Chapter 6 - Who is He?

CEO's room

"What condition do you mean?" Stevan asked, looking at Rose.

I have not thought about what conditions I should apply. Think Rose.

"I'll give it to you tomorrow. And I want this to be a deal that we both have to follow. If you break, I'll quit your personal assistant position." Rose said with a serious face.

"Hm. I'll decide after seeing the contents of the terms you apply." Stevan replied calmly.

"elright. Then I'll go first." Rose said and walked towards the exit.

"Did you miss him?" Stevan asked suddenly.

Rose's feet immediately stopped and her gaze became sad.

"It's none of your business." Rose replied coldly without looking at Stevan.

The woman continued walking to the door. But as he was about to open the door, Stevan said again,

"There is no point in remembering a dead person. Forget about her." Stevan said with his arms folded over his chest and smiling smirk.

Rose continued to open the door and exit, before closing the door she stared intently at Stevan and said,

"Even the dead are more worthy to be remembered than the living." Rose said with confidence.

Hearing that, Stevan felt emotion. His jaw hardened and his hands clenched tightly. He threw all the stuff on the table, leaving behind his name tag ceramic.

The Cafe

Rose went to the cafe to eat her favorite chocolate mousse this afternoon. He only had a few photoshoots this afternoon, which made him more free time.

After ordering and choosing a seat in the corner of the room. He saw people walking. A few minutes waiter arrived.

"1 Chocolate mousse and 1 lemon tea." Said the maid.

"Thank you." Rose answered kindly.

In the middle of his meal, he saw a pair of lovers sitting across from his right. They look happy and drunk in love.

At their table was the same food as him. While talking, the woman tried to give her cake a mouthful. And the man seemed happy to accept it.

Seeing that scene, Rose immediately remembered the memories with Revon. The night the man took her to dinner at the restaurant.

He remembered Revon's behavior of not wanting to eat his chocolate moussen. He wanted to eat his chocolate mousse. Unknowingly her tears flowed down her cheeks.

Revon's.. It looks like this doesn't feel like you. Lonely and empty. Think Rose.

"Is this chocolate mousse too good to make you cry?" Said a man holding out a handkerchief. He also received the handkerchief.

Rose tried to laugh at her jokes, but it sounded strange. When the woman raised her eyes. He was silent for a moment.

The man's face was a little surprised. But he quickly returned the look of his face. He seems interested in Rose.

"Have we met?" Rose asked the man in front of her.

"That's right. You forgot about my handsome man? " Answer replied with his humorous tone.

Rose just looked at him confused and did not laugh at all.

"Sorrys. But I don't remember who you are at all." Answer Rose.

"Okay okay. I'll tell you. My name is Alex Keihler. Security team from the playground in the xxx area. You were there about 1 year ago." Alex says, tilting his head.

"Oh, yes. I remember, you had a fight with Revon, right?" Ask Rose.

That part that was clearly recalled in Rose's brain. Well all about Revon he remembers it very clearly. And it made her want to cry again, but she tried to hold it in.

"Yeah, that's right. Btw where's your boyfriend? why are you alone here?" Alex asked and spread his eyes all over the cafe. But there was no sign of the man.

Rose chose to end her meal and immediately went back to her hotel. He doesn't want to create new problems with Alex.

"Hey! where are you going?" Alex says while trying to hold Rose.

"I'm done. So I want to go home now." Said Rose. He passed Alex and walked towards the cafe exit.

"Did you bring a car? I'll drive you." Persuade Alex while following Rose.

Alex persuades her to get outside the cafe. Rose was uneasy because now many people were glancing towards them.

"Stop! Can you just go?!" Rose said with annoyance.

"I won't stop until you want me to take you. I promise I won't do anything to upset or annoy you." Alex said with a pleading look.

"You're like this and it makes me angry and uncomfortable." Rose replied while putting her finger in her hair.

"Rose, I just wanted to take you. That's it." Just talk to Alex again.

Rose thought for a moment. He looked at the street where no taxi passed. Even if there is a taxi, there are passengers. The wait will be long.

Do I take it, huh? But if I accept him, what if he has any other intentions? Then what do I have to answer if he asks about Revon? Rose thought worriedly.

"Rose? Hows it? You want to, right?" Ask Alex.

Just this once. This time, Rose. Think Rose.

"Okay. Just this time." Rose looked at Alex seriously.

"Fines. My car is right over there." Alex pointed at the car in front. There was a faint smile on his lips.

Alex walks first and Rose follows from behind. When he gets to the car, Alex opens the car door for Rose.

The woman got on and Alex got into the driver's seat. Without lingering the car drove away from the cafe area.
