CHAPTER 12 - SICILY FIRED?

Leo had just come out of the bathroom, he took his clothes and started to prepare. Before long, Lili entered the dressing room. She went to the wardrobe and took her clothes there.

"Oh yeah." Lili turned around and looked at Leo who was reluctant to see her. Leo is wearing his clothes.

"At 10 I'll go out" said Lili.

Leo still remained silent, it seemed like he was still angry at Lili.

Lili closes the closet and goes back to see Leo.

"I haven't enjoyed my time in a long time, and you're right, I shouldn't have taken part in household affairs" Lili said.

Leo fell silent, and Lili realized Leo's confusion over his words.

"I mean, from now on I'll take time for myself. For example, to have fun letting go of my fatigue for continuing to be at home. You know, 24 hours I was home" said Lili.

Leo took a deep breath and exhaled slowly. He ignored what Lili said and walked out of the dressing room.

After a few minutes, Leo and Lili sat at the dinner table. Lili also tried to prepare breakfast for Leo. However, Leo who had just taken his tableware, just put the tableware back.

"I'll have breakfast outside" said Leo and got up from his chair.

Lili also got up from her chair and noticed Leo who started picking up her briefcase.

"I got an offer to go back to work at the company I used to work for, what do you think?" lili said, Leo fell silent.

Leo turned around and saw Lili.

"Do you think it's a good time to talk about something like this? I'll go to work, you can talk about it later, after all you should know what my answer is" said Leo and will step foot. But again Lili stopped him.

"But I want your answer now" said Lili.

Leo sighed and went back to Lili.

"No!" leo said with a slightly pressing tone.

"Oh, why?" lili said as she frowned.

"What do you mean why? You think I can't live you, what do you mean I want to work? What will my parents say later?" said Leo.

"I think you like women who work" said Lili.

Leo rolled his eyeballs and was about to say something. However, Lili put her hand on the suit that Leo was wearing.

"I understand what you said last night, and after I thought about it, you were right. I do need time for myself, but if I'm honest, I actually want to get back to work. That's why, I'm discussing it with you right now" said Lili.

Leo held his breath for a moment and turned around. Before he stepped his foot. He suddenly took out his wallet and thrust it in front of Lili.

Lily was confused.

"Take what you need, and go out to enjoy your own time. But on a note, come out just to please yourself, not to make you a subordinate of anyone!" firmly Leo.

"I have money, I don't need money from your wallet. Besides, didn't you tell me last night that I was worthy of being a maid? What is the difference between a servant and a subordinate? Isn't that the same?" lili.

Leo rubbed his face, and looked back at Lili.

"I'm lazy to argue with you, you better see Maisy there. Do not let him fall when learning to walk," said Leo and turned to leave Lili.

Lili shook her head and resumed her breakfast. Look, actually Lili wants to insinuate Leo, Lili hopes Leo realizes that Leo's speech last night has really hurt Lili's heart. However, it seems that expecting that from Leo is just wishful thinking. Leo is heartless.

Meanwhile, Leo walks towards his car and opens his car with a feeling of annoyance. Lili completely ruined her mood in the morning.

Leo got into his car and started driving to the office.

Arriving at the office, Leo who was still in a feeling of annoyance walked towards his room. Seeing the arrival of Leo, Sisil rushed to Leo who had entered his room.

"Good morning," Sisil said with a smile.

Leo ignored Sisil and took off the suit he was wearing. He then put the suit on the back of his chair and began to occupy the chair.

Sisil took a deep breath and exhaled slowly.

"Of course it's because I need money" Sisil said.

Leo also nodded. I don't know what's on his mind. It seemed, his irritation also started to subside a little. Usually when angry he will be very sensitive. However, he was just ordinary, even when Sisil did not call him a professional. In fact, he would usually reprimand Sisil.

"Is there a problem?" ask Sisil.

Leo dipped his shoulders and rolled back his chair. After that, he patted her on the thigh and Sisil knew what Leo meant. He rushed to Leo and sat on Leo's lap.

Leo brought his lips closer to Sisil's lips, but a second later he was confused because Sisil was distancing his face. Sisil seems to want to avoid Leo's kiss.

"Leo, I want to tell you something" Sisil said.

"Okay, get out of the way and talk properly" Leo said.

Sisil came down from Leo's lap, and stood before Leo who was still sitting.

"Leo, I'm actually curious. Do you really like me?" ask Sisil.

"Yes, that's why I approached you" said Leo casually.

"But I think my feelings for you outweigh your feelings for me" Sisil said.

Leo frowned.

"What do you mean?" ask Leo.

"Leo, I keep thinking about you, sometimes even thinking about being able to really live with you" Sisil said.

Leo raised one eyebrow.

"I mean, I think I love you" Sisil said, then biting her lower lip. Actually, he was embarrassed to say that. However, in order to gain clarity over Leo's feelings towards him, he tries to get rid of his embarrassment.

Leo was silent for a moment, he then got up from his chair. He looked back at Sisil.

"Is there anything else you want to say?" ask Leo.

"I want clarity over the relationships we live in, I want status and want to be free without fear whenever I'm close to you" Sisil said.

"Alright, let alone?" leo asked in a calm tone. It made Sisil smile.

"Are you going to consider it?" ask Sisil.

Leo nodded, making Sisil even more pleased. A smile grew wider on his lips. He approached Leo and hugged Leo.

"I love you" said Sisil.

"Yes, now get out of my room first" said Leo.

Sisil nodded and released Leo from his embrace.

"Then, I'll go back to my room now" Sisil said and rushed out of Leo's room.

After that, Leo picked up the phone on his desk and connected the call to HRD.

'Yes, Mr. Leo, ' said the man.

'Create a letter of termination for Sisil, and do not forget to give it to Sisil before lunch, ' said Leo.

'Did a problem happen? Why do you suddenly want to terminate Sisil's employment contract, do you intend to fire Sisil?' asked the man, sounding surprised.

'Fired Sisil? It was too rude, ' said Leo and ended the call.

After that, Leo sat back in his chair and began his work as if he had no burden. It seemed, he did not care at all how Sisil would respond when he found out that, he finally fired Sisil.
