Coinciding with the almost setting sun, Ghani decides to return home. All the work has been completed well, even so with important hospital documents piled on the workbench he has checked and signed. Everything was fine and it was time for her to go home, rest and chat with her little family.

Driving his four-wheeled vehicle, Ghani drove a car from his hard work as a doctor to one of the most luxurious and complete apartment buildings in the capital.

"Duh, I can't wait to see Queensha and Rora in a hurry. They must have waited for me at home" Ghani murmured. Imagining the face of a loved one and the fetus in the womb of the wife further adds enthusiasm to him so that he quickly arrives at the apartment immediately.

"I'm home!" exclaimed Ghani while pushing the door open wide.

Instead of finding Queensha standing in front of the room divider with a sweet smile on her lips, Ghani found the apartment unit empty. There's no Noah, Aurora, not to mention Queensha.

"Where did they go?" Ghani said softly and placed his briefcase on a shoe rack. He took off black shoes made of real leather with casual sandals that are commonly used when at home.

"Honey, where are you?" Ghani called out his wife's name while walking towards the main room. However, it was only silence that he encountered there. There was no light in the main room.

Ghani did not give up. He's trying to find Queensha in Aurora's room. Usually, in the afternoon before Maghrib, the wife was in the room accompanying their daughter to do TPA schoolwork.

"Rora, are you inside, son?"

Again and again Ghani did not find the whereabouts of the two of them. Suddenly he began to worry about the safety of his beloved wife and child. Worried they kidnapped someone who held a grudge against him.

“Not usually like this. Could something happen to my wife and kids? If so, it should be Yogi's men to give news, but this is not. Means Queensha and Rora are fine, dong."

Shuffling her hair in frustration. Ghani's thoughts were upset. He was overthinking, afraid that anything would happen to Queensha and Aurora.

"I'm calling Queensha, who knows she's still going with Lulu."

Finally, Ghani called Queensha. Unfortunately, his phone was not connected at all even though he had called up to ten times.

“Sials. Where'd he go? And why hasn't the phone been picked up?” Ghani is increasingly distraught at the thought of his beloved wife and children.

Meanwhile, Queensha is completely unaware that Ghani is calling her. Coincidentally her phone is in silent mode, so she does not realize that there is a phone coming in from the husband.

Queensha looked at Lulu. Lulu is still lying on her index bed. His face was still pale, a sign that his health had not improved.

“Sha, have you told your husband that you are here? What if Ghani comes looking for you? He can turn into a creepy monster when he's angry. I'm afraid to be like him" said Leon, who had just walked into the room. The right hand carries two plastic bags filled with food.

Leon was granted permission to buy food around the index so that Lulu could eat immediately when the girl was awake from her sleep.

Patting slowly. “Oh yes, I forgot. Wait, I'll call Mas Ghani first.” Queensha's looking for her phone. Mata boughtak looked at the screen of the phone and found there were many misscalled from Ghani. There were also some incoming messages asking where she and Aurora were now.

“Yeah, Mas Ghani called me. But I didn't realize it because it was ku-silent.” Queensha's getting nervous. His heart was pounding irregularly, imagining what would happen after he returned to the apartment. Will she be a widow a second time?

'Stupid! How could I be this stupid!' maki Queensha to herself.

No second has Queensha said it, the woman's phone screen is on, a sign of a phone coming in. Queensha immediately picked him up as soon as he knew the one calling was Ghani.

“Honey, where are you? Why haven't you come home yet? Didn't I say you should be in the apartment before Azan Maghrib roars?" ghani said with a worried tone. When the presence of Triplet has not been detected, Ghani has been very protective of his wife especially now that the doctor stated that his wife was pregnant so the man was increasingly protective of his beloved wife.

“Sorry, Mom. I'm at Lulu's place. Lulu's not feeling well, so I'm looking after her now.” Queensha refuses to tell Lulu the truth. Especially on a phone like this.

The anxiety that lingered within Ghani slowly faded when he heard Lulu's name called. “Oh, so. Why don't you send me a message that you're home late? I'm just afraid bad things are happening to you and Rora."

“Iya, sorry, Mas. I left suddenly, so I forgot to say. Sorry, Mom."

"I don't really care if you accompany Lulu, but remember, you are now pregnant. Don't get too tired. There are three fetuses in your stomach right now. You have to rest a lot" Ghani said softly. His wife is pregnant so he can not be angry let alone raise the tone of voice in front of Queensha if not asked to sleep in the guest room without caresses or kisses from the woman he loved so much.

Queensha stroked her protruding stomach. Yes, of course he remembered to keep his body from getting too exhausted. That was also why from earlier he just sat there waiting for Lulu while Leon who was pacing back and forth bought this and that.

“Iya, Mas. I'll take good care of myself."

“Aurora is with you, right?” ask Ghani.

Queensha glanced at Aurora who was currently busy reading the picture book. He was engrossed in flipping through the pages while admiring the illustrations in the book that attracted his heart.

“If your business is done, you go home soon. Don't stay outside for long. You need to rest. For too long you've been outdoors, not good for your health and our future children."

Queensha nodded small. “Good, Mas. I'll be home. It just so happens that there is a Leon Mas here too. Let him take care of Lulu.”

“Well, nice it. Leon is healthy. She's not pregnant, so let her take care of the sick.”

“Iya, Mas. Yes, I hung up the phone first. I said goodbye to your best friend. It's not good to just go home without saying goodbye."

“Hmm. Be careful on the road. Ask the driver not to speed. When I get to the apartment, I'll be picked up in the lobby."

Queensha hung up on him. He came to Leon who was staring at Lulu. Queensha stopped the move. He could see from Leon's gaze that the man cared deeply for Lulu. The eyes cannot lie. It was obvious in Leon's eyes that he liked Lulu.

“Ehem!” Queensha cleared her throat, surprising Leon who had been focusing on Lulu.

“Oh yes, why, Sha?” ask Leon a little.

“From just now busy continuing to nurse the sick to the point of not being aware of my presence," teased Queensha.

Leon's face immediately flushed. “Aaan anyway? Not particularly. By the way, was Ghani on the phone?” Leon immediately switched the conversation.

“Iya. He's asking Aurora and me to go home now. Doesn't it matter that Mas Leon is alone guarding Lulu? The cost is quiet like this, everyone is out. Could be bad if Lulu needs anything but no one is looking after her.”

“Ehm, no problem really. I'm taking care of Lulu. You and Aurora are coming home. Aurora looks like she's sleepy too.” Leon glanced at Aurora.

Aurora repeatedly yawned while opening the pages of her book. Queensha looked at her daughter. Also true. Aurora was a child and it was time for the little one to rest.

“You also have to rest, Sha. Remember your content.” Leon glanced at Queensha's belly which started to bulge.

“Tadi Mas Ghani said so too. Yes, I'm the same Aurora went home first. Please take good care of Lulu. If he's better, call me right away. Okay?”

After Queensha and Aurora leave, only Leon stays in Lulu's room. Because they were just alone, Leon deliberately opened Lulu's index room so that there was no misunderstanding with the owner of the boarding house who had been pacing in front of Lulu's room. Maybe he was afraid of Leon doing something no-no, so paced like an iron.

“Lulu is still not better?” ask the owner of the cost with squeaking eyes.

“Numbered, Mom. I can trust from his best friend Lulu to take care of him until his friend comes. Relax, Mom, I won't do anything to Lulu."

“Alright, I believe in you you. But remember, if you do anything, I report to the police and you can go to jail on charges of abuse against the weak." The ultimatum of the cost owner, which makes Leon swallow because he is afraid of the threat. The eyes of the owner of the senses glared with frightening facial tears.

After the owner left, Leon sat down near Lulu's bed. He deliberately dragged the chair to freely guard Lulu.

In silence, Leon continued to watch Lulu's face. Deep down, Leon realized that he cared so much for Lulu. Seeing Lulu lying unconscious like this, made Leon's heart look like it was sliced. He wanted Lulu to get better, so he could see her sparkling eyes and her sweet-cute smile.

“Come awake, Lu,” whispered Leon, looking out. His hand involuntarily extended to Lulu's forehead to check her body temperature.

Leon was shocked when he realized Lulu's body temperature was rising. It seems that because he felt shaken, impacting on Lulu's health so that she became feverish.

“Wire. I have to lower the heat on Lulu.”'s body Leon immediately went to look for a basin that could be filled with water. He also looked for a small towel that he could use to compress Lulu's forehead.

Once all is available, Leon immediately soaks the small towel into the water, then squeezes it, so it feels moist (but not too wet until the water drips). He put it on Lulu's forehead to bring down Lulu's fever.

“Ngg .…” Lulu groaned a little because she felt a foreign object perched on her forehead. However, he did not want to open his eyes at all, a sign that he was not ready for rumination.

“Lulu, quickly wake up so you can take medicine.” immediately Leon looked at Lulu with a worried look. He subconsciously clasped Lulu's hand to show how much he cared about the girl.
