Anne who had gotten the news was of course very happy. He even ordered the warden to go back to treating Jansen like that. In just one week, Jansen will definitely not want to live again. The death he so desperately wished for, may Jansen follow in his mother's footsteps.
Now it's time to find out what his son wants. Bob was back and she could ask her husband who the reporters were. If Richard is not interested in her, he is reluctant to ask for the identity of a journalist when Richard can get better than a journalist but he must still find out before his son returns.
Bob who is worried about the Jansen case looks a little moody. However he thought about whether he should just keep quiet about the matter and really let Jansen in jail or whether he should release his son or not. After all Jansen is his son and he still has a heart but he is worried, Jansen is back to throwing a tantrum if he is released.
"Bob, why do you look so moody? Are you sick?" anne asked as she approached Bob who was standing in front of the window.
"I'm thinking about Jansen!" hearing Bob's words, of course, made Anne unhappy. Why else think about that bad guy?
"What's going on? Did he make a move?" ask Anne to pretend.
"No, two more days is a hearing on the case he's been in. I was thinking whether I should intervene to help him or not. I think he's got enough punishment. Maybe after getting out of prison, he'll introspect and change!" it was his hope but he was still worried because he was worried that Jansen would come back to throw a tantrum.
"Maybe? Maybe you said?" Anne moved back to her husband. He won't let Bob use his power to free Jansen because the young man will be harder and harder to get rid of.
"Let's think about it, Bob. How many times has he done something and dealt with the authorities? You always set him free in a few hours but he's back to throwing tantrums without thinking about you and your position. He keeps embarrassing you. It's a worse incident than before, he almost killed people. Just imagine, what if the victim really died? You're really gonna be in trouble!" Bob turned, looking at his wife. What Anne said was very true. If there was a victim who died, he would have been in big trouble even his position could be immediately removed.
"It's the first time he's been punished so it's best you don't interfere. He will not die in prison. If you interfere and use the power you have to free her, won't she go back to doing the same? Jansen's gonna think you still care about him and he's gonna keep acting the way he did. Better leave it all to the law. After all the evidence is clear if he is guilty so let him bear the consequences of what he has done. Just let Jansen be in jail for a few years and I think it's better. He will definitely reflect on what he has done and I hope you don't take rash actions like you have done before!" he should be able to incite Bob with a sweet word. After all, he was sure, Bob would definitely agree with his words given the many mistakes Jansen made.
"Trust me, Bob!" Anne held her husband's hand to reassure him.
"You really have to let Jansen bear the consequences of what she did to make her more mature and independent. You don't want her to be like that forever, do you? So just let him be in jail!"
"Well, what you said is very true. It seemed like this was indeed the time for Jansen to endure what he had done alone!" it seemed like there was no need to do anything else let alone look for evidence. After all he who wants his son in prison so let it go even though in the treasure he does not have the heart to treat his own son like that.
"You really should do it. After all the obvious evidence would not change anything and he would not be able to escape the responsibility of the answer!" Anne smiled, smiling meaningfully. From the inside cheered as Jansen would definitely rot in the prison. He will still pay the prison warden to make Jansen mentally and psychically depressed.
"Where's Richard, isn't he home yet?" Bob stepped past his wife and walked out of the room.
"Bob, Richard wanted to get to know that woman!" said Anne who almost forgot what her son wanted.
"Which woman?"
"Reporters at the time, it seemed Richard was interested in him."
"Elena Jackson?" Bob looked at the wife who was walking by his side with an astonished look.
"Don't go with him, find another one!" bob orders because he does not know who Elena let alone the woman is just a newcomer and become a new lecturer at the university.
"I've prevented it but Richard still wants to know him!"
"I'll talk about this to Richard later!" of the many women he knew, he did not like Richard was interested in foreign women who only worked as a lecturer.
Anne only agreed, she hoped her son was not with the lecturer because he did not like it. Many beautiful women and Richard had to get the perfect one especially he would have all the wealth of Bob in the future.
Richard was already very curious whether his mother had managed to get the identity of the journalist at that time or had not come home early because he was impatient. For some reason but he felt that the woman had a different aura than the woman he had known all along.
"Mom, how?" ask her as soon as she gets home.
"Are you interested in Elena Jackson?" ask Bob without saying anything.
"So her name is Elena Jackson?" richard's facial expression showed that he was very happy to know the name of the woman who had made him curious.
"Not him, Richard. Find another because there are still many better than that foreign woman!"
"Why, Dad? He's a reporter, isn't he?"
"No, he's a new lecturer on campus and just a newcomer whose origins aren't clear so look for another one!" said father.
"Lecturer?" Richard thought it was better.
"Dad, all this time I have never refuted your words, nor have I ever asked you for anything. I always do whatever you say so just for this one time, Dad. Invite him to dinner at home, I want to know him even more!" richard pinta.
"I told you not to, Richard!"
"Dad, please. I just want to know him!"
"Just give it to me, Bob. Just knowing is not necessarily a match," said Anne.
"alright, fine. I'll invite her later!" his worry for Jansen was forgotten by the persuasion of his wife and also the request of his son who asked to be introduced to Elena Jackson even though he did not like the lecturer who did not know his origin.
Anne and her son looked at each other, their desires being really listened to by Bob. That's why they didn't want Jansen back because the young man could ruin their quiet day. They won't let Jansen go free, it would not be because what was appropriate for the young man was definitely a prison and he would die inside the prison in despair because there would be a role to make Jensen no longer want to live.
