Chapter 79 - Worried

"You guys add the flower decorations around here. The others are okay. Good work" Revon told the Wedding Organizer team.

By dinner time, all the wedding preparations are almost perfect. Revon was very happy. Tomorrow he and Rose will make a promise to each other. A very special day for the rest of his life.

Because of his longing for Rose, Revon also intends to call Rose to just hear her voice. Revon went away from the people who were decorating the venue to find a quiet place. Finally he found a suitable place under a tree near the lake.

Revon took his phone and called Rose. While looking at the reflection of the moonlight in the lake, Revon waited for Rose to raise her call.

Time passed by for a few minutes, but Rose did not pick up her call. Revon started to worry, not usually he would long raise a call from her.

Revon tried again. But still the same, there was no reply from Rose. "Did something happen to him?"

Without thinking, Revon headed for his car. He drove his car at a speed above normal. His mind was filled with bad possibilities.

Did I make him change his mind?

Am I overreacting?

He can't leave me, right?

Revon gripped his wheel tightly and accelerated the speed of his car.

The squeaking sound of the car tire made Robert who was inside the house immediately came to the source of the sound. It turned out that the origin of the squeaking sound was from the tire of the car that was driven by Revon.

With a panicked look, Revon got out of the car and grabbed Robert's shirt collar. "Say, where's Rose!"

"Miss was in her room–" 

Without hearing Robert's words until it was over, Revon ran into the house to Rose's room.

Revon's view traces every inch of the room. There was no sign of Rose. 

"The phone is still here" Revon muttered, looking at Rose's phone over the drawer.

Revon exhaled a rough breath. Out of curiosity, Robert came to Revon in the room. "What's up, Boss?"

"Did you see Rose out of the house?" ask Revon.

"No, Miss didn't come out of the house. Last afternoon I saw that Miss went into the room, ", said Robert.

"You saw it for yourself, right? The room was empty and only his cell phone was left behind. You search the whole room here. I'll search the 1st floor." pinta Revon.

Robert immediately followed Revon's orders. Robert searched the entire 2nd floor room. Revon returned to the 1st floor. Explore the swimming pool, kitchen and sports room. But Revon still didn't find Rose. 

Now only 1 place he has not been to. Parkland.

Revon opened the glass door to the garden. With long steps, Revon approached the gazebo in the middle of the park. On one of the long sofas, he saw someone he was looking for sleeping there. 

"Oh God! Here it seems to be you," sighs Revon relieved.

Revon opened his suit, then covered Rose's slightly cold body. Not wanting to make Rose stay outside for longer, Revon carried Rose's body into the house.

Robert who had just stepped down from the stairs, saw Revon walking while holding Rose from the direction of the park. 

"Robert, is dinner ready?" revon asked as he was in front of Robert.

"The waiters just got home, Boss. So they haven't had time to make dinner yet" explained Robert.

"Okay, Boss," replied Robert.

The splashing sound of water in the bathroom woke Rose from her deep sleep. Rose opened her eyes slowly and circulated her gaze throughout the room.

Without him noticing, Revon who had just finished bathing approached himself in bed. "Why are you sleeping in the garden, Rose? Is this room uncomfortable or not to your taste?" 

Rose turned her head towards Revon who was already at the side of the bed. Revon stood with his sturdy body filled with water droplets dripping from his hair. A long towel wrapped around his waist.

"Roseline Mint? You hear me?" asked Revon in a more firm tone.

Rose looked at the look on Revon's face that looked annoyed. "So afternoon I just wanted to see the sunset in the park. Then I unconsciously fell asleep. What time is it?"

Rose answered casually. As she wanted to see the clock from her phone, she did not find her phone in the drawer or on the bed. 

"You're looking for this, hmm?" Revon's got Rose's phone.

"It turns out to be on you," sighed Rose.

"Listen, I want you to take your phone with you anywhere. And one more thing, do not sleep in the park especially at night. You freaked me out Rose, you didn't answer my calls many times .. I think you left, you changed your mind and …. " 

Rose got up from the bed and approached Revon. "I have no intention of leaving or changing my mind. Absolutely nothing, Revon."

"Goodoo. I'm so glad you're still here" said Revon, hugging Rose tightly.

Revon kissed Rose's head repeatedly. For a few minutes, they hugged each other without anyone wanting to let go first.

Geck. Geck. Geck.

There was a knock on the door of the room. "Boss, the food's coming."

"You have to open the door for Robert. I'm going to go to the bathroom first" Rose said, letting go of her embrace.

Revon kissed Rose's lips before completely letting go of her embrace. Then Revon went to open the door for Robert.

After Robert finished arranging the food, he immediately walked out of the room. 

"Thanks." said Revon.

Rose who had just finished from the bathroom, seeing the food on the table instantly made her stomach feel hungry. 

"You ate a lot of ya" said Revon, who walked up to Rose.

A sleeping pajama wrapped up Revon's athletic body. Rose suddenly looked at Revon with an annoyed look. "You order this much food just for me? You want to make me gain weight?" 

"I'm sure you must have only eaten a little today. Bae, I don't want you to get sick. Besides ... You don't have to worry about your weight gaining, I'm always ready to be your grappling partner. Especially in bed" Revon teased Rose.

"If I accept your offer, there I won't be able to get up tomorrow morning" Rose replied with a chuckle.

Revon smiled broadly at Rose's reply. "You better eat now, okay? I'll keep you eating."

They sat down and enjoyed the food together. After finishing eating, Revon asked Rose to get back to rest.

"I want you to get enough sleep, and don't worry about anything. I've taken care of everything. You just follow the flow, okay?" revon said while confirming Rose's blanket.

"You're making me curious. Now, I can't sleep." 

Revon smiled faintly, he got on the bed and lay down beside Rose. Revon approached and hugged Rose. "Do I have to sing a lullaby?"

"I'm not a kid, Revon," Rose replied.

Revon kissed Rose's lips. "Sleep, Bae. Save your energy for tomorrow."

"But …." 

"Sstt …."

Revon rubbed Rose's hair gently to make her comfortable. It made Rose come closer to her body and hugged her tightly. Slowly Rose began to feel both eyelids feel heavy, until without realizing Rose was asleep.
