CHAPTER 35. Spread Within Limits.

Cloudy clouds began to twitch in the peak sky. Indicates that it will soon rain. The day is almost gone. The sun had returned to its contest accompanied by small drizzles that slowly began to fall.

Zinnia was already shivering as he was only wearing a short-sleeved black T-shirt. At first he wanted to enjoy the cool air that turned out to be cold until it pierced into his bones.

The drizzle that began to hit him made Ren stop his motorcycle in front of a doll shop. Now he regretted not having brought a car.

“We stop here first, yes. While waiting for rain to stop.” Said Ren who took off his helmet. He spoke to Zinnia who had gone down first.

Ren felt silly when he realized that the person he was talking to had gone into the store just like that even without taking off the helmet he was wearing.

“Huuuffhh.” Hela Ren's.

Inside the store, Zinnia was engrossed in looking at the displays of various models of puppet characters lined up on neatly arranged shelves. He was surprised and immediately turned his head when he felt his arm being pulled by someone.

Without saying much, Ren immediately removed the helmet Zinnia was wearing. Make some people look envious at them.

“Oh, yes. Forgetting. Hehehehehe.” Said Zinnia funny.

Ren brought the helmet outside and put it on the motorcycle. Then he went back inside and came back to Zinnia who is now observing a character doll from a famous animated film, Monster Inc., Sullivan.

“Why in pelototin so? Want?” Bargain Ren.

“I don't bring money.” Bisik Zinnia shy.

“Take aja, I payin.”

“Totally can, Brother?” Zinnia confirmed the offer.

Ren nodded with certainty.

“Yess. Okay. I'm going to buy this.” Zinnia immediately took the doll and immediately took it to the cashier, followed by Ren.

Finished paying and getting the goods, Zinnia rushed out still followed by Ren.

The drizzle that had fallen had turned into a super heavy rain and was accompanied by the wind. Zinnia who stood at the very edge was increasingly pressed by the riders who were sheltering also on the terrace of the store. His shoulder began to rain.

Zinnia was stunned when Ren suddenly grabbed her shoulder and made her body stick with the man. It was as if Ren was protecting her from the rain.

Zinnia's body froze. Not because he felt the cold air that was lapping the bones, but because of the attitude Ren had just done. The leaflet reappeared in his heart. He did not even dare to look at Ren. He just kept holding a plastic doll wrap on his chest.

I don't know why Zinnia was so embarrassed. Though all this time he never felt this shy when treated sweetly by his former lover first. But what about Ren he should be ashamed of? As if he had lost himself.

It had already been 1 hour, and the rain had still not subsided in the slightest. While more and more riders are stopping and taking shelter with them.

The wind that blew from the side made one side of Zinnia's shoulders wet. He had taken refuge behind the man wearing a rain coat standing next to him.

The wet clothes were added with strong gusts of wind that blew away the raindrops, making Zinnia shiver occasionally. He hugged his doll pack tighter hoping to drive away the cold. Even the pores on his arms had all appeared.

Seeing that, Ren immediately took off his jacket and put it on Zinnia. Making Zinnia look directly at him with a question.

“Do not get off. Cold.” Ren said after finishing putting the jacket on Zinnia's back.

“No need, Brother. Is Brother Ren not cold? I also wear short shirts.” Zinnia.

“I'm not cold. Uda, you wear it.”

“Where do we go home, brother? The rain won't stop.” Zinnia Mumbles.

Ren pulled out his phone and called Ramadan. He asked the man to pick them up by car.

“Wait a moment, yes. Bentar agi Ramadhan dateng bring car.” Ren.

And sure enough, 15 minutes later, a luxurious black sedan had stopped in front of the store to attract the attention of everyone there.

From the driver's door, exit Ramadhan with an umbrella. He sets his sights on finding Ren and Zinnia. After finding them, Ramadhan immediately approached him.

“More.”

“This is her umbrella.” Ramadhan hands Ren the umbrella so that Ren and Zinnia do not get rained on while walking to the car.

“But the motor, how?” Ask Zinnia curiously. Actually, it has disturbed his mind since then.

“Not to be confused. Can be put here. The one who owns this shop is my acquaintance, really. Tomorrow stay at fetch.” Answer Ramadan.

“Ooo.” Eventually Zinnia was able to breathe a sigh of relief.

“Ayo.” Invite Ren to directly embrace Zinnia's shoulder and guide him towards the car. He even opened the car door for Zinnia as well. While Ramadan only rely on both hands alone to fend off the rain and immediately get into the car.

After all goes inside, Ramadhan immediately drives his car away from the doll shop to the villa.

Even in the car, Zinnia was still shivering with cold. He changed the position of the jacket to his body to dispel the cold. But it turns out that the jacket is still not able to make his body warm.

“It's cold right here. Waaahhhh.” Zinnia broke that dull silence.

“Yes this is it. Moreover, it is raining, so it is getting cooler.” Answer Ramadan.

“I guess I wouldn't be able to if told to stay here.”

“What told you to stay here?” Seloroh Ren's.

“Ih Sister. Not very exciting anyway.”

“I was wrong? Did someone tell you to stay here? Or do you want to stay here?”

Zinnia just sneered at Ren while the man just chuckled at him.

Arriving at the villa, they are immediately greeted by Esta who seems to be worrying about Ren and Zinnia.

“Yes geez. You wet gini. Spout change clothes. Abis was down and had dinner. You guys haven't eaten, have you?” Ask Esta.

“But Aunt. Yes already, Zinnia want to go up first change clothes.”

Esta nodded. “You too, Son. Change clothes that are slippery.”

“Iya, Ma.”

Ren and Zinnia went upstairs and went into their rooms.

Zinnia immediately dried his body with a towel then changed his clothes with a dry one.

When he finished, he glanced towards the bed that was teasing him by offering a warmth. Even temptation can defeat his hunger.

Eventually Zinnia walked up and put herself under the blanket.

“Ahhh. His warmth..” Mumbled later.

The warmth was able to cradle Zinnia to sleep later. He had completely forgotten that he was told to have dinner.

“Agolden time Zinnia?” Mumbled Esta who was sitting in the living room together with her husband. While Ren was eating his dinner at the dinner table.

“Nak! Did you finish eating? Try calling Zinnia in his room.” Esta orders then after seeing Ren who just finished eating. He was worried why Zinnia would not come down to eat.

Ren just nodded then walked up. He knocked on the door of Zinnia's room but there was no crying. He saw the door open a little then ventured into it.

Wirily, there was a snoring sound coming from Zinnia who was already comfortably cradled in a thick blanket on the bed. Ren just smiled at her and then closed the door slowly. He went back to his parents and told them that Zinnia had fallen asleep and that he would not bother him.
