The trial room became noisy after the evidence was finished playing out. Elena saw it from the laptop device she had, surely she asked the genius to help her hack so that she could watch even though she was not present in the trial.
All who were very happy because they felt they would win suddenly like they did not accept any evidence shown let alone the twenty young men who claimed to get persecution but the evidence actually showed that they were the ones who had committing mistreatment.
Jansen who had resigned also seemed not to believe. Was all that evidence found by Elena? But how? It turned out that the lecturer was really unexpected. Can he smile now at the panic of the losers in the courtroom?
Not only were the twenty youths panicking, though, anne and Richard's expressions seemed ominous yet among them was one person who looked most frightened and he was the rector because he was mentioned by the twenty young men as the one who would protecting them is certainly not separated from the bribes given by Anne and Richard.
In order for Jansen to stay in prison for a long time, Anne and Richard did bribe the rector to dispel the evidence. The rector also ordered the twenty young men to give false statements and witnesses who saw their fights, getting bribes from the rector. It took a lot of drama to get rid of one person but all that failed when they felt the drama they played was going to work. Who would have guessed if suddenly there was a lawyer with evidence coming? They were very curious as to who had sent the lawyer to rescue Jansen.
Anne and Richard were increasingly displeased, thinking the plan would work but they failed. They know who did it not Bob because Bob himself did not care then who?
"Silent!" the judge shouted while knocking on the hammer.
All silent, silent, those who are so eager to give false testimony can only bow down. Now they're really in trouble if Jansen sues them all. Elena who was watching it from her laptop screen, was very satisfied to see the stupid expressions of all of them who had been so excited to corner Jansen.
"All that evidence, can it be proven?" ask the judge.
"You can check for yourself, Your Majesty. The footage of the incident that happened behind the campus, and the conversations of the twenty youths were genuine and you can tell the difference. I dare to guarantee that all these recordings are genuine" said Elena's trusted lawyer. Surely he is not a careless lawyer, Elena even had to spend a deep pocket and again he had to spend a lot of money because of Jansen. The first salary as a lecturer has not been obtained but he has lost a lot. After this, Jansen had to replace him because he wanted the young man to start a new start from scratch.
"Where did you get that fake evidence?" anne shouted in displeasure.
"I told you, this tape can be checked for authenticity!"
"Who paid you?" ask Richard anyway.
"My client is very secretive so I can't answer!"
"Damn!" Anne and Richard hit the table in annoyance.
The lawyer gave the evidence of the tape, when the footage was also examined and it was all declared genuine, the courtroom became tense, not tense because I can't wait to hear the punishment that Jansen will get but all so tense because of fear Jansen again sued them.
"This footage is genuine and all your testimonies are fake!" said the judge. Jansen smiled broadly at it while everything was chatty.
"The Rector who asked us to give your Majesty false testimony!" shouted a young man who was afraid of being prosecuted.
"True, the rector threatened to expel us so he ordered us to give false statements!" yell at the others.
"Don't just accuse me, do you have any evidence!" shouted the rector.
"No need for proof, you came to us at the hospital and gave us a threat. You're gonna get us all out of what we've done for gouging Jansen and nearly killing him. You offered us an offer if you wouldn't let us out if we told the authorities false testimony that we did so that we wouldn't be expelled from campus!" now those words show that the recordings are authentic.
"Show me the evidence and then you can just start talking!" the rector still does not accept the allegations made. His career could be threatened if until what he did is known by many people let alone the trial was covered by several television stations even though not live. His career as rector could be threatened and he will be expelled from campus.
"What else?" shouted the rector.
"You want Jansen kicked out of college so you set up a scheme. I take your bribe money but I feel uneasy every day because I shouldn't be doing this but I do need money to pay for my tuition so I'm forced to accept your money!"
"Shut your mouth, don't make things worse!"
"Your Majesty, we gave false testimony because we were threatened by it!" now the twenty young men are in self-defense.
"Don't slander me!"
"Everything is on your orders that Jansen wants out of college!"
"I did this because they asked me to do it!" the rector shouted as he pointed towards Anne and Richard. He felt that he already had no chance to defend himself anymore so he had to tell the truth.
"Gee.. Gosh, don't throw rocks, hide your hands. You know what the consequences are for slandering us, don't you?" anne said arrogantly.
"You all asked for it, madam!" the rector did not accept and was about to approach Anne and Richard but the officers who were on guard detained them.
"Enough!" the judge knocked back the hammer because he had seen enough of it.
Jansen who had been cornered was really satisfied to see the commotion. He knew his stepmother and Richard were definitely involved but the two of them were not fools who would leave any traces at all. They were so cunning, that his foolish father was easily fooled by them both.
"After seeing your debate and this evidence, Jansen Howard was found not guilty and she was released unconditionally!" the judge said while knocking his hammer because he had already made his decision on the case.
"Yes!" Jansen cheered, while Anne and Richard were upset.
"I will sue you all, wait for my vengeance!" threaten Jansen's.
"Don't Jansen, we're just getting threats from the rector!"
"Right, we were threatened!" now the twenty young men were begging him.
"Shut up!" the judge knocked the hammer back.
"The trial is over, your problems are solved outside!" said the judge.
The handcuffs that shackled Jansen's hands were released, the young man was very satisfied and it felt like he could not wait to meet his savior who he believed was out there. The trial was dissolved and at that moment, the twenty young men who had ganged up on him gathered themselves to apologize.
The rector approached Anne and Richard, asking them for help so he wouldn't be fired, but Anne and Richard washed their hands and acted as if they didn't know anything. They had a moment's chatter, but Anne and Richard had deliberately not left because they wanted to see who was actually the person who had helped Jansen.
