" Are you okay?, your legs don't hurt?" James immediately asked the state of his legs that had been removed from his pasung.
" It's okay! just a little sick!" Violet breathed a sigh of relief in the end she was able to break free of her.
James stared at Violet with a reverent look. His smile was full of happiness. He did not expect the woman he loved to have been in his hands.
" Dear can I hold you?"
" Huh?"
" I miss you!"
Violet was now pura smiling, she was trying to stay! Violet spread her arms as if she was willing to accept the man with open arms. James entered into his arms with pleasure.
The hug was so tight! James smiled with delight and happiness so real on his face. Violet had her face flat.
" Thank you for taking me back Vio! I promise I'll change for you and Angel!"
They let go of the embrace by clasping each other tightly in their hands. The smile did not seem to fade easily on James' face from earlier he put on a smile that was so sweet. His handsome face seemed to be able to cover up his illness all this time.
" It's all for Angel! I will try to open my heart for the sake of our family!"
The play set by Violet seems to be paying off. The man who loves Violet so much can be easily fooled by her. Violet smiled with a face as sweet as possible but her brain thought of escaping from here immediately.
" Is there an Angel here too?, I want to meet him?, surely he would be happy if we were together to meet him!"
" But Angel is angry at me, she doesn't want me to be her Papa! he wants Albert to be his Papa!"
Violet inserted her hand into James's burly arm she leaned her head on his shoulder affectionately. Which man will not be crushed with a friendly attitude by a woman who is loved even though it is just a charade.
" What Angel says do not be inputted heart, then slowly he will begin to understand again that you Papa is best for him. There's no good Papa like you, you've always protected him and kept Angel out of everything."
" But he was scared of me! can I take her heart again?"
" Anything can be darling. Everything will come back as usual, I'll start slowly telling him everything, I'll give him an understanding if Albert is just a friend of mine and you are still his Papa."
" Are you sure you can talk to him?"
Violet nodded immediately, she had to try to make James trust her. He didn't want everything to fall apart, this charade has come this far.
" Let's meet Angel darling! I'll talk good to him!"
James and Violet were standing together and they were sitting on the floor with their heads resting on each other.
James feels safe and comfortable when he has the back of his loved ones. It was as if all the burdens on his shoulders were lifted all over. The sweet attitude given by James was actually able to make the woman's heart moved with pity, but it was too late.
But his determination was already unanimous, just one more step allowed him to meet Angel and make plans with the clever little girl.
Step by step they almost reached that closed door. Violet's smile expanded slightly at least she could get out of the room that was holding her.
Bugh!! Violet was surprised she grimaced in pain when her back was suddenly slammed into a door she was about to open.
" Listen Violet I love you and trust you so much! but don't be like that, one more step we're gonna get out of here and you can't run anymore! we'll live as I want! you and me and our daughter! if you're anything like that again I'll make sure I kill everyone who helps you escape!"
The threat can not be underestimated, the man who was sweet now arrived to be brutal again. His gaze was so sharp that even his hand gripped Violet's jaw firmly. Even he didn't care about Violet's agonizing moans.
" I know! I can't dare to be like that. Even I've heard myself call the Prosecutor to cancel my lawsuit to you, do you still not believe that?" He said with a brick.
James released the grip with him who put his sweet face back on. The smile was back in sight.
" I'm sorry honey I'm just afraid you changed your mind to run away and you just pretended to accept me but your mind planned to run away from me."
Violet was just silent she was enduring the pain in her back that was so painful. Even his chest felt tight when such a fast blow hit his back.
" Is it really painful?, I'll apply the medicine if your back hurts?" His attention now looks so real. The face of panic as well as the tone of worry were also clear in his eyes.
Violet shook her head quickly as she tried to put on her smile immediately she tried to be fine, even though she knew her back would leave a bluish mark later on.
" It's okay James! I know you're worried about all this. I also understand very well you can't easily trust me just like that. But give me a chance to take it all again, I promise you we'll be the family we should be."
Violet tried to convince James who was looking at her with a look of suspicion. But a second later, her smile quickly expands, and she loves Violet so much that she always believes what she says.
" Dear forgive me, I will always trust you! right now you belong to me and I only belong to you!" Violet nodded with her smile. He pretended to smile in front of the person who wanted to torture him repeatedly.
His love for James was so scary to him, he tried to calm down and not move rashly. He still had to try to take his heart again so that things wouldn't go awry.
" Let's go see Angel, the kid's gonna love meeting his mom."
Now they both came out of the room. Violet could breathe a sigh of relief in the end she managed to get out of her death room which whenever killed her there.
Violet's heart beat fast when she saw people standing guard in every corner of the house. Even Violet did not expect that the house was so big and so luxurious.
" Whose house is this?"
" Home, baby..." He answered calmly with those walking towards Angel's room.
