Chapter 63 - Telling you

This morning, Revon invited Aston to speak in Erica's room. He wanted to convey what Alex said last night.

"Every night Alex called me, he said he couldn't bring the doctor here" Revon said.

"What?! Why can't it?" Ask Aston.

Revon breathed a rough breath and said, "The doctor who is also a witch said that her magic has long been sealed. To unseal her again would be extremely draining and endangering her life."

"Then you want me to let my brother die slowly? No. gabe. The doctor has to come here. I can help her remove her magic seal. Tell Alex he has to bring the doctor here" said Aston, staring at Revon.

Revon felt the sadness of Aston. Even though he tried to hide it with his anger.

Revon also did not want to let Erica and Robert die. Finally Revon decided to ask Alex again to bring the doctor. 

Revon took his phone and called Alex. 

"You should be able to bring that doctor here" Revon said briefly.

"But …. "Tell Alex who suddenly stopped.

"Why are you forcing me there so much?" A woman from Alex's cell phone.

Hearing that, Revon immediately knew that the woman who spoke was the doctor they were discussing. Who else if not Teresa Delain, a witch who sealed her magic power and chose to be an ordinary person.

"Because there are two lives that are in need of treatment here. Don't you as a doctor have an obligation to help people or rather patients?" Revon said with his sarcophagus.

The woman across the phone didn't answer Revon's words for a few seconds, "How do I know if you're not lying to me? Especially Alex, I don't trust him very much." 

"If you don't trust Alex, you can trust me. Tell you what, in order for you to believe .. I'll make a video call so you can see for yourself the truth. How's it?" Revon made his offer to the woman. 

"I accept your offer" Teresa said, then turned off her call.

Revon called Alex's phone again, and the video call was received by Teresa.

Revon pointed the rear camera of his phone at Erica who was lying on the bed with her pale face. 

Afterwards, Revon turned to Robert's room located opposite Erica's room. Their condition is almost the same, but Robert looks worse because he did not get blood intake since he first went to the witch village.

"What happened to them?" Teresa asked with concern.

"You better come with Alex here and I'll tell you everything" replied Revon, who still directed his camera at Robert. 

Since then only Teresa's face appeared on the call screen, while Alex was nowhere to be seen.

After a few minutes, Teresa replied, "Alright. I'm going with this jerk." 

Faintly heard the voice of protest Alex who did not accept. Teresa ended her call immediately.

"So he's coming, right?" Ask Aston with anticipation.

"Yes, boy! He's coming. Don't forget to welcome him later" Revon replied with a smile and patted Aston on the shoulder.

"All right, I'll come with you to Brittany. But that doesn't mean I've forgiven you or made up for you. Understood?" Teresa said firmly.

Alex is holding something square. Realizing that, Teresa looked towards her desk where she placed the square object.

With a panicked look on her face and slowly flushed cheeks, Teresa tried to take back her belongings.

"It turns out .. you still have this photo" Alex said with a text message.

"Give me! Alex!" Pinta Teresa to Alex. Right now he's busy grabbing that square thing from Alex.

"Well. Tell me, you still like me, right?" Alex teases Teresa.

But the woman did not answer and looked at Alex intently. Now he has stopped reaching for the square object which is nothing but a frame containing photos.

"We better go to Brittany by ourselves. I don't want a plane with you" Teresa said in annoyance.

Then the woman took her bag and walked towards the exit of her room.

Alex snorted and mumbled softly, "Ck, it's still the same." With a quick step, Alex grabs Teresa's hand, which holds the doorknob and puts the woman in front of him.

"Don't be stupid! We're leaving together" Alex ordered.

"Why? You're reminded of our last memories on the plane, hmm?" Ask Alex.

"Memories .. what memories? My memories with you are all bad, " Teresa answered nervously.

Alex squinted his eyes at the woman, then his body drew closer and made Teresa squashed between Alex's body and the door behind him.

"Your lying skills are terrible. Del," said Alex, who stared intensely at Teresa. 

Alex drew his face closer. Teresa fell silent and looked into Alex's eyes. Then the next second, Teresa's hand landed a hard slap on Alex's cheek.

"Don't dream" Teresa said, turning around and opening the door behind her.

"Well! He dared slap my handsome face." Alex muttered in annoyance and went to follow Teresa.

As he was heading back to his room on the 2nd floor, Revon saw Rose walking down the stairs. A smile rose on Revon's lips. The man looked at Rose who had reached the last 2 steps.

"Where are you from?" Rose asked curiously.

"Erica's Room. I was just checking on Aston, whether he needed anything or not" Revon replied.

Rose walked towards the kitchen followed by Revon behind her. When she reached the kitchen, Rose prepared breakfast. He found cereal and milk in the kitchen drawer. Revon looked at the woman from the dining table.

"Do you want to?" Rose asked Revon.

"Can. Just make one in that bowl" Revon replied with a smile.

Hearing that, Rose laughed. Once the cereal was ready, Rose took a seat at Revon's side dining table.

Revon took a bowl of cereal from Rose's hand, while the woman poured water into the glass on the dining table.

"Is your sleep good?" Revon asked while giving a mouthful of cereal to Rose's mouth.

"Yes," Rose replied as she nodded her head.

"Goodoo. Ah, yes. Alex had called me if the doctor didn't want to come here and help Robert and Erica" Revon said, giving another shot of cereal into Rose's mouth.

Hearing that Rose looked at Revon with round eyes. 

"But I persuaded him to come here" Revon added.

"How did you persuade him?" 

"I'm taking her out to dinner together," 

"What?! What did you bring her?!" Rose said angrily and stared intently at Revon.

"Haha .. bae. I was just kidding. I'm just saying that we really need his help to heal Robert and Erica. Because he's a doctor, he feels sympathy with them and he wants to come here" Revon explained.

However Rose felt that there was something Revon had not told her.

"Is there no other problem?" Rose asked with a probing glance.

Revon stared quietly at Rose for quite a while. She intended to cover it up, as the man did not want to make Rose come to think about it.

"Say everything" Rose said softly.

"The doctor had already sealed his magic a long time ago. To reopen the seal takes a lot of time and effort. Even the life of the bet." Revon.

Suddenly Rose felt her head dizzy. Everything seems complicated to him which is only human.

"You don't think about it. I'm enough. Okay?" Revon.

Rose exhaled a rough breath and slowly nodded. They continued their breakfast.
