Metallmorphosis
CHAPTER 42. That's Right It's All Part Of The Past.

Mang Bardi's rooster kept shouting. Plus the sound of the phone that also keeps calling.

Ren who was asleep on the sofa was forced to open his eyes. He was very sleepy but the circumstances around him did not support him at all.

With a lazy Ren fingered his phone on the table and then lifted it. He didn't even see who was calling because his eyelids were so hard to open.

“Hmm?”

“Pak? I'm at Dad's house now. You didn't go to work? Today there is a meeting with the developer at 9.” Ariga immediately invaded Ren.

“I'm still sleepy, Ga. Clear it first.” Said Ren who then sat while yawning. He scratched the back of his head. “Soalya me again outside the city.” Refute Ren. He glanced at the wall clock that had shown at 8 am passing.

“But, sir, last week was also canceled..”.

“Speak, Ga. Just cancel it first. Reset the schedule.” Ren's orders are back.

“Schedule Mr padet today, what should be canceled all?” Ask Ariga.

“Catalin all. I still want to rest. Watch out if you're interrupting!” Hardik Ren threatened his secretary.

With a little annoyed Ren turned off the phone connection. Then he put his phone back on the table and turned to Zinnia who was still curled up under the blanket.

Half-dragging her feet, Ren approached the bed and noticed Zinnia's face fixed. There was a small snoring sound heard from the girl. The slightly open position of her mouth made Ren smile funny. Recall the activities that drained his sanity last night.

Ren fixed Zinnia's blanket until the girl gave a small moan and turned to look back at Ren. He frowned in wonder when he saw the infusion hose that was not in place.

“Aden is awake?” Say Ramadan from the door. He came up with a tray containing a glass of coffee that was still puffing smoke.

Ren turned his head with a questioning look at the man.

“So doctor Sinta has come here, Den. He checked Zinnia and released the infusion.” Bright Ramadan.

“Now where is he? How come you didn't wake me?”

“It was already wanted to wake up, but said doctor Sinta do not need to wake up because Aden looks tired. I didn't wake up.” The light of Ramadan while putting a coffee glass on the table.

“Now where?”

“Newly out.”

Ren immediately ran up to the window of the room and opened it. He could see Sinta who was about to get into his car.

“Sove! Wait!” The screech.

Hearing her name on the call, Sinta looked up at the sound and did not open the car door.

Ren rushed to wash his face and ran downstairs. He met Sinta because he had not been able to thank the woman.

“Why rush? Drink first.” Said Ren as soon as he arrived in front of Sinta.

“No need. I'm still busy. You are tired of it.”

“Still yes, have helped.”

“Sama-sama. Your boyfriend, Ren?”

Ren smiled then shook his head. Making Sinta difficult to interpret the answer to his reaction.

“Doain aja, good luck in the future.” Ren replied timidly.

“What? Don't tell me you haven't shot him?” Sinta said funny chuckles. “Your habits. Your prestige, Ren, is in the fox. Struggling that opportunity is not good, Ren. Move fast, dong. Don't slow. Still a prestige of feeling.” Guess Sinta exactly.

Yes, Sinta really knows Ren. Because before they were in love, they had been friends since they were in High School.

The meeting implied memories of the time the two were still together. That's true it's part of the past. But its beauty is not easily forgotten. Although it had not caused any debate, it was still a pleasant meeting for Ren and Sinta.

Because of their commitment from the beginning if they do not want to take their relationship to a more serious level, and when the time comes, they fulfill that promise and separate well.

There is a good reason why they split up. At that time Sinta who initially did not know Ren's background was acting ordinary when treating the man. But after he knew who Ren was, Sinta's attitude changed drastically and the woman seemed to chase after Ren. His attitude turned fake and made Ren's feelings disappear instantly.

Ren survived as best he could, but he was even more of a waste of time. Sinta is a very good woman.

“Yes, I said yes.. Want to go home first because from yesterday have not returned home.” Obviously Sinta who does not want to linger there. Suddenly he felt awkward.

“OK. Thanks again, Sinta. Sorry to bother you early in the morning.”

“Nothing. Just like who. Stay here stop by the house.” Sinta was just making small talk.

“Some time stop by.” Answer Ren.

Sinta nodded. He smiled as Ren stroked his shoulder as an expression of gratitude.

“Yes, I'm back, yes.”.

Ren nodded. He delivered Sinta's departure with a smile and a wave of hands.

In the room, Zinnia had already woken up since earlier when she heard Ren yelling Sinta. He glanced at the shadow of Ren disappearing at the door then got up and sat down.

“Kak Ren where to go?” Zinnia asked Ramadhan who was also about to get out of the room.

“Meet her in front. Wake up. Zin?”

Zinia did not budge as she heard a woman's voice coming from outside. He immediately got up and walked towards the open window. From there, he could see Ren conversing with a beautiful woman wearing a peach top and white denim pants that clearly showed his legs. Her kerli hair is left unraveled so that adds to the impression of graceful and charming.

Ren's attitude looks warm to the woman. They laugh and seem very happy. Make Zinnia's heart break to see it.

“That's the candidate Kak Ren?” Zinnia muttered to himself. Because there was only him in that room. Ramadan has gone nowhere.

It was only fitting that Ren never responded to his feelings, Inner Zinnia. It turns out that Ren's future wife is that perfect-looking woman.

The comparison automatically appeared in his head. He was comparing himself to the figure of a beautiful woman who was laughing along with Ren down there. He reached out to them with his irish gaze.

Her heart grew jealous seeing Ren rubbing Sinta's shoulders gently. Then keep smiling even after the woman leaves by waving her hand.

The sight brought Zinnia's consciousness back completely. There was a pampered pain in his heart. The pain of being reluctant to get out of there.

A conviction slowly appeared to cover the wound. If Zinnia can't get Ren out of his life, he'll put Ren on equal footing with Joham. They can be as friendly as he was with Joham all along and get back to each other's lives as they were before the strange feeling appeared in his heart.

Yeah, it seems like it's worth trying.
