David, Richard and Rendy were in a cafe not far from the hospital. After finishing with Aretha's affairs, David is asked to immediately resolve his problems with Richard by the girl.

They just kept quiet, after a while ordering coffee and snacks to the cafe waitress.The first ten minutes, no one started the conversation until David finally opened his voice.

"Sorry for yesterday's problems" softly David looked doubtfully at his two best friends, even more so at Richard.

Richard smiled, before finally responding. "Gue who should have apologized," Richard replied. "Gue didn't mean to betray you, but my ways were wrong. Sorry," he added.

"Gue also apologized for participating in the conspiracy" Rendy said. "If only from the beginning I could prevent this stupid man, maybe it wouldn't be like this" he added in a slightly mocking tone that made Richard cluck in annoyance.

David looked at Richard. My gaze was full of question and curiosity. "What ... you still expect Aretha?" tanyakanya.

"Of course!" richard replied sure the one who had made my dear gaze David turned into a sharp and cynical look. "Unfortunately, he was not expecting me" he added, before David managed to respond.

Instantly David's cynical gaze turned flat. Is it too selfish of him to want Aretha to stay with him, without thinking about the feelings of his own best friend? thought.

"Sorry, I can't let go of him for you who've been waiting for a long time" David said as he stared at Richard's silent shade that made Richard chuckle.

"Lo doesn't need to apologize for that. Aretha has the right to make her choice of heart. So, why shouldn't I accept it?" richard said with a chest.

No matter how hard he tried to pursue what he wanted, if God did not want to, what would he say? Should he force his will? It feels impossible. Because true happiness is what happens naturally without any cause because of force. And he did not want it to happen to Aretha whom he loved so much.

"To be honest, I'm still not sure how he feels about me." David seemed to lower his gaze while taking his cup of coffee, then sipped the coffee a little.

"Gue knows him, I'm sure he's got a taste for you" Richard said, smiling. He did not expect, if David who had been said to always be optimistic in any case, suddenly turned pessimistic in terms of love. What a hard thing to believe. Just because of a girl, David could shrink instantly.

"Hey, since when did you turn into a weak man?" timpal Rendy sneered. "Don't you always try hard and feel confident that you can get what you want?" it was the direct hit that made David miss.

"The problem is Aretha is not an easy girl for me to conquer. While the others were vying to get close to me, he confidently rejected me outright!" annoyed David while rounding his eyes to look at Rendy. Instantly his two best friends chuckled with laughter.

"And that's what made me fall in love with him" Richard chirped, which of course made David's heart boil a little because it held in jealousy.

David looked to be smacking his lips. Apparently, he wanted to curse his friend, but he did not.

"But you take it easy, because once he falls in love, he will take good care of him, and you need to know one thing, he is not the type of person who likes to betray!" added David.

"Do you know more about him than I do, ha?" david asked as he sharpened his gaze back as if he was not willing if Richard knew many things about Aretha, when in fact Richard did know the girl much more than he did.

"Of course I know better. I've known him longer than you. I dated her for two years, and I probably didn't know her!" richard replied as if he wanted to deliberately heat up David.

David glared for a moment, then looked at Richard back with a dislike look. "What have you done during your courtship, huh?" tanyanya.

"Lo just ask Aretha, '" Richard replied unconcernedly. Instantly he grinned happily at David's expression. He was very happy to fool the man before him. Apparently, the perfect side of a David Wijaya can be tarnished also just because of love.

David was further infuriated by Richard's reply. A group of negative thoughts instantly filled his brain in a short period of time. What exactly have they been doing for two years of dating? thought.

While Rendy who saw it seemed to chuckle that made David turn his head cynically towards him.

"Why lo? Glad you saw me in this bully of your best friend?" david was angry, as he smashed his lips.

They were silent for a moment. David did not respond anymore. It seemed that he did not want to respond to the thing that made his heart warm up even more.

"Have it, don't talk about it anymore" Richard said.

"Gue thought there was something strange about the Aretha accident" David said, thinking.

"Why?" david and Rendy asked. They seemed to be slightly rounding his eyes.

"Why did the brakes suddenly come out?" David still thinks about it. He seemed to move his index finger over his own lips with a slight upturn of his face.

Richard took a sip of his coffee, then looked up, after keeping the coffee cup back where it was. "We'll help you investigate, you take it easy" he said.

David nodded his head. "Thanks, Bro," he answered.

"Lo just focus on Aretha's health. Because, I don't have the heart to see the girl I love suffer," said Richard again make David ride apitam, as if intentionally. However, as fast as lightning he noticed it, when David looked at him sharply. "Sorry, I'm kidding!" resounding.

"Don't you know, even if the accident was due to some kind of intent, who would have dared to do evil to Aretha?" randy began to think.

"Eitherway. What is clear is that if it is proven, I will not let anyone who does it can live freely roaming around!" david Strictly.

"We'll help you investigate and we'll let you know soon!" said Richard.

"Thanks, I believe that you are my best friend" replied David.

The three of them seemed to have immediately ended their conversation, after more than half an hour in the cafe.

As it was already night time, Richard and Rendy planned to head home soon. However, before that they returned to the hospital first, just to say goodbye to Aretha.

After they say goodbye to Aretha, they say goodbye to the parents of Aretha and David.

"Son Richard, son of Rendy, thank you for helping Aretha" Anton said.

"Yes, Om, you're welcome. This is indeed our duty" replied Richard representing. However, Rendy simply smiled in response.

The two men soon passed from the hospital, while David returned to accompany Aretha.
