Marrying the Father of My Foster Son

Marrying the Father of My Foster Son
Obviousness

Not really, time goes by so fast. The hour hand showed at eleven o'clock in the evening. Ghani stretches his hands to feel better, the amount of work makes aches enter the joints, especially on the hands.

The tie that was originally neatly attached to his neck is now loosened. Also the sleeves of shirts that have been rolled up to the elbows.

Ghani got up from his seat, walking unsteadily out of his study. With a matted face, he entered into the princess's room, Aurora.

The dark immediately greeted when he opened the door, the lights were turned off apparently. Hasten him down the room switch by hand and directly press it when it is found.

Ghani smiled after seeing Aurora fall asleep, her goal to the princess's room was indeed to ensure the state of the little girl.

Slowly, Ghani approached towards the bed, staring at Aurora's peaceful face lovingly. Then, kiss his daughter's forehead affectionately.

“Sleep, Darling.” Ghani whispered in Aurora's ear, making the little girl squirm and open her eyes. That made him a little shiver. “Nak, why wake up? Papa surprised you?”

Aurora smiled, shook her head. “Now, Pa. Aurora wakes up dreaming.”

Interested in his daughter's words, Ghani decides to sit on but the bed. “Dreams? What dream, Son?”

“So I saw Mama Queensha fight, keep waking up deh.”

Dahi Ghani was frowned upon hearing his daughter's explanation. That statement is as it happened this afternoon. “Wait, what's the matter today Mama Queensha why? How can you dream like that?”

Aurora seemed to think, the little girl seemed to remember something. “Perhaps because I saw Mama Queensha fighting in school.”

A rough sigh escaped from Ghani's mouth. “Truely it turns out, the village woman was troublemaking right in front of Aurora. I can't imagine how embarrassed Aurora is there,” muttered, thinking badly of the wife.

“So Mama fought because Aunt Anne was mean to Mama Queensha, Pa.” Aurora immediately put on a gloomy face after saying that.

The raucous sound of Aurora's sleep again seized Ghani's attention. “You mean?”

“Tadi, Aunt Anne is ugly Mama's with Grandma, in front of everyone. Keep snapping Mama too. That's why Mama's angry, keep fighting right away." Aurora recounted it briefly, but was able to make Ghani feel limp the whole body heard the statement.

“Shortly, you mean ... Grandma?” Ghani is still trying to guess, his brain has not been able to accept the statement fully turned out.

“Iya, Grandma. Mama from Queensha. I heard she said Mama Queensha is dead.”

Back slapped with the little girl's statement, Ghani feels increasingly helpless. She understood what she meant by that grandmother was Queensha's real mother. Because the woman once told me that the mother who gave birth to her is gone.

“What did they say when they fought with Mama?” ghani asked, scraping deeper information from his daughter.

“Many, Pa. The point is, they keep teasing Grandma. Many times even until Mama gets mad big.” Aurora explained with her innocent face, in contrast to Ghani who listened since then her heart was so guilty to the wife.

He misunderstood Queensha. He should have listened to the woman's explanation before coming to a conclusion.

Queensha's biological mother was severely insulted and she instead blamed the woman, scolding her and even insulting her again. So outrageous.

“Goshaa ...,” muttered Ghani, imagining how hurt he was in Queensha's position, then he glanced at Aurora. “Nak, you sleep again, yes. Papa still no work.”

Aurora nodded in understanding. “Iya, Pa.”

Then, the handsome oriental-faced man again kissed his daughter's forehead and turned off the lights and then came out of Aurora's room with a hostile look.

Ghani suddenly remembered Rayyan's advice, if he should not hurt women. Always have to keep the feelings of his wife, Queensha. But today he did that.

Deep down, Ghani regrets adding to Queensha's heartache with words that must have hurt his wife.

He thought about finding where the woman was. Then, he circulated his gaze and saw a woman who became a janitor in this house.

“Mbak Tina," call Ghani with a tangled, tired, worried look.

The woman looked up and immediately looked down. “Iya, Den. Can I help you?” ask Tina carefully.

“You know, where is Ms Queensha?” ghani asked, with eyes constantly circulating. Guess where that woman is.

“Oh, earlier Ms. Queensha asked me to prepare a bed in the living room, sir. He rested there. And said ... Ms. Queensha does not want to be disturbed by anyone. Want to calm down until tomorrow morning.”

Ghani gasped at the explanation. “Then, what about my son Aurora? Who will take care of it?”

“For Neng Rora's business, it's been handed over to Ijah for the time being, sir. Because tomorrow morning is also a holiday, so Ms. Queensha wants to rest there she said.” Tina explained as she was, according to what Queensha ordered before the woman entered the guest room.

Ghani was unmoved, the man did not know what to comment on. Indeed, this is because of his mistake as well, did not want to listen to the explanation and instead directly insulted Queensha with a heart as good as possible. Now, the woman just wants to be alone.

“Ya already, you can go break.” Ghani ordered the woman in front of him to leave, Tina nodded in obedience.

Now, Ghani's mind is in a state of turmoil. He doesn't know what to do now. Not wanting to get too late thinking about this right, he decided to go to the room and rest. No matter what, he has to keep working tomorrow.

***

The sun has greeted, awakening the humans from their deep sleep. The father and son were having breakfast together. There is only Ghani and Aurora at the dining table at the moment.

Arumi said goodbye to come out early in the morning because of business, while Queensha was still not present even though the clock had shown at seven in the morning.

Ghani feels lost, because usually the one who will serve food is his wife, Queensha. However, the woman was not present this time. Makes his heart feel lonely. What's up with him?

This morning was so different. There is only mbak Ijah who serves food and takes care of all the needs of Aurora breakfast. Usually that does Queensha.

The more I thought, the more I felt bad. He decided to finish breakfast this time and go to the guest room.

With a confident pace, he wanted to express an apology to his wife. He realized, his attitude yesterday was very outrageous.

However, when he arrived at the door of the guest room and intended to knock on the door, Ghani's tongue suddenly became confused. He turned around and sighed violently, then stepped in without completing his intention. He felt the pride to apologize first.

"Aah ... later also better itself," said Ghani.
