The sound of his heartbeat is now abnormal, all the doctors on guard are now running into the room in front of Maria. All the doctors are now trying to save the lives of the woman lying helpless there.
While Andre and Maria are now just staring flat at Anna who is now at her pacemaker so that the heart beats again. The doctor tried to help her save her life.

" I'm sorry Miss like her sister you can't save us..." A doctor approached Maria and Andre who were standing in front of the room.
" Save my sister doc, save her doctor..." Maria is now crying she hugs Andre with a hysterical cry.
" I'm sorry Miss, we've done everything we could, but God says otherwise, we're really sorry..." It seemed that the doctor felt a sense of regret over him that could not help his patients.
" My poor brother-in-law, why don't you fight a little, hyks..." Maria is now crying hysterically, her words seem full of deep pity for her sister-in-law who is no longer there.
" Doctor wasn't he okay, why arrived critical and can't be helped?"

The doctor now disappeared from there making Maria let go of her embrace and wipe away her tears that had dripped.
" My poor brother like him he must die..." He said cynically.
" Gosh, so you were just on a show?" Andre now does not expect his lover to do a charade where his sister-in-law went.
" Do you think I would cry for a woman like her?, I think my mother would be happy to accompany her beloved daughter-in-law..." His faint smile now made Andre stare suspiciously. " You didn't do anything, did you, honey?"
Maria simply shrugged both of her shoulders indifferently with a smile full of cunning on her lips. Andre now knew what was inside that smile. Andre is shaking slowly.
" You can't guess, baby, you sly girl..." He said with certainty what he thought the man must be right.
The Flashback
" Doctor how's my sister-in-law doing?" Mary who could not sleep now saw the doctor coming out of her sister-in-law's room.
" Can I go in Doc?"
" Of course, but only for a moment Miss..." Maria nodded slowly.
The doctor now escorted Maria to meet Anna, who was lying helplessly. A mocking smile was now engraved on the tip of his lips, he had not expected the arrogant woman judging all by money to now lie helplessly with many tools to help him survive.
" Sister-in-law!, how are you doing right now?, is anyone sick?" Maria is now sitting on the bedside chair. " You know I was the first person who was so happy to see you like this..." His laughter is so small.
" But unfortunately I'm kind to you, if I'm not good then I won't bring you here even though my boss is angry now at me..." His whisper.
Maria now saw Anna who was a little teary-eyed from the end of her eyes. Maria now put her finger to take the slightly dripping tears.
" You cry?, you hear what I'm saying?, now you know not how it feels to not have a family figure?, you feel how it feels in this world to be alone?, your money's no use now if you're like this?" He said slowly.
" You know your late mother always wished you'd come to her and apologized for all your treatment and she also wanted you to accompany the conversation but it doesn't seem like you're that way..." His tears now dripped he always felt sadness when he said about his late mother.
Maria wiped away her tears she looked at Anna with a gaze filled with such deep hatred. " You made my brother go away from us, even you also had the heart to separate the boy with the figure of his mother. You know our hopes for brother are high, but you ruined everything, you ruined our family..." His gaze was so sharp as if there was a huge grudge in the little girl's eyes.
" You see how a little girl like me can hold a big wound and a big grudge for you, it's all because of you because of what you've done to us that makes me a monster now..." Mary looked at him with hatred.
" You're crying again?, are you feeling pain in your head?" Ask again by wiping away Anna's tears.
" I'll be kind to you, I'll make you feel no more pain, but you tell mom that you want to accompany her there..." Maria took out an injection that was given by the Zac who came there.
" So I didn't want to do it but it looks like I have to. I am a kind-hearted sister-in-law so I must help you to release the burden and pain to your head. You should thank me..." Maria now immediately injected the medicine in her syringe.
Maria didn't know what caira* was in the shot, but she knew it would ease the pain.
" Goodbye brother-in-law, may you be at peace with mother there. I'm sure you'll be very happy to have her waiting there..." Maria kissed her sister-in-law's cheek after whispering softly.
The cunning smile was re-engraved at the end of his lips, now he stood up and slightly wiped away his tears, inserting the needle back into the small bag that was on his shoulder.
Maria now leaves Anna with remorse but her remorse and pity is greater with her resentment towards magical women like Anna.
