The three get acquainted with the circus clown who apparently is trying his new toy, the water spray flower. Yudi was upset because when shaking with him suddenly his hand was shredded with eggs. But he ended up going out loud to the clown who had made him look stupid before leaving them, ”Very funny!”
”You should pay attention to his hand before shaking his hand,” Mirna said.
”But why was his own hand not hit by a broken egg?” yudi Protest.
”Because he was out raising his hand after shaking,” El said.
”You two saw it?” Yudi can't believe it. ”No warning to me!”
”You should be more observant again to get out of the sense of the Oge Bulus,” comments El laugh.
”He's a magician or a clown, anyway?” Yudi scowled.
”Oge does learn cheap magic to complement its attractions. To look funny, he said.”
Sari, the youngest elephant chosen by Mirna yesterday apparently still remembers the girl when they visited her.
He lifted his trunk and let out a trumpet-like sound. As Yudi had expected about the coach's fake smile, the man did not smile in the slightest as they came, quite different from his friendlier animal attitude. Maybe he was annoyed because he was just about to start training that morning with his pigeons. Even so she did not get in the way when Mirna wanted to caress Sari.
”You want to be carried again by him?” ask the coach without a smile.
”Not today,” Mirna refused. ”Barin is enough.”
Sari looked a little disappointed, the elephant lowered his trunk when he was getting ready to wrap it around Mirna's waist. Her ears twitched as she left the girl to join the rest of the elephant family.
The coach only spoke or rebuked as necessary, even he looked happy when Sari had to leave Mirna. His attitude was very different from when he was on stage. Mirna waved with teary eyes, aware that she had just made the fat animal sad. The girl exclaimed, ”Lain times yes Sari..” and the elephant responded with a snort in response.
”Hopefully he is not too disappointed,” Mirna said following Yudi and El who had walked first.
”That's it, elephants have a strong memory, you know!” El tease.
”Don't do it, ah! I'm so bad that Sari has a bad impression on me.”
”He's a good animal. I'm sure he can remember well about you. After all you made her the star of the show yesterday,” entertain Yudi as the girl looked at her, asking for help.
”Still, yes...” said Mirna, neither of them saw when El smiled knot.
Next they came to an acrobat who was jumping on a trampoline. The acrobat was tall and skinny. Her curly hair fluttered in the air every time she jumped up and down. Her cross-cut mustache was very ill-fitting with her smooth, feminine face. Upon noticing El's arrival, the man ended his training with two jumps spinning through the air before landing on the ground. Mirna clapped and the person bent her body in the style of a knight who had just won the duel.
”Meet my half-sister, Mirna. This is his friend, Yudi. This Fadil.”
”I didn't know that you could have a beautiful sister, El!”
”Do not start Fadil.”
”Really, you should be grateful for it.”
”Fadil is the number one detractor, so you don't have to listen to his nonsense,” El told Yudi and Mirna while Fadil just smiled broadly.
”Composing three people is quite difficult and you are great to pass it,” said Yudi.
”It must have been terrible to cross the rope outstretched in the air,” Mirna said.
Fadil turned to Mirna with a defiant face, ”Do you want to try?”
”I? Oh, it doesn't feel,” Mirna refused.
”Come on, it feels good. I'm sure the one who dared ride on the elephant's back would have dared to do that,” Fadil put on a smile.
Mirna blushed in shame, ”You saw me yesterday?”
”Tak can not miss such a mesmerizing sight,” said Fadil. His smile grew behind his thick mustache. It really doesn't fit. Yudi even wanted to pull the mustache to make sure that it was genuine.
Mirna could not resist when Fadil pulled her arm and took her to a pair of trees where they had been attached to a rope as high as the chest of an adult man.
”You want me to ride that?” mirna asked in disbelief as Fadil pointed at the rope.
”Ya!” Fadil answered steadily.
”No! I must have rolled down.”
”It's easy, really! Very easily. And I'm sure you'll be prettier here than on an elephant's back,” said Fadil half forcefully. ”Come on, this is the chance of a lifetime, you know! Feel fun. Nobody laughs at you here anyway. I couldn't have offered you this opportunity during the show because it wasn't challenging for the audience. And inviting you to walk down the rope in the air with us is obviously dangerous.”
Mirna finally took off her shoes before picking up the balance stick Fadil gave her. The girl got on the rope with Fadil's help. The action caught the attention of several other circus members, who began marching around the rope, including Fadil's four friends on the acrobatics team and watching.
Yudi held his breath as Mirna started to step up, not wanting to imagine what would happen later, but it turned out that Fadil knew what she was doing. He didn't just take Mirna off. The right end of the wand that ran across Mirna's chest held her with a kind of fork that helped Mirna balance her body so that it could be aligned with the rope and not fall while stepping on her legs.
”Come, slowly..note your step...” hiss Yudi. El looked at him, like hearing that not-so-hard hiss, but Yudi did not notice it because he was busy watching Mirna who had passed a quarter of the rope.
The breeze toyed with Mirna's hair and the rope, swayed a little, but it didn't affect Mirna. He moved straightforwardly on the rope, set one foot at a time, alternating, right and left, and the combination produced a beautiful all-round picture. The transparent rope was like empty air under Mirna, making the girl look like she was walking in the air. The wind scattered the petals of the flower that grew on the flamboyant shoots and watered Mirna with golden powders. Yudi gaped, Fadil right.this view is more charming than Mirna on the back of an elephant...
”Well. Behold, our angel walked in the air very captivatingly,” Yudi was stunned because Fadil seemed to be able to read his mind. The crowd of spectators applauded.
Mirna blushed in embarrassment, her face flushed red, and the compliment catapulted her so much that she was misbehaved. No longer focus on what in front of him his steps misses and loses balance. Mirna was strangled as her body was dazed backwards, Fadil failed to master Mirna's wand to help her balance, the girl's body twisting rapidly and she toppled down.
El was closest to Mirna but she reacted too late to her shock. Fortunately Yudi's reflex movements were strong enough, he moved ahead of El and spontaneously placed his body on the ground, became the base for Mirna, and captured the girl's body before hitting the ground. Mirna's body fell on her face, the girl complained of pain but at least not as much as Yudi's back who had to hold Mirna and hit the ground overgrown with tree root protrusions.
”You all right?” asked Mirna who hurriedly stood up and helped Yudi.
Yudi frowned, not because of pain but sad because it could not be more lingering in the breast of Mirna, ”No, it's okay.”
”Wow, we give praise to a good catch,” comments Fadil who immediately followed a boisterous clap. ”A romantic end for the angel..”.
”I don't want to do it again,” whispered Mirna in Yudi's ear.
”Good, I'm relieved to hear it,” Yudi said. ”I also don't!”
