Chapter 29 - Shapeshifting

Sunlight sniffed in through the bedroom window. A sleeping woman was visibly disturbed by the glare of the light. Not long after, he opened his eyes.

He recognized this room he occupied as his bedroom.

"Revon must have brought me here. Why didn't he just wake me up..." The woman said with a sweet smile.

Yes, she is Rose. She smiles because of Revon's always sweet and romantic treatment.

Suddenly a voice came knocking at the door.

Geck. Geck. Geck.

Rose walked to the door to open it.

Cklek.

The one who knocked on the door was Revon. The man smiled broadly at her. Rose took him in and closed the door.

But the woman was a little confused by Revon's appearance. The man was wearing a white shirt with a fastened collar.

He doesn't usually wear a shirt with a buttoned collar without a tie. Waitaminute! He knocked on the door, right? Wouldn't he normally go straight in without knocking on the door? Rose thought with furrowed brows.

"Rose, come here." Revon said with a smiling face. He is currently in the bathroom.

Rose looked at the man for a moment.

But, he really is Revon. His face, his hair up to his posture. Ah, what am I thinking? It can't be Revon.. Think Rose who then smiled back at the man.

Without hesitation, Rose walked towards the man who was standing in front of the bathroom glass.

Then the man took the knife and the candle in the bathroom drawer. When Rose looked at the bathtub, it turned out there was filled with water until almost full.

As Rose was curious about what Revon was going to do, the woman asked.

"What are you going to do with the knife and the candle? Then the water in the bathtub too.." Said Rose.

"Std.. Don't ask too many questions." Said the man looking at him sharply.

Rose felt that something was different from that man. He looked at Revon with a strange look.

Now the man is setting the candle around the bathtub and lighting one by one the candle. After he finished, the man pulled Rose's hand and brought the tip of the knife closer to the woman's palm.

Sontak Rose moved her hand away and looked at Revon furiously.

"What do you want to do with that knife? Are you going to hurt my hand?" Rose said with an angry face.

But the man just kept quiet and pulled back Rose's hand. Suddenly Revon slashed the woman's palm forming a strange pattern. Rose felt the pain due to the incision of the knife deep enough.

The blood coming out of the incision wound dripped in the water on the bathub.

"Get into the bathub." Revon Command.

"What's? I don't want to. What exactly do you want to do? Answer me Revon!" Said Rose in a high tone.

"Get in to the bathub now! I'm not going to repeat it a third time, Rose." Revon said with a hardened jaw.

"I. No. gabe. Want."

To his surprise, Revon pushes Rose into a bathtub.

Byurs.

Before Rose could ascend to take a breath, the man's hand held her body to stay underwater.

What is he doing? No! Revon! Rose thought while trying to get out of the water on the bathtub.

His hands and feet were busy kicking and pushing the man in front of him. But that doesn't make it at all.

While underwater, Rose was shocked by what she saw. Slowly the face turned into someone he was afraid of.

Stevan!

A man just got out of the car. His assistant faithfully stood by him by his side. The man smiled thinking of something.

"All is complete. Flowers, candles, food and rings.. Ah this is the ring you asked for." Said Robert while giving a small black box.

He happily picked up the box and kept it in his pocket.

Yeah, you all must have guessed it. That man is Revon. He's making plans for Rose.

Suddenly the feeling is not good. Like something bad is going on. Finally he remembered the prisoner in the basement.

He quickly ran to the basement. While in the hallway to the basement, there were some vampires lying lifeless.

Seeing that, he grew even more worried. His heart was beating fast. He approached the room he was using to capture Stevan, and it was seen that the door was open. Inside was not found the man, only his shabby clothes lying on the floor.

"****!" Revon UMPAT.

One that he had in mind. Rose is in danger. As fast as lightning he went towards Rose's room.

Brak!

"Rose?! Rose's? Where're you?" Shouted the man.

Since he did not find the woman in bed, the man went to the bathroom.

But the door was locked. Instantly he broke down the door and searched for the whereabouts of the woman. The bathroom is dark and there are only candles illuminating around the bathtub.

The man immediately approached the bathub. Instantly he widened his eyes when he found Rose in the bathtub filled with water in an unconscious state. His hand pulled on the woman's body and enveloped her cold body with a bathrob.

"Rose! No! Rose... Can you hear me?! Bae.. " They said by patting Rose's cheek. Revon's voice sounded like a frightened person. He was afraid that the woman before him would be lifeless.

He put Rose's body on the floor. Checking his pulse and breathing.

"No. I won't let you go.."

The woman was not breathing but still had her pulse, even though it was very weak.

Soon he's doing first aid. Pressing the chest several times to remove the water.

Once, twice, to several times, water finally came out of her mouth and the woman began to breathe again. However Rose was still unconscious and her face was extremely pale.

"Bae, wake up. please don't leave me.." Revon said while holding Rose tightly.
