Marrying the Father of My Foster Son

Marrying the Father of My Foster Son
"Rora Wants Mama, Pa!"

Aurora's condition has improved compared to yesterday, the boy was cheerful as usual to make Ghani feel calm because he could see his daughter's smile again. On the sidelines of his very busy activities in the hospital, Ghani took the time to often see the princess who is currently still hospitalized. He was relieved not to see Queensha here. She was restless when she secretly met Aurora, but when she asked the nurses who were on guard, they never saw a woman with Queensha-like features come here.

"Papa, where's Mama going? Is Mama's business not done yet?" aurora asked her father when Ghani came to accompany her to lunch. Ghani glanced at the mother who was peeling Aurora's favorite citrus fruit.

"Yes, Mama still has a job" Ghani replied lying. Mana might tell Aurora the truth. The little boy did not understand the problem of adults.

"What job? Why is Mama working? Doesn't Papa have a lot of money, does he? My friend said, if you have a lot of money no longer need to work," said the little boy while looking at the father with his innocent gaze.

Ghani becomes confused about what to answer, obviously maybe he was wrong to say that Queensha was working. 'Why didn't I tell you that Queensha's brother was sick?' batin Ghani regretted his words yesterday. Meanwhile Arumi glanced at Ghani, letting the son answer all the questions his daughter asked. Arumi wanted to know what Ghani was going to say.

'Ghani ... Ghani, mom, you can't believe you lied to my granddaughter like this. Hopefully after Rora grows up, she is not disappointed that her Papa has lied to her since she was little', Arumi's inner self. The woman was acting stupid because she was still upset about Ghani's attitude that seemed selfish to not want to think about the feelings of others. Let alone Aurora's feelings, her own mother Ghani's feelings don't matter. Totally selfish!

Ghani rubbed his neck. "Eem. Because Mama wants to buy Rora a toy. Many toys. Mama said she wanted to buy Rora a toy with Mama's own money," Ghani said when he came up with an idea. Whether this answer is correct or not, hopefully Aurora can accept the answer.

Ghani glanced at Aurora who was looking at her while tilting her head, making her misbehavior.

"But-"

Just as Rora was about to speak again, the door of the room opened. A male nurse came into the room and smiled as she saw Ghani there.

"Miss Beautiful, it's lunchtime" said the man's nurse pushing a trolley containing food belonging to the hospital director's granddaughter where he worked. Ghani breathed a sigh of relief, in the tense moment he was still saved by Bayu, the nurse in charge of guarding Aurora.

Aurora smiled happily when she saw the good food given to her father. He was hungry and wanted to be fed by his father.

"Welcome to enjoy the dishes available Miss Beautiful," said Bayu. The nurse retreated, Ghani immediately greeted Aurora for lunch.

Arumi waits there, watching Ghani taking care of her daughter. The ringing of the phone sounded loud enough that Arumi received the call.

"Please leave it to the security guard at the guard post, sir. I'll take it there. Fine, thank you." Then Arumi turned off the phone.

Arumi put the phone into Snelli's pocket and got up from the chair. Lazily he said, "Mother go out first."

Ghani turned to the mother. "Where are you going?" he asked while looking at the back of the woman who had brought him into this world.

Without even looking at her, Arumi replied, "Safety posts take packages."

Ghani nodded his head. Arumi immediately goes outside to receive a package sent from one of her friends to Aurora.

Aurora's face looked gloomy, Ghani who saw it became confused, but the child could still be cheerful.

"Why?" ghani asked, rubbing Aurora's cheek which had lost its contents. Looks like the boy's been thinner since he got sick.

"Rora misses Mama" said the boy, beginning to wet his eyes. "Mama don't have to work, Pa. Mama keep Rora here," he said.

Ever since Queensha got to know her, Aurora didn't mention the woman by name. From sunrise to sunset, round-eyed little girls always want to be with Queensha. They are like stamps, going everywhere always together even Aurora can not sleep if not see the face of the mother. Luckily Ghani kept their wedding photos.

"Tell Mama here. Rora wants to be with Mama! Get Mama home!" rora started to whine. Ghani is confused.

"Yes, then yeah. Later that night papa said to Mama let Mama not work. Now Rora's eating first, huh? Eat a lot so that the spit is healed and can play again with Kak Allan and Kak Mayumi," said Ghani.

Aurora began to cry, she missed the mother who had not met her since yesterday.

Ghani took Aurora into his arms, rubbing her son's head with a feeling of unworthiness.

"I want Mama. I'm going to see Mama!" rora's cries were heart-rending.

Ghani patted Aurora on the back, trying to persuade her son not to cry again. "Yes, we'll see Mama later, okay? Udah dong, Rora do not cry anymore if you cry later Mama does not want to meet, how?"

Eventually Ghani's efforts are not in vain, Aurora calms down as well and her cries begin to subside. A pair of beautiful and clear eyes blinked, staring at the brown iris of the papa.

"Rora promised not to cry again, Pa, let's see Mama." Remaining tears in the corner of the eye.

Ghani's hand stretched out, rubbing the remaining crystal feathers using the back of the index finger. "Smart kid. Now bob first, yuk, to get well soon. If Rora is healed, she can meet Mama."

Ghani holds Aurora in a koala position, where the front of the little one sticks to his chest. Very carefully cuddle the child so as not to wake up and not whine anymore.

Just then Arumi walked into her room and was worried to see her granddaughter carried by her father. In her hand was a large gift that Arumi then kept on the table.

"Rora why?" ask Arumi worried.

"She's fussy" Ghani replied briefly, Aurora's back patting her slowly for comfort.

"You better find Queensha and tell her to come back here" the mother said. Ghani remains stubborn and unwilling to do so.

Breathing long and heavy. "Aren't you sorry for Rora? See what he looks like now? He's always whining, asking to meet Queensha. What a hard thing it is to just find Queensha and find them. Parents, don't be selfish. Poor son!" said Arumi, so upset he even squeezed the palm with the jaw protruding out. Indeed, he was very irritated to see the behavior of Ghani who is high ego like a beloved husband.

"No, Bun. I wouldn't call him let alone ask him to come back. My decision has been unanimous, I do not want anything bad to go back to Rora," said Ghani stubbornly.

Arumi snorted annoyedly at the son's words. Not knowing what else to do to get her son's heart back open.

"Bas stubborn!" gerutu Arumi's.

Slowly Ghani laid Aurora on the bed, she looked at the princess and rubbed her sweat-soaked hair. What a pity Aurora had for such a bad event. If I had never met Queensha, this would have never happened.

Ghani decided to return to the ward because there was a scheduled operation this afternoon. He left Aurora to Arumi who was then free of duty because he did not get a day or night shift.

"Rethink the advice, mother, Ghani. If you don't feel sorry for your mother, at least have mercy for Aurora. Don't be selfish, son!" arumi said before Ghani left. Ghani just listened, he left without answering his mother's words.
