CHAPTER 13 - THE TIP THAT MADE THE SICILY SHOCK?

By lunchtime, Sisil was preparing to leave his desk. He looked enthusiastic this time. He thought, what he discussed with Leo this morning, he would go back to discussing at lunchtime.

'Did he get his letter of dismissal?' inner Leo curious. However, the look on Sisil's face did not seem to show an overreaction.

"But I was asked to come to the HRD section, so I will see HRD first" said Sisil.

"Oh, yeah. Then together, I will also go down," said Leo as he extended his hand as if asking Sisil to walk first to the elevator.

Sisil smiled as he nodded. He then walked towards the elevator and Leo walked behind Sisil. Both of them entered the elevator.

No one spoke, until finally the elevator reached the floor where the HRD is located. Before exiting the elevator, Sisil held the elevator door by pressing the elevator button to keep the elevator door open.

"By the way, where will lunch be?" ask Sisil.

"I'm going out, meeting old friends" Leo said, smiling.

"I think near the office, I want to have lunch with you" Sisil said.

This time, both were not as formal as before. That was because there was a cleaning service near them, while in the elevator now there were only the two of them.

"You're holding my way back" said Leo, but Sisil realized he had held the elevator door for a long time.

"Well, I hope you have fun with your friends" Sisil said.

"Sure," said Leo, then Sisil came out. Leo continued his goal to the ground floor.

Meanwhile, Sisil walked towards the HRD section and there someone who had previously contacted him was seen welcoming him.

"What's the real deal? From whom?" sisil asked curiously.

"Let's go to my room, we talk there," said the man and Sisil followed the man into the man's study.

Once there, Sisil was asked to sit by the man and Sisil did so. Before long the man sat in front of Sisil and thrust a brown envelope in front of Sisil.

"What's this?" sisil asked confusedly.

"That's for you, read it," said the man, then Sisil fell silent for a moment.

"Corn, read. It's a deposit from Mr. Leo for you" said the man.

"Sir Leo?" sisil said increasingly confused. Why didn't Leo say anything when the two met? Her thought.

Sisil rushed to open the envelope and frowned when he saw the file that read the termination letter.

"What the fuck? Are you kidding me?" sisil asked as he looked at the person with a face that was clearly not happy.

How not? He didn't feel like he was doing anything wrong. Why did the company suddenly want to fire him? Even if he made a mistake, shouldn't he get a warning letter first? Think Sisil.

"You mean, Mr Leo jokingly wanted to fire you?" ask the man while raising one eyebrow.

Sisil got up from his chair and pressed the file onto the table. He looked at the man with an angry look.

"Are you making a joke? How can you fire me? Who are you?" sisil said grumpily.

That person rushed up from his chair and looked at Sisil unhappily.

"If you want to be satisfied, then be satisfied with Mr. Leo. Didn't I say from the beginning, the file was taken from Mr. Leo. So it's not me who fired you" said the man.

"Omong empty!" sisil growled and raised the file in front of the man's face.

"Don't you know who I am, huh?" ask Sisil.

"Sisil, are you deaf? I told you from the beginning, that the file was created on the direct order of Mr. Leo. So meet Mr. Leo if you object, I'm just doing the job he gave me" said the man, then extended his hand towards the door.

Sisil is absolutely ridiculous, he thought. He just doesn't know why Leo wants to fire Sisil, why is Sisil angry with him?

"Please get out of my room," said the man, causing Sisil to squeeze the file and shift the previously occupied chair angrily. After that, Sisil walked out of the room.

The person took a deep breath and exhaled with a feeling of relief.

'He spoke haughtily, Who is he to Mr Leo? Why don't you think what mistake he made that Mr Leo finally fired him?' muttered that man.

Meanwhile Sisil steps towards the elevator, and intends to go to Leo's room. However, he suddenly recalled that, Leo had not long left the company.

Sisil entered the elevator filled with anger.

'I can't believe he did this to me, what exactly was my fault?' sisil wondered.

As soon as the elevator reached the intended floor, Sisil got out of the elevator and went towards his desk. He picks up his phone and tries to contact Leo. The call was connected, but Sisil was taken aback when the call was rejected by Leo.

Sisil closed his face in agitation.

'Why did he refuse my call? What exactly happened?' inner Sisil.

Sisil was intending to re-contact Leo, but before he tried the second call, a message came to his phone. He rushes to open the message after knowing the message from Leo.

'There's severance pay on my desk, take it and leave the company. Make sure when I get back to the company, you're no longer in the company!'

Sisil was sitting limp on his chair, his hands suddenly shaking after reading the message.
