instead pulled his hand and twisted his body until now Dio was behind him with his arms wrapped around his body.

"Are you happy to see me?" dio whispered right in Karin's ear to make Karin's body crumble. Moreover, their current position was very intimate.

Karin could feel Dio's warm breath crashing down her neck, she closed her eyes as her heart was now leaping out of place.

"Let go of me" said Karin, looking back until their eyes intertwined, making her feel trapped by the eye.

Dio pulled the corner of his lips, he let go of Karin but still held her hand.

Karin was silent, she wanted to be furious but once again she was caught by the look in her eyes. Dio silently looked at the beautiful face of the woman who had messed with his heart for five years. Their faces were so close that the breaths of the two clashed, but Karin was instantly aware of it.

"I've never run away from you" Karin said among a whack of nervousness.

Dio smiled again and straightened up and let go of Karin because the music had stopped.

"Honey" There was a sound of Cindy approaching and then embracing her hand in the arm of Dio who still did not release her gaze from Karin.

Seeing that Karin immediately threw away her face and looked at Nathan who also just came.

"How's your dance?" nathan asked standing beside Karin.

"Not bad, I'm sure you could be more than him" said Karin, upset at her own sight of Dio and Cindy. He brought his body closer to Nathan making their position more intimate. Dio just looked at her and Nathan liked her because Karin wanted to be close to him.

"Thank you for Karin, Nathan. I'm leaving first" Dio said, sounding relaxed, grabbed Cindy by the waist and moved away from them.

Karin bent her face, The man has not changed at all. He loves to spread his charm to all women. Oh, that's the trick. Makes people wonder and wonder. So devious.

Regretfully he has for five years always felt guilty when remembering his own face last time at the airport. That man had not thought about it at all. In fact, according to him, Dio is increasingly free because he feels unencumbered by the responsibility of having taken away his holiness.

Karin came home just in the middle of the night, she was driving her car very carefully and slowly. Outside the rain was very heavy, but Karin was forced to break through it because she did not want to stay at the hotel or Cindy even. He was traumatized if he had to stay somewhere else.

The heavy rain made the fog even thicker on the dark night, Karin was afraid to continue her journey. He decided to go back to Cindy's place, but when he returned his car there was already a car parked there made him shocked.

Panic immediately struck him, Karin grew increasingly frightened when she saw four people surrounding her car and knocking on the windshield violently.

"Open!!" Shouted a roaring-faced man knocking on the car glass very hard.

Karin's breathing grew even faster as she was very scared now, repeatedly looking in all directions and thinking how to get away from them. If the big-bodied men want to take his car please, but what if they want to kill or rape him.

The knocking got louder and louder, but Karin didn't want to open it, and she was about to call someone when the criminal stopped the knock on his car. Karin stared ahead where the criminal looked to be fighting. Karin couldn't see who was standing there because of the heavy rain.

But when his car wipers sweep the car glass Karin was shocked to see Dio who is now fighting with four men. Karin was very anxious to see that, what if they hurt Dio.

Dio was standing in the rain with his eyes looking out at the two people who were still standing because he had fallen two others, but he had to be careful because one of them was carrying a knife.

One of them immediately attacked Dio's face, but he quickly fended him off and turned the man over until his body fell right on top of Karin's car, making the woman scream there was a person faint right before his eyes.

But Dio let his guard down, one of his friends immediately attacked him with a knife earlier, Dio was still able to fend him off but the man saw enough to make the knife hit his stomach, It ignited his anger making him immediately beat up the man.
