Possessive Love

Possessive Love
Go home

They all got on their own cars and soon passed from the place, sliding across a fairly deserted highway, without too many traffic jams.

Aretha circled her gaze out the window of the car, focusing the gaze on the few pedestrians who looked a little hasty with their steps, as if in a hurry, not knowing what made them like that.

The atmosphere of the day was so bright, and it was certain, anyone who was out there would feel his body rage from being burned directly by the heat of the sun. Luckily, Aretha and her husband were in the car, along with the others. At least they can still feel the coolness of the car AC under the hot sun.

Instantly the atmosphere turned shady, when the vehicle he was riding entered the streets filled with large tree plants on each edge. Looks cool and soothing. There were some leaves scattered on the road body, immediately flying freely, when their car passed through it. Is it that simple as beauty?

Things that he rarely met in the city where he lived too noisy with vehicles and pollution that fly freely in the air, although not a few people who adore the city because of some things that become iconic. Indeed, all things always have a plus minus.

"Mas, just slow down" protested Aretha as her husband began to speed up his drive.

"Why, Honey? Wouldn't it be better, to get home soon?" David looked at it for a moment.

"I'm afraid, Mas" said Aretha.

Yeah, correct. After the accident that hit him first, he was always afraid if riding a vehicle that drove at high speed. It seemed to have traumatized her a little.

David just smiled, then started to lower the speed from the speed of the wheel.

The instant the sound of the phone shakes makes Aretha jerk. He immediately grabbed it and clearly stated the name of the mother's contact on the phone screen. Aretha smiled, then immediately shifted the green icon on the screen of the phone.

"Yes, Mi?" greet Aretha while attaching the flat object to her ear.

"Darling, are you home?" ask the mother across the street.

"Already, Mi. It's me still on the way, maybe in about two hours to get home" Aretha explained.

"Thank God .. well then, mommy will come to your house, yes. Be careful on the road, tell me the same, don't speed!" mami Aretha reminded.

"Yes, Mi."

Aretha put her phone back in the bag, after she ended her conversation with her mother.

"What did mom say?" david asked to know.

"Just say don't drive around with the car." Aretha turned to him and told him what the mother had said.

Again David only smiled in response, but this time shaking his head. No in-laws, no wives, both have exactly the same thing, he thought.

In the other vehicle, Samuel was busy driving his car with a feeling of joy. At the very least, he could still spend time alone with Diandra, even in a very quiet state without a sound.

Yes, along the way, no one took the initiative to open their voices first, neither Samuel nor Diandra. In the end, Diandra decided to fill the saturation by playing his game. Samuel was busy driving.

However, no matter how Diandra turned his saturation on the device with a serious look, his heart and mind still did not focus there. In fact, his gaze occasionally he turned to the side, looking at the driver of the car secretly, even if only for a moment.

In the midst of his busyness to control the speed of the vehicle, Samuel also occasionally glanced at Diandra who had only focused on the screen of his phone, while scrolling the screen of the phone up and down, while scrolling down, I don't know what he was looking for there.

The saturation between the two began to hit. After two more hours of travel, none of the topics they covered. Or even a single word was spoken from the mouth of both.

Samuel rolled his eyes to the side. Apparently Diandra is still busy with his car. He sighed for a moment, then decided to open his voice.

"What's so exciting about that phone?"

Samuel's question made Diandra flinch, then turn to him. That woman stopped her activities for a moment.

"It's none of your business!" he still feels annoyed.

Samuel glared for a moment. He seemed very upset to get a slightly stark answer from Diandra.

"Who asked you to ask?" Diandra reversed Samuel's words.

After hours of silence, then suddenly asked about it? It doesn't matter!

"WHATEVER!"

Samuel went back, focused on the wheel. He deliberately increased the speed of the wheel, because he was annoyed by the attitude of Diandra who always showed an attitude as if he did not like it.

After a while later, they had finally arrived in front of the Diandra's house. Diandra was silent for a moment, before he got down from Samuel's car. In fact, just saying thank you, he felt very doubtful and awkward. He really hated that kind of situation.

He was never shy, hesitant, or awkward talking to the man next to him. However, after the incident they passed on the beach, it made everything change. He felt no longer familiar with Samuel, as if he had not known him for a long time.

Diandra sighed for a moment. "Thanks for the ride" said Diandra without looking to the side.

He turned, facing the door, and wanted to get down from Samuel's car.

"Ra, wait!" As fast as lightning Samuel grabbed Diandra's hand, thus making the woman's activities slightly restrained.

Diandra immediately turned his head and was a little concerned about Samuel's treatment of him. Instantly his heart was pounding very fast. In fact, he could clearly hear his heartbeat inside there. Really it makes him unable to say anything Even, just to ask 'why' just, his mouth feels funny.

As with Diandra, Samuel also looked at the woman sitting beside him, so their gazes were locked for a while.

At night, Aretha and David seemed to be getting ready to visit David's parents' house, because both parents had just called to make them come there, no matter what. However, just as Aretha finished putting on her clothes, suddenly her phone rang. He immediately grabbed his phone that was on the nightstand.

"Samuel?" he said, making David who was wearing his black jacket at the time, immediately turned to the wife.

"Who, Honey?" tanyanya.

"Samuel, Mas" answered Aretha, showing her the screen. "Can I lift?" tanyanya asked permission.

David was silent for a moment. He really doesn't like it when other men call his wife. However, what can be done, he also does not want to show too possessive attitude towards the wife.

"Don't you go long!" david gave permission.

"Okay" replied Aretha.

Without waiting any longer, Aretha immediately received a phone call from Samuel.

"Yes, Sam?" greet Aretha.

"What, Sam? Tomorrow?"

"Kok, all of a sudden?"

Aretha was silent for a while, after she was surprised by the news from Samuel who knew what news. Next, he listened and seemed to digest what Samuel was saying across the street.

"Sam, what's not better ...." Aretha seemed to hang her words. Apparently Samuel cut off the conversation, he decided to digest back the words of his male friend.

"Good, Sam. Good luck, yes!"

"Bye, Sam!"

Aretha removed the phone from her ear after Samuel hung up. He was stunned for a moment, so that made David feel there was something strange.

"Why, Honey?"
