Marrying the Father of My Foster Son

Marrying the Father of My Foster Son
"Rora Wants to Have a Grandpa, Ma?"

The next day ....

Looks like Ghani and Queensha have been tidy with their casual outfits. Both of them deliberately woke up early because they wanted to go to the hospital to check Queensha's pregnancy which was estimated to be two months old. In addition to wanting to know the age of the womb, the couple also wanted to know the health condition of their prospective baby.

"Darling, I made you a sandwich and a glass of milk. Yuk, eat it first. I don't want you and my future children to starve when we do the checkup later" Ghani said as he walked to the dresser where his wife was.

A pair of Queensha's eyes sparkled when he saw a plate of sandwiches filled with vegetables, meat, and beef eggs available on a round plate made of ceramic. There was nothing special about the dish up ahead, but somehow in Queensha's eyes the sandwich looked so delicious that it made her drool almost fall off.

Soon Queensha grabs the food Ghani offers her. "Eum, delicious. Thank you, Papa. We loved the breakfast menu this time. Papa is the best, huh." The woman imitated the speech style of the little boy as if the one who was speaking was their child candidate.

Ghani smiled broadly at his wife who was so greedy to eat his sandwich. The menu was simple, but he did not expect his wife would be so happy to devour all the dishes.

Ghani's sturdy finger stretched forward, removing the leftover food that was on the lip. "Papa will do anything as long as you are happy. Get healthy in there, yeah, kid. Papa, Mama, and Brother Rora, love you so much."

Meanwhile, in the dining room Aurora was eating breakfast made by her domestic assistant. He was accompanied by Anah sitting sweetly on the chair while swinging her tiny legs alternately.

"Bik Anah, is it true that soon Rora wants to have a baby sister?" The question of the round-eyed little girl distracts Anah who was doing the dishes at the time.

"Bibik doesn't know, Neng Rora. But Neng Rora just pray, hopefully the baby is already in the stomach of Mama Neng. So, Neng Rora is not playing alone anymore because there is a theme."

"Rora always prays, really, Bik. After the prayer, Rora asked God, hopefully soon there is a baby grandpa in Mama's stomach. Rora would love to invite the sisters to color, draw, and paint together must be exciting," said Aurora antusis. He imagines his life is much more exciting if you have a sister who can be invited to play. Do any activities together so that he does not feel lonely anymore like now.

"Neng Rora is smart. Bibik is sure, later Neng will be a good brother and very fond of sisters if they have been born later. Neng Rora is the most champion." Bik Anah's two thumbs lifted into the air, a sign that he greatly appreciated Aurora's speech.

A few minutes later, Ghani and Queensha came out of the main room. The two walked over to Aurora who had just finished her breakfast.

"Are you ready to go to school, honey?" Ghani rubs Aurora's head with affection, while Queensha puts Anah's prepared food into her backpack.

A loud voice sounded in the ears. "Ready, Papa! Come on, let's go. Rora couldn't wait to learn." The little guy seemed so excited to go to school. Especially today there is a drawing schedule so the spirit increases hundreds of times.

Ghani and Queensha are holding Aurora's tiny fingers. The tiny body was in the middle of papa and his mother. From a distance, they were like a happy family consisting of a father, mother, and daughter.

"Bik, I'm taking home. Maybe it will be home tonight so later before Bibik comes home, please make sure the stove is not on, the water faucet is closed, and the door is locked. Don't leave the apartment all lit up." Book Queensha before you leave the house.

"Mother Queensha was calm, auntie must have checked carefully before leaving this apartment."

Ghani is now in front of the Aurora school gate. Many parents do the same, driving their children to the entrance of the international school yard.

Queensha got out of the car, followed by Aurora who was following behind. He placed his knees on the paved ground and confirmed the child's hair covering part of the princess's face. "Rora, mom and dad will pick you up after coming home from the hospital. So don't ever want to be escorted by anyone if it's not mom and dad, huh? Suppose the person remains pushy, Rora shouted loudly, asking for help so that people come to you. Understood?"

"Uncomprehensive, Mama. Um, Mama's going to the hospital, do you want to check on the baby's grandpa? Is Rora really gonna have a twin sister, Ma?" Aurora again asked the same question, but along the way Queensha and Ghani had explained that in the stomach of Queensha was indeed a baby sister. However, it seems that the little one has not been satisfied to ask his parents many times.

Patiently and meekly Queensha replied, "Right, dear. So today Papa wants to anterin mama check with the doctor to see if the baby is okay. If you check, Mama picked Rora up here. How's it?"

The little long-haired ponytail nodded quickly. "okay, Mama. Rora wait, yes, Ma.

Queensha hugged Aurora's body before she got into the car. Hands waved into the air as she watched Aurora walk with her homeroom teacher. The smile continued to expand on the lips until the tiny body disappeared from sight.

Shortly after, Ghani finally arrived at the hospital. She took Queensha's clothespin to enter the fifteen-story building, where her husband had been working all along.

With great care, Ghani helped Queensha sit in the front seat of the polystyrene. "How is it, comfortably no? Do I need to bring the pillow I used to wear for you to make the seat pad so that it is more soft?"

"No need, Mom. This is comfortable, though. Thanks for your attention."

Still in a crouching position, Ghani replied, "Never say a word of thanks again, dear. It is my duty as husband and father to our children. Suppose you feel uncomfortable while waiting for the queue, just tell me, I'll have Leon bring me a pillow from my room."

Hearing Leon's name spoken, Queensha chuckled to herself, imagining how upset the man's face was when Ghani asked him to go to the third floor with a small pillow for himself. Must be adorable.

"Not necessary, ah. Poor Leon if you bother just to get a pillow in your room on the top floor. He must have his own busyness, unable to serve you just like that. Already, you better sit next to me waiting for my name to be called."

Ghani said he sat next to his wife, tightly clutching Queensha's fingers. There was a feeling of nervousness, happiness, and anxiety at the same time because this was the first time he accompanied Queensha to check the contents.

'It turns out this is what it feels like to be a standby husband. I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity by God to be able to nemenin Queensha when she was pregnant with her second child, ' Inner Ghani. He then brought Queensha's head to his chest. Kiss the black hair with love. "I love you, baby."
