Marrying the Father of My Foster Son

Marrying the Father of My Foster Son
Meet Him Again

Ghani stared at the screen of his phone and made sure that the address given by Yogi was not wrong. Last night he asked his confidant to find out the address of Queensha's current residence. And here she stands in front of the entrance gate of a princess index in the area of South Jakarta.

Knowing that the two-story building was not just a man entered, Ghani decided to contact Queensha and ask his ex-wife to meet him at the gate.

"Who, Sha?" asked Lulu when she saw Queensha immediately get out of bed and opened the room window vitrase.

"Pak Ghani's. He asked me to come down and see him. However, I don't know what the purpose of his arrival was here" Queensha said without looking back.

Lulu looked at Ghani who was still faithful waiting in front of the gate. "Just meet him, who knows there is indeed an important affair with you. Pity him if he continues to stand there, fearing it to be the talk of other Indekos friends."

Queensha seemed to think hard before finally making a decision. Reuniting with Ghani after yesterday's incident made the woman a little worried whether to comply with her ex-husband's request or not. However, if I'm honest he was wondering what was the purpose of the man coming here?

Sighing deeply and heavily then saying, "Alright, I'm coming down immediately. We're talking in the gazebo in front of my index." The phone connection was also cut off. Queensha eventually gives Ghani a chance before they actually part ways.

The tense atmosphere is felt when a pair of ex-husbands and wives sit next to each other. No smile on Queensha's lips. The woman's face was flat with no expression.

"Why do you want to see me again? Was my refusal yesterday not clear until you found a way to see me again?" Queensha began to open up a conversation between them. The woman no longer called Ghani with the name 'father' even her tone sounded cold and not as friendly as before.

Ghani swallowed his saliva with great difficulty. Changes in Queensha's attitude made the man again condemned his stupidity because he was willing to comply with the request of his college friends, vertical alcoholic beverages that have been mixed with stimulant drugs.

"Queensha, I'm sorry if my arrival here interfered with your rest. I'm just here to ask for your help to take me on a pilgrimage to our daughter's grave. Because after all the boy is my flesh and blood as well and I have every right to know where you buried him."

Queensha is stunned to hear Ghani's request. Even though she hated her ex-husband, but to reject it was difficult because what the man said was true. If it were not for the pleasure liquid that Ghani spewed into her womb, of course their daughter would not have been born into the world.

"Our daughter's grave is in the Sumedang area. I decided to move from Jakarta to a small town to start a new life, disappearing from the bustle of the capital. After all, I thought about what staying in a city where no one wanted me to be rather than tormented was better to move to a city where no one insulted and chided me I mean because I'm pregnant with an out-of-wedlock child."

"Truely, after I lived and settled in Sumedang, my life was much better than when I was still living in Jakarta. Although they wondered who the father of the baby I was carrying, but at least they immediately shut up after I said that the father of this baby died. They're no longer bothering about my status as a single parent."

Ghani rounded his eyes, he could not believe what he had just heard. The two answers were able to make Ghani's heart feel stopped beating for a while.

"Jatinangor District, Cintamulya Village. Why, do you have a brother who lives there too?" Queensha turned his face when the two neutrals looked at each other. He did not want to be lulled and fell a second time in Ghani's arms. That is why you avoid the eyes of your ex-husband.

Ghani was again struck by the answer he had just heard. "So, as long as it contains my flesh and blood, you live in the village of Cintamulya, do you?"

"really. Until we gave birth to our daughter, I stayed there. However, after he was buried I decided to return to Jakarta. Only once a month I go to Sumedang to visit my daughter's grave."

In one move, Ghani turned Queensha's body until they faced each other. The man's heart rate increased twice as fast as usual.

"Queensha, will you tell me what date you gave birth to our daughter? Please, please answer honestly."

Queensha' chest pounded softly, the same pounding as when she first sat down with Ghani during the procession of the ijab qabul. Although they rarely met and no longer lived one roof apparently the debate was still felt and the man had a special place in his heart.

"Our daughter was born on Wednesday, July 11, 2018."

The world stopped turning for a few seconds. The man's breath was stuck in the throat. Instantly his sturdy hands drooped limp on the right and left sides.

Ghani's feelings are stifling. There is a feeling of happiness permeating into the deepest recesses of the heart. However, he was not willing to believe it just yet before there was concrete evidence in the grasp of the hand.

"Then, how about we go now? Bring a few change of clothes because we will stay for a day or two. The journey will feel tiring considering the steep terrain in front of the eyes." Rise up from her seat and reach out to Queensha to help the woman rise from her current position.

"OKAY. But I don't want it if we're the only two to leave. I want to take Aurora away together. How's it?" pinta Queensha is hesitant.

Pulling both corners of the lips up and answering, "No problem. After from here we go to my house for a while and prepare Rora's needs during the trip. After that we go to Sumedang, to see my daughter's grave."
