My Lecturer Is A Queen Of Mafia
Regulations

The rules that must be done and should not be done by Jansen during his stay at his house have been made. Elena came out of the room because she had to talk to Jansen about it. He does not want Jansen to do as well as he wants to stay at his house then Jansen must follow every rule he makes.

Jansen had already eaten the instant noodles she had first seen and she had eaten. It didn't feel bad, it was suitable to stuff his hungry stomach and he wanted to eat it again later. Jansen was sitting on the sofa when Elena came out of her room, so it just so happened that the young man was not acting so he could talk to her and hopefully not give her a headache.

"There's something I want to talk to you about" Elena said as she sat not far from Jansen.

"What do you want to say? Would you like to discuss sharing a room with me?"

"Don't be so reckless! You see that room in the corner?" Elena pointed to a room not far from her room, "You sleep there and you have to clean it yourself!" elena said again.

"Ck, I'm not very good at cleaning!" jansen said casually.

"No, you won't get a place to sleep. It just so happens that there are a lot of rules that you have to do during your stay here so you have to listen to them!" the paper containing the rules he had made was raised a little high because he would read out his important points to Jansen.

"Why should you use all the rules? How troublesome!"

"You want it or not? If not, the door is wide open for you!" said Elena.

"alright, fine. What rules should I follow, just tell me!"

"Listen carefully and don't break the rules I've made!" Elena glared at the indifferent permuda. Jansen didn't even seem interested in the rules Elena was going to say.

"First, don't go in my room, remember, don't come in!" Elena said it with a tone of emphasis.

"I know, the other one?" Jansen was still acting indifferent.

"Living at my house isn't free so you have to work!"

"What do you mean?" jansen looked at him.

"This house I'm renting, so you're gonna have to help me pay the rent. You're half and I'm half. Fair, right?"

"But I don't have any money!" jansen.

"Therefore, you must work. From tomorrow on, you'll have to find a job because I'm not your mother who will give you the living expenses. You have to be independent, eating and drinking is not free. All this time maybe you can get what you want from your father but from now on, I don't think he's gonna give you another dime to be independent so you have to be independent!"

"Ck, what a great father!" Jansen ruffled his hair, it seemed like his life's struggle was about to begin.

"I know, it's just I don't have anything right now. The money I have is only tens of dollars, what can I do with that money?"

"I'm not asking you to pay now. I know how you are, but from tomorrow on you should start looking for a job. Whatever it is as long as it is not a job that harms others. Throw away your ego and start rising up because I will take into account the money I spent to pay the lawyer who released you!"

"What?" Jansen glared with a surprised expression.

"Not to be surprised, I told you nothing is free. You can pay it after you have the money. I won't give you any interest as long as you pay it off!" although he was not a person who was short of money but he would still take it into account so that Jansen knew how difficult it was to find money. After all, he was trying to be independent so he would learn how to live without relying on his family.

"All right, I'll replace it. Just write down how much I owe you, I'll try to find a job from tomorrow!" he does have to start from zero if he wants to succeed without relying on his father. Indeed they are not much different but what distinguishes Elena, who wants to live independently with her own desires.

Though he had already gotten a job in New York and was about to leave but he changed his mind because his dream was to become a lecturer but he did not expect, he had to meet a troublesome young man. It doesn't matter, he can definitely turn Jansen into a much better young man.

"What else should I do?" ask Jansen.

"You should help clean this house. While on campus do not be familiar and close. You're a student and I'm a lecturer, don't forget. During my stay with me, don't throw tantrums because I'll kick you out without hesitation. Don't make a fuss with your gang and start asking them to improve. The rest you can read for yourself!" Elena gave him a few strands of paper that she had neatly clamped down on where there were rules that Jansen had to abide by.

Jansen sighed, she knew it was definitely heavy but she could not back down any longer let alone she would be further insulted by Richard and her mother. No he would let them insult him for too long, it was certain he would show them if he was able and after that he would come back to kick them out of his house. Although he knew it wasn't easy but if he tried, he was sure he could make his mother proud.

Elena moved on, that was enough since Jansen could read the remaining rules. It was time to go buy food because there was nothing else in his house. He had to buy groceries and now the one who ate was already two people. Somehow she was so generous to the young man, she hoped her family would not know because her father and brother would definitely come to pull her home. Jansen could have been kicked to the moon and worst of all, the young man was hung over the pool to dry.

"I want to go buy groceries, you clean the room yourself!" said Elena.

"I'm taking you, how?" Jansen moved from his seat.

"no need. As much as possible we should not be seen together so that no one is suspicious at all. Do not cause unwanted scandals, we must not be seen together. Just clean the room so you can occupy it" said Elena.

"I know, I'll be working on it soon!"

"Remember, don't make trouble. Do it cleanly without making a mess. Remember this message, don't make a mess!" Elena pressed her words again so that Jansen understood what she was saying.

"I know, there's no need to repeat!" Jansen grumbled as he walked towards the room he had to clean.

Elena stepped away, went into the room but she came out not long because she had to leave. Elena looked at Jansen who was standing in front of the door of the room that was already open. Let's just hope Jansen doesn't throw a tantrum when she leaves. Just cleaning the room, he was sure Jansen could.

Unwilling to waste time, Elena went to shop and left the young man who was still standing inside the room thinking. Where should he start? Now he was completely aware that he was just a young man who could not do many things.
