After a few minutes, Aretha was surprised by the arrival of three friends, namely Diandra, Deasy and Tania. Not only them. Samuel came to see him that afternoon. Of course, it made David feel annoyed to see Samuel there.

Why did he come to visit Aretha? Just get some attention!

They were seen carrying a parcel of fruit and immediately gave the parcel to Carmila.

"Thank you .. You guys have been bothered to visit Aretha" Carmila said as she grabbed the parcel from Tania's hand.

"It's okay, Auntie. It's not troublesome at all, really," Tania replied as she published her smile.

"Lho, who is this? Looks like aunty just saw," said Carmila while holding the shoulder of Samuel who was behind Tania at that time.

"Me meet Samuel, Auntie. Aretha's classmate and his future girlfriend's son Aunty," answered Samuel innocently who immediately made Carmila laugh slowly.

In fact, Samuel did not care at all about the whereabouts of David that he knew as a potential Aretha fiancee. The man seemed to kiss the middle-aged woman's hand politely.

In addition, David seemed to pay attention to Samuel's actions which he thought were pretentious to seek attention. David stared intently at the man, before Samuel finished his conversation with Carmila.

"Son, this Samuel could have been" Carmila said still chuckling.

"Ehem!" David cleared a little rough. Not only was Samuel the focus distracted, but others, too, including Aretha and her mother. However, it did not last long because David immediately looked in any direction.

"Lo yep, you know!" diandra whispered as Samuel cursed. It just so happened that he was next to Samuel.

"What the hell, lo? Mulu protests, huh!" samuel muttered. However, Diandra did not bother him.

One by one they began to approach Aretha, then embraced Aretha in turn, except Samuel who only dared to stand right beside Diandra. While in front of him, obstructed by the patient's bed, David who was still staring at him did not like.

"Re, how are you?" tanya Tania put on a clear expression because she saw the condition of Aretha's legs and head that were still bandaged. The girl stood beside the patient's bed, right closest to Aretha.

"Why do you think so, Re?" tanya Deasy chimed in who was standing in the middle between Tania and Diandra.

"Gue's fine, really. Tomorrow we are allowed to go home" replied Aretha smiling. "Thanks yeah .. You guys already care about me," he added.

Instantly Deasy's attention was diverted back to the man who was a meter in front of her. David's presence in the room was enough to make Deasy dumbstruck. So did Tania. Two of Aretha's best friends have never met David before. So, it was only natural that they questioned the figure.

"Re, who is that?" deasy asked as she rolled her eyes at David, as sign language.

"O yeah, forgot." Aretha realized that. "Mas David, know this Deasy and Tania, my best friend," he said, introducing his two best friends to David.

Hearing David's name, Tania and Deasy soon realize that the man was none other than Aretha's superior during his apprenticeship and that the man was betrothed to Aretha, as Aretha had previously told him.

"Gue also wants to be fooled by the same model like this mah," Deasy muttered to Tania. However, Tania simply clucked in response.

They were happy to meet David. David also seemed to greet Diandra who had been known earlier.

"Sir David is here too apparently. How are you, sir?" diandra asked a little awkwardly.

"I'm good" David answered briefly with his cold expression, then looked at Samuel's cynicism.

Samuel just blicked his lips because he got an unpleasant look from David. However, he did not want to bother about it.

"Re, get well quickly .. class is quiet if there is no you, just like my heart," chanted Samuel as if deliberately wanted to make David furious because of his actions. Of course David further sharpened his gaze.

How dare she tease Aretha in front of me and her mother.

"You, Sam, may be" answered Aretha, chuckling, only to appreciate that Samuel had come to see him. While his mother who had noticed Samuel's behavior seemed to chuckle with laughter.

A few hours earlier, Aretha looked so happy, after getting word from her mother that she could go home tomorrow. And so did David. The man was also happy with the news. Because, that means the state of Aretha has been much better than before.

However, the man's happiness soon disappears, when he gets a call from Denis, the secret agent who reports that the mastermind behind Aretha's accident is none other than Alivia, former secretary who had teased him while in Bali. Finally, the truth was revealed.

The man was so angry to hear the news. On the other hand, he also regretted what he had done to the woman. Not sorry for hurting Alivia with his words and deeds, but regretted that what he did was the cause of the accident and almost took the life of the girl he loved so much.

That night, David is forced to leave Aretha in her nursery alone, only to receive a call from Denis. He did not want Aretha to listen to his conversation with the secret agent. Meanwhile, Carmila had gone home first, at David's request.

"I don't want to know! You go after him everywhere and bring him in front of me, as soon as you can!" david was emphatic and emotional, after Denis said that Alivia had first fled to the Netherlands.

The man turned off the phone line with a feeling of growing anger in his chest. Without giving a pause, he immediately reconnected the phone line to Richard. Not long after, Richard had received a call from him.

"Gue already knows who did it" David told Richard.

"Who?" richard asked across the street, sounding curious.

"Alivia" David's short.

"Alivia?" Richard's tone sounded incredulous. But that's the truth. "I mean ... Alivia lo's secretary?" tanyanya.

"My former secretary!" answer David.

"Is there a problem with him?" richard asked as if he smelled something wrong between David and his former secretary.

David told Richard what had happened between him and Alivia. He tells it in great detail, from the events in Bali to the dishonorable dismissal of the woman. In fact, he also told about the oath he threw to Alivia. Not to forget he also told Richard that Alivia had fled abroad.

"According to you, where did I try it wrong?" david asked, after he told his friend everything. "Have I been wrong to have taken that quick decision to fire him?" coined.

"Lo is not wrong! What you're doing is right, it's just that it's going to be a little painful for Alivia. The natural thing. What's more ... It seems like he's just as obsessed as you are" Richard replied.

"Ck .. I don't think that my actions will have such an effect. Aretha's life is at stake. I'm sorry for getting Aretha into my trouble" complained David. He looked like he was ruffling his own hair.

"That's it, there's no point you regretting it all. We still have plenty of opportunities to ambush Alivia, even if she has gone far. I believe Denis is not a fool.
