PART 51 - TRICKING LEO

Time passed, the day was getting late. Leo came out of his room because he could not close his eyes. The house feels lonely, usually every time he is at home he will see Maisy or Lili. But now they are no longer visible. The housekeepers were busy on their own and Leo was really bored.

Leo then went to the kitchen and took a glass of water there. Just as she was about to go to the dinner table and drink her drink there, she saw Maisy's nanny reach the kitchen.

"Master," said the nanny.

"Why?" ask Leo.

"I want to say goodbye" said the nanny.

Leo remained silent.

"Sorry before, but now I'm no longer the nanny of Non Maisy here. So I thought I'd say goodbye to you and get out of here in the morning" the nanny said.

Leo drinks the water and approaches Maisy's nanny.

"Then wait here," said Leo and hurried back to the room. Maisy's nanny is waiting for Leo there.

Arriving in the room, Leo took his cell phone and went back to the babysitter.

"How many accounts?" leo asked, but the nanny looked confused.

"I have no cash now, tomorrow morning I have to go to the office and can't come back here just to give you severance pay, right?" said Leo.

"Sir, you don't have to give me severance" the nanny said.

Leo frowned.

"Why don't you need the money?" leo asked confusedly.

"I need money, but I don't need to give me severance" the nanny said.

Leo was even more surprised, is there still a worker who refuses to be given a severance? What if the employee is fired before the contract is completed? Isn't it usually reversed? Workers will usually protest if they are not given severance after they are fired without making any mistakes.

"Master, I'm happy to be working for Non Maisy, and I'm very sorry to have to leave this house. But I don't need that severance pay" said the nanny.

Leo this time looked at the nanny with a suspicious look.

"Don't tell me you want to play me?" said Leo.

The babysitter became confused, I don't know what Leo meant to talk like that.

"Listen to me, since you were fired for no reason whatsoever, I feel responsible and want to give you a severance. But you rejected it, do you think you could get more than you should if I really didn't give you your right now, huh?" said Leo.

The babysitter was getting clueless, she really did not want the severance and had no intention of playing Leo.

"Quick mention your account number, I want to take a break now!" pissed Leo.

"But, Mr---"

"Otherwise? Don't tell me you're going to act like I'm not giving you your rights and you're going to protest, and then demand that I blackmail me!" leo was upset.

Maisy's nanny is shocked to hear Leo's words. He didn't expect Leo to talk like that.

"No, Mister. Not so --" the nanny's words came to a halt when she saw the silent Leo looking at her with an angry look, thus finally making the nanny mention her account number.

"I've given a statement that the money I just transferred to your account is to pay your severance, you can leave tomorrow morning and I don't have any debt to you," leo said and left the nanny.

The babysitter rushed to her room and checked her account. Apparently he had actually entered some money from Leo's account which made him become confused now, I don't know what he should do with the money? Leo really did not want to listen to what he said when he really did not want the money, rather he did not deserve the money now.

Meanwhile on the other hand, Lili was sitting in front of her laptop. He was making a job application letter to apply for a job at an EO company recommended by his former employer this morning. Since then Maisy was fussy and reluctant to be left by him so that he could just do the job.

After finishing sending the application letter, Lili heaved a sigh of relief and closed her laptop.

'Hopefully I can get a job soon, ' muttered Lili.

Lili then approached Maisy and Maisy this time was seen sleeping soundly. Suddenly his chest throbbed, it felt very sad but I don't know what made him sad. Though, she only saw Maisy's innocent face but it felt like something had pressed down on her chest causing the appearance of a sense of tightness. Lili then lowered her head and grabbed Maisy's little hand.

"I'm sorry Mami, honey," said Lili quietly as she gently rubbed Maisy's hand. After that, Lili kisses Maisy's little hand and begins to lay her body beside Maisy.

Lili is preparing breakfast in the kitchen, she is accompanied by Maisy who is sitting in her stroller while holding her small toy. Before long the sound of the house bell was heard and it distracted Lili.

"That must be him" said Lili and Lili hurriedly carrying Maisy. He came out of the house and opened the gate.

Lili heaved a sigh of relief when she saw the person she was thinking of was really in front of her.

"At last you came" said Lili and invited the man in.

Lili then asked the man to close the gate of her house. After that, he invited the man into the house.

Upon arriving in the living room, Lili who had been walking in front of the person then turned to look at the person.

"Mrs, why are you asking me to get out of the house? You even asked me to tell Mr. Leo that you've fired me. What if Mr. Leo finds out from the agency that I'm actually still Non Maisy's nanny?" said the man looked worried.

"No need to worry, Leo will think I've taken care of your dismissal papers because I fired you. He won't care about it, just relax" said Lili. However, even though Lili had tried to calm the person down but that person who was none other than Maisy's nanny still looked anxious.

Yeah, Lili didn't actually fire Maisy's nanny. Of course she still needs the services of a nanny to help her take care of Maisy, let alone her planning to work.

Lili does it just to trick Leo, she wants Leo not to know that Maisy's nanny is still working to keep Maisy in the new house. Of course Lili does that not without reason, Lili is worried that Leo will make Maisy's nanny as a spy tool if she knows Maisy's nanny is still working for her. He just wanted to live quietly after this.

"But, Madam--"

"I'm preparing breakfast, please hold Maisy first" said Lili who immediately cut off the nanny's speech and gave Maisy to her.

Maisy's babysitter picks up Maisy and just silently looks at Lili who walks away from her to return to the kitchen.

'Is it true that Mr and Madam will get a divorce?' inner babysitter.

Seeing Lili who now chose to live in the new house and recall the word divorce that he had heard coming out of Leo's mouth yesterday made him suspect something happened between the couple.

Meanwhile, Lili went back to preparing breakfast. However, suddenly a call came in and he saw his phone. It turned out that call was from an unknown number.

'Who is it?' inner Lili.

Lili never answered calls from foreign contacts. However, he suddenly thought back to the job application letter he sent last night. He finally answered the call and heard the voice of the woman who instantly made him speechless.
