MYFATHER

MYFATHER
Episode 4

There was no choice for Yudi other than to return to the employee's mess. The distance of the building is about five kilometers from the main office, located a little more inward near the city center. With an area of one thousand five hundred square meters and the shape of a three-story building, the place can accommodate up to two to three hundred more employees who are all men and come from outside the area. While for mess female employees are in different buildings even though they are still in the same area.

Like other immigrant employees, Yudi chose to stay in the mess because the cost was much cheaper than accepting the company's offer to give a rented house, because in reality the monthly rent of a contract house cuts the salary periodically. In addition to payroll deductions, rented houses do not have facilities as complete as mess, where employees do not need to bother with electricity, water, or building maintenance problems that are fully dependent on mess managers. Provided you do not mind bathing in the toilet that is outside the room and without dinner, mess KPU employees are a pretty pleasant place to live.

The building was at first glance similar to a boarding house, and not an employee barracks. Yudi's room is on the second floor, in room 26 to be exact, which is located angled on the right wing of the building. Because it is located at the end of the hallway the room has only one room as a neighbor, which is to the left of the room. The room was occupied by a senior employee who worked in zone B. Usually the person goes home late at night so that Yudi can be satisfied to set the television at a loud volume until before midnight.

He entered the bathroom, washed himself with refreshing cold water, after which jumped on the mattress and turned on the television. There was no news of interest so he decided to open his internet and started looking in case there was an email from Siska. It turned out that only spam promotion of health medicine or insurance products annoying that filled his account, submissions that he never knew where it came from and never wanted to be read, also often deleted just like that. In fact, none of Siska's emails appeared.

This silence alarmed Yudi. Moreover, his SMS has not been replied to by his girlfriend. Could it be that Siska was aware of his actions and was now angry in a way that silenced her?

Siska had done that when Yudi forgot to give a speech on her birthday accidentally in the early days of their courtship, so Yudi understood how being silenced like that was really bad.

Another silly incitement that emerged from his mind said that maybe Siska already had a new lover and now the girl was busy with her lover during Yudi's stay in this city, in Bontang. If he almost had a thought of having an affair with Mirna, who also seems to want ‘play fire’ with him, it is not impossible if Siska can also do the same...

Just then I heard the door being knocked, “Mas Yudi?”

That was the voice of Mr. Agus, the guard of this employee mess, and if the old man knocked on the room of the messenger resident then there are only two reasons, the first there are guests who come to meet the residents who live there and the second there is a phone looking for mess residents. And the man continued without feeling the need to get an answer from Yudi because they passed when Yudi entered the mess a few minutes ago, “There was a call from Jakarta.”

Yudi opened the door and asked the mess manager who was still loyal standing in front of his door, “Who, sir?”

“Says from non Siska..”

Really long live girls, thought Yudi, just thinking about her...

Yudi did not wait twice and directly ran to the phone booth, The young man grabbed the phone and brought it to his ear, “Night, dear..how are you?”.

“Halo A’a. Good news. Happy sweetest birthday from me to A’a.” said Siska with a cheerful tone from a phone call..

“Still. Glad someone remembers my birthday.”

“Siska definitely remember, dong! Hence the call now,” the girl giggled amusedly. “Thanks A’a anyone remember that A’a birthday today?”

“And you remember. Fortunately there is him, so the others on ngeh,” replied Yudi.

“Wah, glad to have a friend like him. How's his wife doing? How many months of pregnancy, huh?”

“It looks three months,” says Yudi. Honestly, he rarely talked about it with Danu because it feels strange to wonder about the gestational age of his best friend's wife even though he also knows Danu's wife.

The girl is busy raving about herself and her busy life, making Yudi wonder if her boyfriend really has not realized what happened to her the night before Yudi left Jakarta. There are several occasions from Siska's remarks that actually tease Yudi to ask that, such as when Siska told me about her cousin who broke up with her boyfriend because the boyfriend was caught impregnating another girl, but Yudi canceled his wish because he did not want to ruin the atmosphere.

Siska was clearly happy, coupled with today was her special day until it was clear the girl wanted to create a happy atmosphere for her. So Yudi saw no reason to destroy this moment of conversation he had always been waiting for. But the focus that turns to other things makes the man waver next time Siska asked the subject, “We have talked long enough why A’a did not comment about kadoku?”

“Kadomu..” Yudi only realized her insolvency, she had not opened her boyfriend's gift. He just keeps it in his locker and his attention gets distracted because Mirna gives him a chocolate tart and charges a treat. Siska's gift was still inside the locker in her office far from this place. He tried to find a neutral sentence to answer. “...yeah, I like your card..thank you yes..”

“Truly A’a likes?” Siska asked back. “I'm dizzy you know.”

“Because it's expensive?” Yudi tried to joke around while getting away from the main topic.

“I'm not sure A’a likes the smell.”

“It?” Yudi frowned. “What does it smell like?”

“Who doesn't like it?” Yudi.

“It turns out A’a can change stance as well, yes,” Siska said. “I guess A’a stubborn.”

“Depends,” Yudi responds. “If it turns out it's profitable for me.”

“So because the dapet is free, arguably profitable?” Siska said quickly.

“Who doesn't like to get a gift?” Yudi replies while she hopes the girl tells her about her card because she doesn't want Siska to realize that Yudi hasn't seen her card at all.

“Iya..who does not like..” Siska said. “Everyone likes to get a surprise. I also like you if you get a phone surprise from A’a.”

Yudi was silent for a moment, not because Siska's speech surprised him but he seemed to feel a shadowy figure flashed behind him. The young man turned around and briefly caught the figure of a long-haired girl speeding through the alley leading to the kitchen. In his heart he wondered which girl had come to the employee mess that this man had set up in the middle of the night blind. Lest any one of the mess residents start desperate to put girls into this place...

“A’a?” Siska called back because she found no reply from Yudi.

The young man replied with a long breath, “Here the phone is limited if you want to make an exit connection, let alone want to interlocal. I have sent several times by email to reduce kangen with you.”

“Iih, A’a this. How many times have I said even though A’a make email I must rarely open. More delicious interlocal dong, can be heard directly than read the writing,” the girl replied with a voice half sulking.

“Indeed,” Yudi relented. “Ya already, later A’a try to call more often.”

“Well it dong,” said Siska. “Eh, my parents' room door opened. Shrimp first yes..”

The girl immediately hung up the phone, leaving Yudi with a long drone. Yudi just smiled shook his head, basic behavior, he must have stolen the opportunity to call him from the phone home, whereas last month Siska just got angry with his parents because of the phone payment that swelled after calling him several times, but last month Siska just got angry with his parents because of the phone payment that swelled up after calling him several times, I don't know what else will be the reason if the phone pay never decreases.

What is clear is that Yudi was relieved, Siska's cheer that was not reduced signifies that the girl did not know what she was doing to the boyfriend. Fortunately then, even though Yudi was sure that Siska also did not mind knowing that Yudi had sex with her, most of the girls were only annoyed that it was done when Siska was unconscious, but Yudi tried to avoid unwanted things before his time. And he had obviously avoided that unwanted thing by taking it out of Siska's body that night. So, thank God that everything is safe...

The young man returned to his room wondering what gift his girlfriend had given him. It was so foolish of her that she forgot to open Siska's gift, that she almost caught her mistake, and if she found out that Siska must have gone berserk. Yudi decided to open Siska's gift tomorrow. That was the first thing he would do once he arrived at the office.

By the way about Siska's gift, he also has not had time to touch the gift from Mirna. As soon as Mirna came home, she lost her appetite and left the restaurant without even touching her food. Now suddenly his stomach feels rumbling and a piece of homemade chocolate tart seems like something interesting. So Yudi turned towards the kitchen. Before entering the room a few hours ago he had put Mirna tart into the refrigerator to keep it fresh when it was about to be eaten and it seems that now is the right time.

It turned out that Abas, a messenger resident who is also a KPC employee in the HRD section, was in the kitchen, enjoying a cup of milk. The man raised eyebrows in astonishment because Yudi rarely seen in the kitchen at a time like this, different from him who routinely made milk in the kitchen to get drowsiness. Yudi realized his view then replied,“There is a call from Jakarta. From my girlfriend.”

“Oh, was that you the phone?”

Yudi remembered the woman he saw at a glance, “Then see there are girls passing here?”

“girls? What chick?” Abas frowned in confusion.

“Not there, tuh.”

Replace confused Yudi, “Masa anyway? She should have crossed in the kitchen.”

“If he exists for sure I saw him because I've been here since you received the phone.”

Yudi was silent for a moment, “Oh, so. Maybe I saw it wrong.”.
