Chapter 80 - What the hell?

Since early morning, several servants had already awakened Rose from her sleep. He searches for Revon's whereabouts next to him, but Revon is no more. There's only the side of Revon's bed that's empty there.

"Miss, we will prepare water for the lady to take a bath" said the maid, who looked very young.

Rose only smiled kindly in response to the waiter. While waiting for the maid to return, Rose intended to search for her phone. Unexpectedly, his phone was already on top of the drawer with a piece of paper there.

Can't wait to see you, Bae. Don't forget your breakfast.

Rose could feel her cheeks blushing reading the note from Revon. His smile seemed to not want to leave. His heart was very happy even though the nervousness was still there, he tried to remain calm so that all the events today became smooth without any obstacles.

"Miss, please," the young servant asked. Rose got out of bed and went into the bathroom. 

The scent of lavender fills the entire bathroom. A smile rose on Rose's lips. From a distance, water vapor sprung up from inside the bathtub. Rose began to take off her nightgown and slowly walked into the bathtub.

"Miss, I'll prepare a meal for you. Robert told me in 10 minutes that there would be some people coming to make your makeup, "the waiter politely explained.

Rose nodded and smiled. "I'll speed up my bath."

After hearing that the waiter left Rose to prepare the food. A few minutes later, Rose completed her bathing ritual. However he was surprised to see someone enter his room in such a hurry. 

"Rose!" call Wen in a very loud voice.

"Yyuk, Wen. Can't you slow down a little? You want to make me die on my wedding day, huh?" annoyed Rose who gripped tightly the towel wrapped around her body.

"Sorry, I'm too excited to be your bridesmaid. Ah yes, you don't have to worry. My husband and I will be with you at the altar in seconds. Your parents would be happy if they were alive. Soon ... You will be married. You will no longer be alone. Or maybe later you won't need me anymore" said Wen softly. 

"You're always there for me. I ... will not forget you. I consider you my own family. Wen, you made me want to cry .. Oh God!" lirih Rose with teary eyes.

Wen smiled and approached Rose. Wen hugged Rose's body and then unconsciously her tears fell. "You can't cry. You don't want your eyes to look swollen at the wedding? Especially in front of Revon."

"It's your fault, My Step Mother."

"Hey! I never married your father. I'm a loyal woman, okay? My husband is even very handsome, I'm sure you will definitely agree with me later when you see him."

"You forgot? You've seen our CEO with that enchanted look." Rose added.

"our CEO? You mean Revon? I was just washing my eyes. After all, she was very cold at the time, not my type," elak Wen.

"Miss, please have breakfast ready. Miss Luca Smith who will be decorating you has also come. Then excuse me, miss." said the waiter then disappeared behind the door.

Rose was still staring at the woman standing by the door. Now he knows who that woman is. Rose's anger was boiling to see the woman she disliked so much. "Why are you here?!"

The woman Rose spoke to walked over. The smile on her lips became the most irritating sight for Rose.

"You heard my purpose here. I'm just following Revon's request" Luca explained.

Wen, who did not know about Rose and Luca, was confused. 

"Rose, what's wrong? Why do you look so unhappy with her?" whispered Wen to Rose.

"I'll explain to you later. For a moment, I'll have to call Revon, "Rose replied and went to the bathroom with the phone in her hand.

After closing the bathroom door, Rose immediately dialed Revon's mobile number. Rose waited long enough for Revon to pick up the call from her.

"What's up, Bae? Did something happen?" asked Revon anxiously.

"Why did Luca come home? I don't want him to make me, '" Rose upset.

"Bae, don't worry–"

"How am I not worried? He obviously likes you. What if he wants to ruin my face or sabotage our marriage?" 

"Switch, Bae. He wouldn't dare to do that. Now you sit quietly and let him make you makeup. Luca has the best makeup ability in this city–"

"You just praised him, huh? Just be right. Look, I wouldn't want to get close to him much less let him put on my makeup. Hye!" rose then turned off the call unilaterally.

Rose comes out of the bathroom and drives Luca away. "I don't need you here. So, get out of my house. Now!" 

"Rose, calm down" said Wen, trying to calm Rose down.

"Sorrys. But I'm not leaving, Revon asked me to come. I'll leave if Revon asks me to leave" Luca refused.

"Get out, Luca!" rose's wrath, grabbed the bathrobe to cover her body. He's ready to drag Luca out.

Rose pulled Luca's hand violently. Wen who was looking at Rose, did not expect that she could be this angry. Wen helps Rose, she takes the makeup box that Luca left behind. 

Just when opening the room door, Revon was in front of the room with a white shirt that looked tangled. "Rose, we need to talk for a second."

"Nothing I want to talk to you about. You just talk to him. Wen, give me the box. Let's go into the room again" Rose told Revon.

"Rose …. "

The door closed tightly. Revon rubbed his face roughly, then looked at Luca who was still standing beside him. "Go."

"Go? I haven't even done anything yet?" reject Luca.

"Go! Don't make me say it for the third time."

"Okay, fine!" Luca left the house.

He was pleased with the problems between Rose and Revon.

"Look, you're not getting married."

"Rose, I kicked Luca out. Open the door, Rose" Revon said.

But there is no truth from Rose. The door is still locked from the inside. Revon looked at his watch, it was getting late. "Rose, don't be like this. I'm sorry, okay? I'm not gonna call Luca again. Now, open the door. You remember our wedding in a minute, kan–"

Suddenly the door opened and Rose came out of the room in complete, natural and elegant makeup. Not to forget too, the wedding dress was already attached to her slender body. But, Rose still looked annoyed and ignored Revon. 

"Bae, I'm sorry" said Revon following Rose beside him.

Rose did not answer. He started to step down the stairs. With the dress she was wearing, it was quite difficult to step foot down the stairs. Just a few steps away, he almost slipped. Made Wen panic for a moment.

Lucky Revon reflexively grabbed Rose's waist. Not wanting anything to happen to Rose, Revon holds Rose. "Down me!"

Rose looked rebellious, Revon who felt anxious even closer Rose's body with his body. It made Rose's face very close to Revon's. 

After a while, they reached their respective cars. Wen in his car with his husband. Rose and Revon are in another car with Robert in the wheel chair.

Rose still looks upset. He sat far away from Revon and always stared out the window.

"I'm so sorry ... Bae, it's our wedding day–"

"Yes, our wedding day. But you brought another woman, I really didn't think it through" Rose said.

"I have nothing to do with Luca. I just want to give you all the best. That's it, "revon said.

"Revon, everything related to that woman is nothing I consider good! Ye know? She's been smiling ever since she came into my room. I'm not stupid, I know what that smile means" Rose wrathfully.

Revon exhaled a coarse breath and then approached Rose. "alright. I was wrong. I'm sorry, I didn't think about how you felt when you met Luca. I'm sorry. You're gonna forgive me, right?"

Revon clasped Rose's hand. Panic enveloped Revon's heart. She will not be able to accept rejection from Rose especially in the minutes leading up to the wedding. "Bae, look at me. I promise, I won't do anything like this again. I'll pay more attention to your feelings."

Rose is silent. But he couldn't help but forgive her. Moreover, in a moment he would fully possess the man. Soon, he will get married. The marriage she dreamed of.

"You promise you won't be in any more contact with Luca? No matter the business relationship or anything," Rose asked.

"Yes, I promise. If necessary, I will move the button to another country–"

"Don't! You don't have to do that. I don't want to ruin anyone's career or business."

Suddenly Robert stopped the car in the courtyard of a grand victorian-style hotel. The vast courtyard was filled with fresh green pastures. In front of the hotel there is a red rose and an inscription on a rectangular sign.

"Boss," call Robert. 

"There are some journalists who have come" Robert added.

Rose saw in the front area of the hotel there were several reporters preparing to cover. Rose thought about what if the reporter knew that Revon was in the car with her. Moreover, Revon still did not wear his suit.

"Rose, Wen will accompany you inside," Revon explained briefly.

As Revon wanted to get out of the car from the other door, Rose pulled Revon's hand. "Wait on! Are they not going to see you? What if they find out you just came with me? With your clothes like …." Rose pointed at Revon's shirt that looked tangled.

"So you're not angry anymore?" seductive Revon with a smile.

"Do you want me to be angry again?!"

"No! Nay! I mean don't be angry anymore. I gotta go. Love you, Bae." Revon got out of the car by sniffing around. He then sprinted towards the back of the hotel after making sure reporters did not see him.

After a few minutes, Wen got into the car to meet Rose. "Ready?"

"Why am I feeling nervous now?" sigh Rose.

"Pull your breath, let it out. It's your happy day. Let's go meet the handsome, jerk CEO who just pissed you off!" wen shouted like he was encouraging his friend who was going to present to the boss. Shindy.

"St! Wen! You can get the reporter's attention here" Rose said.

But late, all the reporters heard Wen's roar and immediately approached Rose's car.
