MISS SONIA'S THREAT

With a heavy heart Devan left his parents' house and invited Shanum to live in his apartment.

"Sister...! shouldn't I go back to Bandung?" shanum said slowly.

"No, honey! we'll face all this together, I won't leave you alone in Bandung, while I work here" Devan hugged Shanum's body tightly.

"It's hard to take your mama's heart, brother! from the beginning he has not approved of our marriage" Shanum lamented.

"We will try again later, now we just need to pray, so that papa and mama will accept this marriage," Devan hugged Shanum's body tightly. The woman looked pale, tears falling at the corner of her clear eyes.

Time goes very fast, the days passed by Shanum calmly while in his apartment. Until one day, Lady Sonia came to the apartment, when Devan was not there.

"Please sit down, Mama ..!" shanum said as the woman walked in, with her arrogant attitude.

"No need, .. I came just to remind you, village girl., first don't call me mama, ..because I don't have a daughter-in-law like you. Second, you better know yourself, your place isn't here.You should get divorced from Devan as soon as possible. I'll give you money, whatever you want, as long as you leave Devan" Sonia said haughtily.

"So you passed out in the apartment, I was worried because you were unconscious too, forced to bring you here" Devan replied.

"I why brother ?"ask Shanum again.

"Darling, you're pregnant, we're gonna have kids!" exclaim Devan happy.

Shanum smiled bitterly. Happiness should belong to Shanum by now. But the threat of Lady Sonia earlier cannot be ignored.

"I'm pregnant, brother!" reload Shanum

"Yes, why? isn't that great, my mama must have been happy to hear this news, because she wanted a grandchild, to complete our family," Devan said.

Shanum forced to smile, he did not want to destroy Devan's happiness. If Devan had known, if his mother had come to threaten Shanum, I don't know what the man's reaction would have been.

Shanum took a slow breath, his tears falling on his cheeks.

"Doctor, I'm afraid, my in-laws told me to get divorced from my husband" Shanum said.

"Why could that be?" ask Dr. Hana.

"My husband's parents, not consenting to our marriage, sooner or later, Devan will be married by their choice" Shanum's eyes began to fog.

"Try to calm down, Shanum! do not rush to make a decision. Who knows if they'll accept you after they find out, you're pregnant with their grandchildren!" advice of Dr. Hana.

"Come smile, you can't stress, Shanum.This is your first pregnancy, you have to be happy!" dr. Hana encouraged her patient patient patiently.

"Thank you, doctor ! I want to hear my complaints!" Shanum felt a little relieved, after telling about his sadness there was doctor Hana, an obstetrician he had just known.

Doctor Hana smiled, and asked Shanum to rest first.

Devan stepped on his feet, in the big house of the Mahendra family, with a big smile on his face.

"Mah,...!" he called, when he saw the woman who had given birth to him, sitting alone in the back garden. Lady Sonia, turned her head for a moment and turned her gaze immediately.

"How is your wife !" sonia's mistress asked, Devan frowned. Tumben the mother asked about his wife.

"Shanum's still in the hospital, Ma! why is my mother suddenly my wife ?"

"No. Just wonder why you came alone" actually in Lady Sonia's heart, afraid that Devan would find out, that she came to her Son's apartment before Shanum fainted.

Devan smiled hugging Madam Sonia tightly,

"Thanks, Mom! I'm gonna take Shanum to our house" Devan seemed happy with his mother's words.

Madam Sonia just smiled faintly.

In the spirit of 45, Devan picks Shanum up at the hospital, he can't wait to tell his wife, if Mama Sonia wants to take them back home.

"Really, brother!" Shanum hesitated a bit.

"You have to work in this house, don't expect you to be queen, do your duty, you can ask Surti," Lady Sonia left Shanum stunned as she stood.

Then she stepped into the kitchen, to look for the family's domestic assistant.

"Sir, what can I do, Lady Sonia asked me to ask you my duty" Shanum said.

"Now, read it!" Surti's mother handed him a piece of paper containing a record of the work Shanum had to do every day. Starting from sweeping, mopping, throwing garbage and all other heavy work.

"Well, where do I start, ma'am?"ask Shanum.

"Everything downstairs, but not Sonia's mistress' room, you're forbidden to enter!" mba Surti ketus. Looks like that woman hates Shanum.
