Chapter 62 - Distaste

After waiting for 40 minutes, finally the food ordered by Revon came. A delivery worker carried a pile of boxes containing the food into the living room.

"Take the change." Revon told the officer. With a happy face, the employee left Revon's house.

"You ordered this much." Rose is a statement.

"I remember Aston. So I increased the order quantity of his food." Revon answered by shrugging both shoulders.

"Ah, then I'll call Aston." Rose moved out of the living room and walked into Erica's room.

A few minutes later, Rose returned with Aston. But not only the two of them, apparently Alex's friends were inside the house as well.

"I happen to be very hungry." Dean said, rubbing his stomach.

"Well, the smell is good." Ryan spoke cheerfully.

Revon, who saw the whereabouts of Alex's friends, was upset. He doesn't want Alex's friends to eat together. Revon was not willing to spend money on them.

Rose and Aston were already looking for a seat on the living room sofa. While Alex's friends are still busy blabbering around.

"When have they been here?" Revon asked Aston without hesitation.

"20 minutes ago, maybe." Answer the Aston.

Revon snorted in annoyance, making Rose who was beside him turn her head.

"Why?" Rose asked curiously.

"I just don't like to see dogs a little." Revon said with his sarcastic tone.

Ryan, Dean, Taylor and Lee looked at Revon.

"Say you don't like us eating." Dean said.

"But we're not dogs." Whisper Ryan to Dean.

"That's his special mention to us. We'd better just go get some food outside." Lee also invited his friends to leave.

"Revon, let them eat together. This food is too much for me and Aston." Persuade Rose.

"That's what Rose said. Besides, I'm sure they must have not eaten well for a long time." Aston said with a smirk.

"Hey! You underestimated us, huh?" Lee said, who looks upset to Aston

"It has. We'll just eat outside." Taylor chimed in and moved out of her seat.

Lee soon followed Taylor. Then Ryan still looked reluctant to stand up, but Dean dragged him roughly. Before actually leaving, Dean turned his head towards Revon and Aston with a pointed middle finger.

"Why are you like that to them?" Rose asked in frustration. He did not expect Revon and Aston compact to bully Alex's friends.

"I don't like them or any other werewolves. You could say it's my nature." Revon replied casually without guilt.

"What about you, Aston?" Rose asked the young man sitting on his sidewalk.

"I was just kidding. But they don't seem like it's a joke." Aston.

"Haaahs.. You guys really..." Complain Rose while shaking her head.

"Already bae, you better start eating the food before it gets cold." Revon spoke softly.

Rose slowly picked up the food that was on the side of the table nearby. Then followed by Aston who took food in the middle of the table.

Rose offers Revon food, but the man refuses, saying he does not want to "eat".

What Revon meant was to eat human food.

Rose continued to eat while chatting with Aston about many things.

It has been 2 hours since Rose and Aston finished their dinner in the living room. But since then, Rose is more silent and tends not to ignore it.

They were sitting on a chair on the balcony of Revon's room. Rose was focused on reading the novel in her hand.

"Bae, until when do you keep quiet? Hear that! I won't apologize to them even if you don't ignore me like this." Revon.

Rose, who heard that, closed the book violently, and looked at Revon.

"You saw that there was still a lot of food untouched. They can eat it so that no food is wasted if you don't act like it." Rose said with annoyance.

"If you regret it. Okay, next time I won't order too much food." Answer Revon.

"Why don't you like them?"

"I told you. It's my nature."

"I still don't understand. They didn't make a mistake with you. If you don't like Alex, I'm telling her. But this..." Rose's words came to a halt when she saw Revon suddenly already in front of her.

The man stood slightly lowered, his hands in the hands of a chair located on the right and left sides of Rose's body.

"Why do you want to defend them so much? Do you have feelings for any of them?" Revon asked with a sharp look.

"Whatchu mean? I am not a woman who falls in love with a man. And you are the first man who can take my heart. Different from you who seems to look very experienced with women." Rose said with her sarcastic tone.

"Shit! Okay, enough! I don't want to continue this debate." Revon got up and stuck his fingers in his hair in frustration. His feelings are mixed. Anger, anger mixed with jealousy.

"Why?! You can't answer that? My words are true, aren't they?" Rose said with emotion. He was already ignited by the words of Revon who doubted his loyalty.

"Rose." Revon warned. Another word came out of Rose's mouth, so Revon really couldn't help himself.

"Fu*k you!" Bump Rose loudly.

In an instant, Revon was already in front of Rose. His hand gripped the woman's chin rough which made their face face.

Revon's two eyeballs darkened perfectly, making Rose gulp at Revon.

"Yes, you're right. I am so experienced with women that every woman cannot forget my touch. But I never saw them a second time. You know why? Because I don't like sleeping with the same woman over and over again.... Hows it? Am I a jerk in your eyes?" Revon was clearly with great emphasis.

Rose just silently looked at Revon sharply.

"Why are you just silent? Are you out of words?" Revon's Sarcas.

"You are such a jerk! Goddamn bum!" Shouted Rose hoarsely. Her eyes were hot, tears were beginning to drip down her cheeks.

A second later Rose's sobs filled the balcony of the room. Revon removed his grip on the woman's chin and sat down on his knees before Rose.

"You want my answer, right? And I've been following you." Revon spoke out softly.

"I'm sure I was that asshole. And you've brought this fucking vampire to its knees in front of you. Just you." Revon said in a hoarse voice. She felt sorry for making Rose cry.

"My heart ached hearing your answer... It scares me.. One day you will leave me.." Rose said on the sidelines of her crying.

"No. I'm not leaving you Rose. Sshhhhhhhhhhs.. Stop crying." Revon tried to calm Rose down. Now his anger evaporated somewhere, changing with guilt.

Revon wiped the tears on Rose's cheek and hugged the woman. For a few minutes they remained in such a position.

As Revon glanced at Rose's face, it turned out that the woman had involuntarily slept soundly. With a shrewd look, Revon lifted Rose's body and carried her into the room.

Put the woman on the bed and covered her. Not wanting the night breeze to disturb Rose's sleep, the man shut the balcony door tightly after picking up the novel book left on the table.

Suddenly the phone in Revon's pocket vibrated. An incoming call from Alex made him pick up the phone immediately.

"I can't take him to Brittany." Said Alex to the point that made Revon tighten his jaw.
