Don't Stop

Jansen came home late because he was trying to avoid people who were following him. He was more and more convinced that the person was his stepmother's envoy because his father couldn't possibly do that. No matter what Richard's mother wanted, the woman really wouldn't stop before she died.

Jansen deliberately circled around to trick the person who followed him. He did just that because he had to cover up a secret so that no one would know if he was staying with Elena. If her stepmother found out, Elena would definitely be in trouble.

He came back when the time had already shown at one noon. If not for the sake of tricking her stepmother and Richard, she wouldn't have done such a draining job. It was not easy especially for him who was the first time doing the heavy work.

When Jansen returns, she finds Elena and Mariana sleeping on the couch. It was because they fell asleep after devising a plan to trap Mariana's stepfather that they were going to run tomorrow. Elena didn't want to delay because the sooner the better.

"Mariana," Jansen called out to Mariana who was about to fall off the sofa but she did not touch Mariana at all.

Mariana just moved a little, she went back to sleep. Jansen shook his head, he wanted to scream but he knew it was a waste. Jansen walked over to Elena and touched her forehead slowly to wake her up.

"Elena, don't sleep here" he said. Jensen crouched down and played her hand to Elena's gentle face.

"Hey, want to wake up no?" Jansen kissed Elena's hair, so she didn't want to stop but she shouldn't take a chance in narrowness.

"Elena!" jansen's hand on her forehead surprised Elena. Both of Elena's eyes opened, she was slightly surprised when she saw Jansen feeling by her side.

"Jansen?" Elena rubbed her still sleepy eyes.

"Why sleep here? Are you waiting for me?"

"No, where's Mariana?"

"Sleeping there!" Jansen ventured out, to kiss Elena's forehead. Both of Elena's eyes glared, her eyes not separated from Jansen who smiled after doing so.

"I thought you were gonna hit me?" tanyanya basa.

"Next time I'll hit!" Elena rushed to get up. Is what Mariana said true if Jansen likes it?

"I carried her up to the room, how?"

"No need!" Elena moved while yawning, preferably she went back to sleep in the room because she had to leave early. Elena woke Mariana up and asked her to sleep in the room and in a sleepy state, Mariana went to the room first.

"Go take a shower, there's food in the fridge if you're hungry!" said Elena who was about to go to the room.

"Wait, laptop!" Jansen picks up Elena's laptop and accidentally presses a button until the screen turns on. Jansen also saw that a letter of resignation was being made.

"What is this, Elena?" tanyakanya.

"What?" Elena had already stepped closer to Jansen to retrieve her laptop.

"Why did you write a resignation letter?"

"I want to resign and find a job somewhere else. What else?"

"Why, Elena? Is something bothering you or is my father making things difficult for you?"

"No, there's nothing like it. I just want to move!"

"Lied!" Jansen put the laptop on the table and stepped closer to Elena.

"Surely something happened that made you want to move. Tell me, Elena. I'll protect you if anyone dares to you on campus!"

"Don't talk, Jansen. I can find another job while you're, just a few months away so don't waste the opportunity because it'll be hard for you to get kicked out!"

"I don't mind if I have to get kicked out, Elena. This time don't slam me!" pinta Jansen who suddenly hugged Elena.

"Just let me hold you for a second!"

"Don't look for opportunities in narrowness, Jansen. You better let go!"

"No. Tell me why you want to stop. There must be a cause!"

"There is no specific cause. Your mother misunderstood me and I don't want her to get any more misunderstood. That's all it is."

"Why did he misunderstand you? It's all because of me"

"No, no. Everything that happened has nothing to do with you so there's no need to worry."

"Alright, but I don't want you to resign, Elena," Jansen hugged her tightly until she had trouble breathing.

"Detach, do you want to kill me?!" said Elena.

"I'm sorry but don't stop, please," she pleaded. His embrace was a little loosened as well.

"I don't think there's any effect on me wanting to remain a lecturer there or not so there's no need to overdo it!"

"There!" Jansen released Elena and pushed her body slightly away. Jansen's hands were still on Elena's shoulders, they both looked at each other.

"Maybe my existence means nothing to you but to me, you mean a lot. To me you are an encouragement to me to change. If you leave, then my spirit goes. Just a few more months I'm graduating, I hope you keep teaching there until I get it all done. I'm tricking them and if you're not around, then there's no reason for me to be there and they'll know what I'm doing!"

"Stupid. You don't need me just to trick the enemy!"

"I need you, Elena. If you leave, I'll go!" jansen.

"Don't do anything stupid. You must pretend to be a helpless young man!"

"That's why don't go because I need you. Just a few more months, please accompany me until my college is over!"

Elena sighed. She doesn't like to be suspected by Jansen's stepmother but if her departure thwarts the plan Jansen is making, then she will destroy everything even if she doesn't know what Jansen is planning.

"Please, Elena. I need you!" Jansen hugged her again, hoping Elena did not resign and was willing to stay until she graduated.

"Alright," Elena had to agree when she was about to submit a job application at another campus. Although he knew that Richard's mother would threaten him again, but he would stay away from Richard so that things would not get worse. For Jansen's sake he would stay on that campus because he was worried that the young man would come back like he lost his handler.

"thank you.  I owe you so much and I, will pay for it using my life!"

"Don't overdo it, I don't need your life!"

"If so, what about my body? I'm training my muscles so I can hold it all night!"

"What?" Elena did not understand but in a blink Jansen's eyes had already raised his chin.

"You want to try my lip muscle strength?" tanyakanya.

"Don't try!"

"Stts!" Jansen had already raised Elena's chin and brought the two of their lips closer together. Elena's two eyes bulged, her breathing was restrained and her heart was pounding rapidly. Jansen's lips were getting closer but fatefully, Elena's knees were raised reflexively so as to hit her precious asset. Jansen shouted loudly, both hands were already on his assets that felt pain.

"You-you... Destroying my future!" he said that fell on his knees.

"O-Otot that part is less loud!" yelled Elena who had run away. Jansen grimaced, the price he had to pay for a kiss was quite expensive and unfortunately he could not.
